Very helpful and informative. I gave him a call explaining my situation trying to set up two monitors to run off of my laptop he gave me great information about who to call and find out if it was even possible with my laptop. Even though I did not need his services after I contacted Dell his insights and recommendation saved me a lot of time from going to different stores and trying to see if anything would work. Even though he did not do any work for me just the fact that he was willing to spend time with me on the phone so that I can understand better what was going on and who else I should contact really made me feel valued and important to him.

I greatly appreciate how quick George was to come look at my laptop and let me know what needs to be done, and how fast he had it back to me. i bought it as a slow pc to begin with and even he was excited to show me how fast it was! i recommend x100! dont waste your money buying a new one when he can make your current (cheaper) computer perform better than most! my mind is at ease i can now start online school next week without slow computer anxiety lol. im beyond grateful to have found & chosen such a trustworthy computer repair company! thank you so much.

After building my first computer at a very steep price it would constantly crash and I couldnt quite figure out what the problem was. George was able to teach me what exactly is wrong with my system and how I could fix it. By far the most knowledgeable individual I have ever meant in the PC world. Super responsive and will do what ever it takes to fix your problem!

Was able to fix my sons desktop no problem customize the case for so the motherboard would fit answer the phone whenever called told me it will be done Monday instead had it done the next day fantastic Technician great company would recommend anybody
