The young guy with the facial hair made no eye contact didnt even talk to us about the issue we were having or nothing just pointed to the computer to fill out the form and walked in the back and came back once we clicked submit and gave us a piece of paper with no words. We called a couple hours later to check in as we had heard nothing and they said they were working on it, husband called back an hour later and the I guess manager was very very rude and unprofessional the whole interaction we have had have been nothing but rude and unprofessional and all we needed was a diagnostic.

I cannot recommend this place enough. Part of me didnt think my poor old computer was salvageable- It was custom built by a buddy from high school who was pretty new to the process at the time, and wasnt able to fix it when things started going awry. Been dealing with it constantly crashing programs, not opening things, freezing, and running slow as molasses, then finally... just not turning on anymore. I figured Id start with getting the oldest parts replaced one by one, so I brought it here to have them transfer the parts inside from the old case to a new one I bought. They not only diagnosed why it wasnt turning on, transferred all the parts, and called to keep me updated along the way, but also managed to find a handful of issues that, when rectified, got my desktop back to top-notch condition! The root of most of the issues was the case, some cords, and a goof-up when the hard drive had first been installed- which the guys here were more than happy to fix and for very reasonable pricing. Now Ive had my tower back for over a month, and its been running smooth since! no crashes, no failures loading things, no issues with programs crashing, boots up and runs lightning quick, its just lovely. I really cant thank the fellas here enough for what theyve done, theyve got a ways with computers! Ill definitely be coming back for future upgrades and fixes.

CUSTOMERS BEWARE...Rude tech. Probably spent perhaps 6 minutes total before deciding I would rather take my business elsewhere, 5 of those minutes was spent having to fill out forms without even being questioned about my reason for being there. It was a simple screen and exterior clean. I left finger prints and streaks and wanted a professional to clean it. All the did tech was just slapped on a sticker, sighed for the 12th time, and told me he would call me. I could of just used Windex but since Im returning the laptop I thought it would be best to spend a little cash for a good clean. Maybe he doesnt like Soldiers in uniform, I dont know. Hope he isnt going through a tough time. Guess Ill go to Walmart now.

I was tight on money and didn’t know much about computers so I went to this place and had a fantastic experience. My tower had toppled over and I came here to get it checked out and they ran a diagnostic check for FREE! Best place ever 10/10 The staff is well knowledgeable and extremely nice, highly recommend for anyone who has problems with their PCs

I cant say enough of how awesome this place is! They fixed my hard drive when no one else could! It was my work computer and I was out of business until I could fix it. I had left my computer at another place and it took them a week and said they were pretty much out of options. Roman didnt even need 24 hours to assess and fix my hard drive. They are fast, courteous and very professional. They kept me informed of the progress and was very reasonable in price! I drove an hour to get here and will never use another service! Best experience!

The guy at the desk was very short with me and didnt even let me finish my question before he told me we dont have that. Asked about ordering a part and he quickly says youd have to get with the manager on that...this guy must have been ready to go home or just plain unprofessional...didnt even make any eye contact throughout the interactio . Texas Computer Service has been amazing. They recently installed a new phone system for my office. Roman was great. He installed and tested our phone system to make sure things were working. They are easy to contact, and they communicate very well with their customers.

Very good service. I had to go in twice for my laptop, the first time for my hard drive and the second for my battery. Every time I got my laptop back in perfect condition and the problems fixed. The service was polite and the prices were reasonable.

I’m giving them a three star because they seem very professional for the most part got me in same day had to pay extra which isn’t a big deal but when I got home I’ve built PCs before I just didn’t know how to do the water cooling and they didn’t even connect all the RGB and everything else when I even paid extra

My computer was running very slow and Dan was able to do my free diagnostic in one day. He said my hard drive was fail so he was able to save all my data put a new hard drive in my computer. He had it up a running the very next day! Fast and awesome service.

We took our computer here for a diagnosis. The quote they gave us inorder to fix the issue cost more than anywhere else to fix this problem. My husband is computer savvy, works on the them himself and he wasnt pleased with the information we received. He ended up doing it himself.

SUPERB TURN AROUND ON WORK ORDER REPAIR I will be contacting Texas Computer Service for any and every computer and printer repairs from now on ...I called on late afternoon of 1/2/18 to inquire about off site services . set up appointment for a tech to come out 24 hrs later .. at 10:46 am on 1/3/18 a tech called and he set appointment for 1pm . Roman showed up on- time and fixed situation in 1 hr .. and i also needed a virus repair on another computer which needed to be worked on at Texas Computer service establishment ... backup service and virus removal was completed and work order closed out before 5:00 pm ..Thank you all for your Prompt and Professional Service . I will refer your services from now on ..

They care for their customers

A virus had corrupted files on my computer and it would run extremely slow. They diagnosed it for free, as advertised. There was also no pressure to pay for them to fix it. The staff was friendly and the price was not bad (about $100 to wipe the hard drive completely and reinstall Windows XP). The turn around was about 3 days, but they do a ton of business.

I BOUGHT HARD DRIVE FOR $86.55. IT DID NOT WORK. THEY ASKED ME TO BRING CPU TO THEM AND I DID. WHILE INSTALLING HARD DRIVE MY IN FEW SECONDS STARTED SMOKING FROM HARD DRIVE. THEY SAID WE WILL GET BACK TO YOU LEAVE US HARD DRIVE TO SECTOR TEST. THEY DID NOT HAVE ANOTHER HARD DRIVE DID NOT GAVE ME REFUND. KEPT MY HARD DRIVE AND REFUSED CREDIT. WORSE PART THEY WIND UP BURNING MY POWER SUPPLY WHICH I REPLACE IT. I HAVE DEGREE COMPUTER SCIENCE. I KNOW THESE FOOLS ARE IDIOTS.

My wifes laptop died we took it in there they replaced the hard drive and set up a new operating system they did it with in under 24 hours after telling them to go ahead and do it I expected it to take longer so they were pretty quick or friendly and they got lots of used and refurbished stuff in the store that you can purchase lots of VoIP phones and gaming computers and stuff

Extremely reasonable on their pricing for a used VGA Cable, was only $5.99 before tax!
