DiEddia and April of your 3197 Main Strert, Hartford store are the nicest, most professional and competent employees Uhaul has EVER hired! I am 57 years old and have dealt with Uhaul for over 40 years and these 2 women should get DOUBLE of whatever you are paying them now AND they should train the rest of your employees on how to act, treat people and run a store! I bumped into an issue with uhaul’s location as it was changed from the west hartford pick up to Hartford. But after everything that happened, I feel that was a blessing as another situation arose. April, the genera manager, was so empathetic, and she did everything thing she could to ensure I leave there with the truck and everything else. She put herself on the line as a manager and went to bat for someone she did not know! I was so impressed at the length she went to ensure her customer’s need was met. I’m way beyond impressed and appreciative of her ability to ensure my and my family’s happiness. Thank you April! You’re amazing

Stay away from this company. The Truck they gave us last summer had no A/C and when we complained they basically said F of. Rude management

Ive used U-Haul for years now but my last experience here was the worst Ive seen anywhere. Rented 2 furniture dollys got charged for 5. Was charged for damages that were already on the truck provided picturesshowing the damages before we left the store and still got charged. 10 days later the issues still has not be resolved. The worst Ive seen. Terrible!!!

They need more than one worker working the counter over the weekend the line that you have to wait in is ridiculous i had a reservation for 3:15 and im still in line at 3:42 theres no where to sit

Easy to locate. Multiple gas stations near for refuel. Knowledgeable and courteous staff. Rental truck was in good condition. Return was also a breeze. Would recommend.

I picked up at 9:30AM on Saturday and returned 9:30AM on Monday. Both times the place was clean, service was prompt and friendly, charges and fees were clear. Couldnt be happier.
