This has been long overdue with me moving out of the state but these guys are phenomenal. I dropped off my brand new PC that had received some damage to the 4000D Airflow after being shipped by Origin. I was scared to drop off my PC with people I had never met after waiting so long to receive it but let me tell you… these guys were the best. Not only did they manage to Frankenstein together two cases but they cleaned up the terrible cable management job that Origin did. I would recommend these pros to anybody no matter what PC you have.

Greg, Mike, and Champion all helped me out, and saved me at least $200. I had an issue with my motherboard and and instead of trying to sell me a new one they hooked me up with the parts I have stupidly thrown away over a year ago. They are good people and won’t try and take advantage of you if you are new to gaming PC’s like myself. Very knowledgeable and usually have what you need in stock and if they don’t they will order it for you. If you need anything computer related try them first.

I was on a prebuilt since 2018 and I went here with my friends because they bought a few parts from the store before. I didn’t know much about building PCs except watching YouTube videos and they were really helpful with everything. I tried building my pc with my friends and the motherboard and cpu ended up being faulty. I took it back to them and they troubleshot the problems and I got the system back in a day. They replaced the parts for me and sent the faulty parts back even though they didn’t have to and built the system, because I didn’t want another issue to pop up, and it came out great. All these guys are great! I just bought my second system from them and its a beast! Greg is a wizard when it comes finding great parts and his crew can build a clean reliable machine. My first machine which is still going strong and was built in late 2015 . This current machine was built in May 2020 to render large 2-D files cad type files to 3-D for design and presentation purposes. I have used other machines using the same 3-d cad software and none have been able the render 3-D environment and load the massive 3-D object libraries like this one . One last note, Extreme Systems has a great warranty and stands behind their products. These guys are local and do not install a bunch of bs on an overpriced factory built system. Thanks again!

I took my MacBook Pro in for a major update that I neglected to do and needed it done as soon as possible since it was the first day of the semester. Not only did they update my computer perfectly, they also did it same day! After talking to Greg about my MacBook I felt 100% comfortable leaving in his hands. He is very knowledgeable about all things computers, and took the time to explain it all to me. I was so pleased with my MacBook that the very next day I brought him a pretty old hp desktop that was just slow and sluggish and needed a little updating, and he has made it run so smooth and fast! We went in to Extreme systems to build a computer, and walked out buying what we needed. They have lots of cases to choose from, and an array of parts on hand. Greg and Mike have been FANTASTIC! Greg took the time to speak to me and my son for an extended amount of time. He took it upon himself to answer all of our silly questions, and explained the reasoning behind it. They went above and beyond to make sure the computer and components are what we needed and at a very reasonable price. After installing everything and running all the wires the rgb fans would not work. We called and they told us to bring it in. Mike not only had it finished within the hour he also showed the boys what was wrong and how to fix the problem. We will definitely be back and are looking to build a couple more computers real soon. Amazing place and I would highly recommend to everyone. I don’t know much about computers and my son had gotten a second monitor. I was having trouble getting it to work and I went to another store and was sold several unnecessary and expensive cords. After several attempts and failures I found this place where I spoke with Greg. Greg was fantastic and after spending just a few minutes with him I was able to purchase one non expensive cord and walk out with the knowledge to get everything working properly. Thanks to Greg my son now has two working monitors and I now have a great place to go for all his gaming needs.

I went to them about a few weeks ago because my computer would not turn on at all and they were able to fix the problem the same day. I will be back to them in the future to do massive upgrates on my computer when the time is right! They did not orignally build my computer. I was greatful they were able to get it running again and for a resonable price!

Sorry called there asking for a price on a motherboard said 3 times the CPU going in it is a Intel Core I3-9100f I would need a motherboard with a 300 series chipset, he said oh bring the motherboard in so we can match it 🤦‍♂️ I said no I dont have a motherboard Im trying to purchase 1 he asked what CPU I said again Core I3-9100f its a 9th gen coffee lake CPU he then put me on hold then came back and said you have a I9 Im like no its a I3 he said oh we dont carry motherboards for a I3 only 6th gen and up I said calmly that the CPU is 9th Gen he then said hang on then said I have a z570 🤦‍♂️ Im sorry but if you have someone answering phones at a store that sells pc parts and custom builds they need to have the basic knowledge of the products since that does not seem to be the case I will avoid this location at all costs

2 years ago I was shopping around for a new pc that would be used mostly for gaming. I looked at what was available online and at Best Buy. I stopped by Extreme Systems and talked with them. I told them the games I wanted to play with the settings maxed out. They put together a machine for me in about 3 hours! It is exactly what I was looking for and the price was less than a comparable machine from Best Buy or online vendors. The best thing is they are local and back up what they sell.Today it wouldnt boot up so, I took it to them and they fixed it at no charge. I wasnt expecting that and appreciate it very much.I highly recommend Extreme Systems for any computer purchase or repair.

