Always treated well. Salesman did everything to accommodate my wishes/needs. Very understanding staff. Theyve also adjusted some of my watch bracelets that I didnt purchase there without a charge. I know since covid the store has been closed temporarily and since reopening I am sure that hours are adjusted. I ordered a ring pre covid... called the store or possibly the main number for Kay (closed amd wasnt sureif and when reopening) ... salesman returned my call within a day. Had the ring delivered to my home. Havent had 1 issue with them and dealt with them for several purchases.

The employees at this store have been an absolute pleasure every time I have gone compared to the WORST experience ever that I previously had at the Williamsport, PA store. Rose helped my fiancé and I select our wedding rings back in December and was so patient and helpful when we went in twice and took some time to decide. My rings came back from being resized looking great! At a previous store I had to get a whole new ring it was messed up so bad when it was sent out to be serviced! The manager, Jason, has also helped me several times Ive been in and has been just a polite and helpful! A wonderful store with courteous, friendly employees! This store has changed my opinion about the company thanks to my experiences here.

The store in Hanover, PA is never open...just left the store that’s supposed to be open 12pm-6pm. This isn’t the first time this has happened. Driving from South Hanover, PA -a waste of time and money. Do your research with other jewelers before settling with Kay’s.

I had a great experience at the Kay jewelers in Hanover, PA. My husband had just upgraded my ring last month and one of the small diamonds had already fallen out. I was very disappointed. I took the ring in this morning and the one lady was very apologetic and kind. She actually had the same ring there and it was a perfect fit. I was very glad to not have to go another couple of weeks without my ring!

Very polite staff made me feel very comfortable and didnt push the most expensive rings on me. I bought an engagement ring and they took a grand off the sticker price. Price is still alittle on the high end but they back it with lifetime warranty if u take it every 6 months for free cleaning and the quality is superb

I had a horrible experience. I just got engaged. I went to go get my ring resized. All the customers were taken care of. The lady working ignored me for 15 minutes while talking about baseball and football to a customer who was already helped. Finally decided to wait on me. She asked me how much my fiancé spent on my ring set. The weight and all the details. Of course I wouldn’t know. That had nothing to do with resizing it. Then she appraised it and gave me a very low price which was not even close. My fiancé paid a pretty penny for my wedding set knowing him. It was not in her place to even throw out numbers. Then looked at me and said “is that good enough for you?” Insulting me as if he didn’t do well because he didn’t get a ring from them. I was so unhappy with the service there the next day I went straight back in and got my ring before it was sent out. They don’t deserve my business and I went to Scott & co in New Oxford that treated me special. A bride to be. They also have a jeweler on site. I am never stepping back into that place again. I have been so extremely distraught since. I would give a zero star if I could.

I didnt get the gentlemans name that waited on me in the Hanover store but he was so nice and checked all my pieces I brought in to have inspected. Probably, 10-12 pieces, never complained, was talking to me the whole time. Great place for jewelry and good customer service!

The Hanover location has closed without notice. Ive been going there twice a year since 2012 for ring cleaning and wasnt notified. There is no sign stating where to visit instead. The mall directory still has Kay listed in that location. And the Hanover Kays website is still up and running with a disconnected phone number! What a waste of time! I have never had a good experience with Kays.
