Excellent service! Got a new outside unit installed today, they were on time, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. Took before, during and after photos of their work so we could see the changes and progress they made. These guys are the best, I will not go with anyone else when it comes to AC repair and service!I will defiantly recommend Texas air Conditioning to all my friends and family. Company failed to provide me the information to register my unit.Please note, Ive learned the hard way after 10 years. People register everything you purchase for your home, especially your warranty. You just never know...No one left any manuals or instructions. I was at work while the unit was installed. No one has called to ask me if I had any questions or concerns. Workers tracked mud in my home and they did not clean up well. Price for the unit was reasonable for my budget. You get what you pay for at the end. Obviously..price is reasonable because you need to purchase a service contract to get service.Good luck...

I called about a month ago because my a.c. froze up. The technician can out same day. Told me that I needed a new unit after he looked at for only 5 minutes, but that he could put freon in it to get me temporarily. He said he couldnt clean the coils because they were bad an needed to be replaced. He also offered to email me a quote for a a new unit when he got back to the office. He recharged my unit and I paid an he left. The next day I did get my quote for $6700. Fast forward to yesterday and I come home to find my unit frozen. I called someone that was recommended to me for replacing the unit at a better cost. The new company came out and looked. They also left me know that I in no way needed a new unit. He cleaned the coils with no issues and checked everything else. Its running like a champ again. This company is just out for money. I wont be using them again. Im sure the techs make commission from selling new units and thats why he was pushing it so hard. Glad I got someone else to come out before I called TAC to install a new unit.

I called on a Saturday because we were having problems with the AC and Rick told me that he would have a technician out to us asap. After two different AC companies serviced our AC units within a year, TAC finally solved the issue with in 2hrs. Julio the Techinician was very transparent, respectful, knowledgeable and attentive. TAC did an execellent service and it will be difficult to match! Very very reliable!