I came to these guys with a laptop that was not booting up. Mike checked the hard drive and diagnosed the issue right away. He laid out my options and gave me a timeline for repair. Not only did they stick to the timeline but also had additional resources for me to help recover data on my hard drive. They attempted to do it one site but were unsuccessful, and I was not charged for their time. I was also given a point of contact for a more advanced repairman of that type. The best part aside from their friendliness and professionalism, my actual cost was lower than my estimate. These guys have earned my future business for sure. And spread the word to anyone who has computer issues they cannot fix. Greg and Mike are great computer guys and I hope they stick around for a long time.

When I took my computer to them, the hard drive was almost gone. There were 2-3 games that I had to reinstall, but the fact that they were able to save the important data was a miracle. To their credit they rebuilt my rig for me and it was a very clean looking build through the glass panel. I am a believer in helping small business and went with them as there reviews were positive.My first docked star was due to them stripping out the two thumb screws on the left side panel of my case that hides all the wires and putting regular case screws in their place without informing me or mentioning of the mishap. I noticed it when I got home and was setting up the system.The second docked star was due to the stores sales practices. To start my build was to be an i9 system. I paid up front half of the build cost as they were to order the needed parts. A week went by so I stopped in the store to see the status of the parts as they never called me. Before the build I was informed it would contain 3600mhz ram and even showed me the box of 3600mhz ram that came with all the parts order. They even gave me the empty box of 3600mhz ram when I took home the rig. I didnt check the ram speed of 3200mhz while in the store as I only looked at the total quantity of 32gb ram. I will be more critical in my inspection of their work in the future. Upon seeing the speed at home I checked my parts invoice and it did show 3200mhz ram. My issue with this is who would do a high end build and not put in top speed ram. Also they do not put in the most current Bios updates from the motherboard manufacturer even if you ask for it. Also there was no cable management done on the steel side panel that they stripped out my thumbscrews.Overall it was an ok experience. Just make sure to check and double check the equipment. Especially if the case is one they dont carry and may have had limited experience with.My son just asked me for a gaming rig for his birthday so my next build project will be from the ground up with one of the cases from the store.

Great place for getting a computer set up, super helpful employees

Very professional team and knowledgeable in their field. I brought in a 3rd gen Ryzen build I was having thermal trouble with and was recommended two fairly priced options and same-day service. After bringing my rig back home, I ran in to a couple errors. With a preliminary diagnosis of a manufacturer fault in the CPU cooler, I packed it back in my car and was greeted by a team willing to put in the effort to get it working properly. Now my CPU temps are down in the low 40s - mid 50s during gaming intensive loads and the system to getting better airflow to my graphics card too! Fantastic service all around, major props to Greg and Mike.

Highly recommend this place. They have fixed a couple of my computers/laptops over the years. They only fix what is necessary and reasonably priced. I even stopped in for a minor item yesterday and they took care of me just like I was spending a ton money. There was a customer before me and they provided the same service. Made sure they got what they needed, answered all their questions, and even gave some advice to same money in the future. They were a first time customer.

I was in and out in less than 30 mins. They were very helpful and answered all my questions. I forgot the speaker system there and did not even realize it. They called me the next day a couple times and left a voicemail asking to call them back. Once I did they told me to come by and grab the speakers. Very polite.

