I was warned that this company was terrible to work with but there are limited options in Harlingen so I called to make an appointment. The scheduler was so rude that I ended the conversation before I was even able to schedule. Stay away.

I intend to report this office in Harlingen . They give people the option to sit in the car to wait. Then when they call your name doesnt bother to check that list and cause he was not in office when called was placed at the back of the list. Then when he gets in he informs them he had blood drawn already. And did it again. Then stupidly tells him I didnt need to draw blood. 2hrs to get a swallow test. I am so mad my husband had to suffer this way. And intend to file a complaint

Went for a pre employment drug screening, check in was very easy, put your id on the tray and confirm your info on the touchscreen, the system is slow you just need to be patient. I sat down less than two minutes and they called my name, I didnt have any issues with the employees, I thought they were extremely professional. I dont understand what kind of service people are expecting, its a lab, they kept it simple, quick and to the point, you could tell they were busy so I didnt mind, beats sitting around in the waiting room. For all the reviewers who claim they were mistreated, do yourself a favor and never leave the valley, youll be in for a real rude awakening

The 2 ladys upfront arent particularly welcoming & have poor customer service skills. It doesnt hurt to be polite & smile since you have a job.

😢My experience today at Lab Corp was not a pleasant one. I walked in to see an empty front desk. I noticed two stand up self check in computers. So after waiting for a few minutes without no one coming to the front, I decided to try to check myself in. It was a little challenging but I managed to have my license, my health insurance card copied front and back in these computers. After a moment I finished and set down. It was a time of waiting when an elderly came in. He waited for a few minutes and after no one came to the front he started knocking on the door. No answer, again he knocked a little harder, no answer, after that he knocked harder a third time. This time an lady employee came to the door with a voice so high it sounded like yelling to me. The man had a form he was trying to give her, and she tells him how they dont have to put up with his actions, how he should leave. I was shocked at how this man was treated, After the man left with paper at hand I stood up and said, Your system is a bit challenging and and elderly might not be able to work it, you need someone in the front desk. This man could have been my father, or anyones father.😭 When I was called in, the employee tried to justify her actions by saying he was a customer with bad attitude. I have never seen or heard of a business that thinks its ok to yell to a customer, specially with a room full of people waiting. Sad morning for me. Still shaken by this. I pray I can have lab work done somewhere else.

This is ridiculous, they hand out the wrong specimen collection device and they never answer the phone. I guess they feel their clients are so unimportant that they dont need to properly staff their sites. No competition means they dont need to perform or care.

The employees are very rude, I called 3 times today and I was just sent to a voice recording where nobody answers. They leave you with a lot of bruises because they dont know how to draw blood and they claim they dont have a billing department in Harlingen, but they are rushing you to pay the full amount of the labs even when they see, the patient has insurance and the request is ordered by a Doctor. Horrendous people.

I am a physician and I went for a routine lab testing on 7/15/2020 !I gave them the fax number of my primary care physician and my cardiologist and as of today they haven’t received any tests

The service was acceptable. No waiting time. Staff was less than professionally friendly.

This place is ridiculous..i try calling all morni g n no answer...i show up n find theirs 20 people waiting to b seen n they only have 2 people working the lab...what the heck...what kind of management is running this place n its suppose to be one of the most recommended place in Harlingen...guess my whole day be wasted here.

Not impressed. Cant use yourll services if you cant answer the phone. Maybe you need more staff.
