I love my doctor he always takes his time with me & knows exactly what to do and how to help me. Addresses all my issues!! Best Dr!

My husband and I just changed to Dr Reynoso as our PCP, and the care has been on point. Never waiting more than a few minutes to see him. It is a new facility easily accessible a few blocks from the Ed Carey free way exit with great parking.He and his staff are the perfect combination of professionalism and empathy demonstrated by the care we experienced as we came in with acute respiratory conditions a few days ago.We highly recommend Dr Reynoso, who demonstrates his skill as not just a primary care physician who can create a treatment plan for chronic issues, but also handles emergencies very well!

I would rate them honestly no stars solely for the fact that the secretary talks down to my parents who are over the age of 55. Her work ethics put the practice as a negative environment. My parents go to obtain medical help and she makes them feel like they are bothering her rather than being helped. (Mind you they pay for their services). I will be changing them to a better serving practice.

I brought my elderly mother to Dr Reynoso last month for a physical after moving her to Senior Living in Harlingen. Initial visit went well. I brought copies of her AD, medical & durable POA for them to keep in her records. She had a CT scan of her head weeks ago after a bad fall. I’ve called the office numerous times for the results, gone by there, left VM messages multiple times & NO ONE returns calls & they ask me about her POA documents every time! Hello? I brought them to you to keep in her record! I have 2 friends who use him & are pleased but I’m not impressed @ all & will be looking for another physician for my mother, my husband & myself. When I asked him for an order for HHC PT/OT for my mother, he acted like I was asking for something unreasonable! I’m a retired RN case manager, familiar with Medicare laws & practices & I know my mother qualified. I also asked for an order for a Walker for my mother as I know Medicare covers that too. The DME company called me & said Dr Reynoso ordered “a fancy walker” & she had to call him & get an appropriate order! This is so unprofessional. The staff seems nice enough, however, as a nurse, it’s very unprofessional that the staff does not wear name tags nor do they introduce themselves to the patient.

Would not recommend this doctor rather not see his patient cause if a patient is not seeing to get better he doesnt want to jeopardize his career a doctor that doesnt stick with his patient shouldnt be

I am a verry stricked person and i know a great Dr when i see one. When i met Dr Luise Reynoso i knew there and then he was going to be my Doc. On my first visit i had some questions for him and believe me, he payed attention to all my questions and was very interested in my wellness and everytime i visit Dr Reynoso his advise and medication he gives me takes care of me.DR EXPERIANCE means everything.I even have my wife and my daughter seeing Dr Reynoso because i trust his care for my family. Best of all i dont have to worry obout being at Docs office for hours 30-45 mints that is great service nurces assisting are verry profecional and pass you to see Doc quickly and i deeply recomend Dr Reynoso to anybody needing a Doctor and his staff. Efficient and caring service. Convenient hours, open late and on weekends.

This is the most useless doctor Ive ever encountered. My father has been a patient of his for years and had to be admitted to the hospital over a weekend and when Monday came around the nurse asked Dr. Reynoso about my father, he claimed not to know him and not even recognize his name and instructed the nurse to release him without even an examination, although my father showed symptoms of being ill. In short, youre better off checking your symptoms on WebMD than to have Luis Reynoso as your physician.

Very unprofessional doctor. Terribly thick accent. He gets upset when you can’t understand him. Typical superiority complex physician. My family no longer goes here.