Extreme Systems was the first repair shop I had ever been to and I will recommend it until the day I keel over! Everyone is professional, friendly, and very straightforward, I was treated like family and even taught some new things with Greg and Mike working on my laptop right in front of me! No taking it behind a wall and spiking my anxiety, the diagnostics are done right in front of you and for free. What a welcomed respite!So, my story.I came in with 2 problems on my Acer R15: the first was that my pc was freezing up, slow and literally unresponsive, DISK space spiking to 100% every time it was launched and auto repair kicking in only to churn for hours. The second was a few of my keys on my keyboard had shorted and pried off. Greg helped me with the first and explained some of the possibilities, all the while teaching me about hard drives and the Windows systems as it whole. Lo and behold, my drive was going dead and needed replacing to which Greg gave me a list of options with each pro and con and ultimately I upgraded to a new SSD (since it would also help with battery life, something I also had problems it. It was a win-win) He gave me a price estimate and made sure to stay within that range (between $250 for the same drive + labor and $400 with the upgraded ssd + labor). Didnt go over by a cent despite spending an extra 3 hours extracting files and making sure I got everything I originally had on the pc. I really appreciated him going the extra mile and didnt even charge me, honestly wasnt expecting it.After he performed the needed surgery my laptop was working like brand new! And they called me so that I could pick it up and await my keyboard part for the next repair (my pc has a backlit keyboard so needed the whole thing replaced). Insert Mike flying through the replacement in a few hours, even stayed at least 10 minutes after the store was closed so I could come pick my laptop up. Again, these two went above and beyond, they exceeded all of my expectations.TL;DR: Go here, dont go anywhere else. Their service, knowledge, and honesty is such a delicious delicacy that you CANNOT find anywhere else. And their prices are reasonable with how quick their service is (of course depending on your needs). Dont need any other people touching my laptop expect Greg and Mike. Thank you both for the amazing work and exceeding all my expectations! Definitely earned a new customer!!

When you first walk in you can feel the homey vibe all mom and pop shops give off. So you should expect excellent service which Extreme Systems provides. Ive purchased a few components for my first pc ever from them and then i purchased the case on a later date for that same build! A super sick Crystal series Corsair case! So i built the pc and naturally had a few bumps in the road being my first build ever! However the kind employee told me i did a very good job and only missed one cable! And some more little issues they took care of no problem at all! Always support mom and pop shops i definitely will return for future upgrades and or new builds! 🤙🏻🤙🏻🤙🏻

Very friendly staff and joyful about their work. They used the current market to their advantage overcharging by roughly 35-40 on motherboards and other parts. Would recommend however beware you will DEFINITELY pay for that instant gratification as opposed to shopping online.

My hard drive failed and I asked them what they could do. Turns out my hard drive was too busted to recover anything, but they cheerfully put in a new, better, faster hard drive at a reasonable price and a day or two sooner than they quoted me. Good guys and a good business.

Extremely friendly! The diagnosis was done in front of me so that if my hard drive was the issue, Id be able to see the failed test. They quoted me a 24 hour turnaround, but it was ready in 4 hours. Amazing staff. I bought everything to build my first computer from here. I cant remember the mans name but he was very helpful and didnt just try to sell me the most expensive items like some other computer stores I went to before I went here and was able to tell me what each part does and what other parts that were compatible.

I walked in and asked if they had power cables for my power supply. Jeremy (not sure how his name is spelled) instantly gave me a cable for free. I didnt believe him at first but he was serious. I dropped my laptop, it still worked but the cooling fan was going out too. They called me and told me that it would cost $ 400 to repair, it was an old model. Well I was told that they have a laptop there and whatever files, photos and music was on my old computer they would transfer to the new laptop. Some of the things that I had were damaged and couldnt be saved.So far the laptop works great and I can watch my German TV shows and check email. I only paid for the laptop and wasnt charged for the other service.If I would have bought a new laptop I would have been charged for any other service I would like to have done.

Jeremy showed me how something as small as a the placement of a RAM stick, among other things, can affect how the computer operates. The ease, friendliness, and confidence he had really helped out, and Id highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality service and help.

Ive taken two laptops to them and both times they were nice, patient, understanding, helpful, and most of off all - TRANSPARENT! I was given honest, matter-of-fact advice that I could understand. My laptops were looked at right in front of me so that I could see what they were seeing - no taking it in the back so I couldnt see what was going on nonsense, like some other places. The first laptop needed a new hard-drive and was ready in a few hours. The second laptop needed a bit more, and more than I could afford at the time, but I was given options that I could manage partially on my own and partially at a later time. All in all, I would DEFINITELY use again and RECOMMEND!

I have used Extreme Systems before so of course wanted to take my desktop and my sisters laptop there for repair.Jeremy helped us. He and the staff there at Extreme Systems did an awesom job fixing both systems. Replacing parts in my sisters laptop with a more powerful working system(forgot the name) and replacing parts that were no longer working.My desktop started running slow and I couldnt get it to load properly.Jeremy fixed both and did it fast!!! I walked in with a laptop which would not power up after a trip to Europe. Their very knowledgeable technician named Mike who was about to go home took the back cover out, checked the system, took the battery out for a few minutes, hooked it back up, put the cover back and voila, laptop works and guess what, it was free of charge. Very nice.

This place is awesome. I took my laptop in to fix the track pad and I got it back within 2 hours. Theyre not really expensive either. The employees are very helpful.
