Loved the way they worked with landlord directly and kept all parties involved and updated on arrival time and details of work completed. I love the text sent with picture of technician and mini profile before he arrived. Jack was very polite and did an amazing job to respect the property and pet as he accomplished his work. I havent had my air ducts cleaned in 10+ years and the team from Phase Air Duct Cleaners was able to do an amazing job getting them cleaned! Extremely responsive, flexible, and also friendly. Gave me a free analysis and recommendations on improving the effectiveness of my air vents. He was also kind enough to perform a few extra cleaning services free of charge as well. I has been difficult getting a professional duct cleaning company! I have had 2 previous companies come out and over promise but under deliver. I have had to cancel more than one because they were not competent to do the job they quoted. Until last Monday, I called Phase Air Duct Cleaners and they came out the same day. Did a fantastic job and took care of the problem. They may cost more but then other companies but its well worth it and like the saying goes you get what you pay for and with this company. Those guys earned every penny!!

James did a great job of cleaning our central heating system. He was prompt, efficient and left the house as he found it - except of course that we now can breathe easy! A dead mouse was an unexpected surprise so we’ll be calling Phase Air Duct Cleaners more regularly to keep on top of things.
