Had Vicky for my hair cut. Very professional and always asking if I liked what she was doing. Also gave me helpful hints to keep my hair good. Very pleasant. Would highly recommend. Did a wonderful job with the cut as well.

Clippers were not cleaned before my hair was cut. If your head gets cut by them and they are filthy you can get ringworm. Haircut was ok but felt like I was just ran through and I was just “another customer”. Maybe it’s just me but my last haircut the woman was so sweet and actually talked to me about the haircut and felt like she took pride in it. Made sure she missed absolutely nothing. Let’s just say I’m never going back here again and only went because my other haircut woman was busy. But now…I’ll wait for when she is available. Just my opinion….

I went to Vicky a couple weeks ago for my daughter and son to get haircuts. We had Vicky and she was AMAZING!! She is extremely personable, friendly, knowledgeable, and talented. She knew exactly what to recommend for my son’s haircut when I said “I just want something different and cool”. She cut my daughter’s hair perfectly to give her curls life back! I came today and requested her because I immediately was drawn to her and wanted her for my hair trims as well. Once again, I left completely happy. I’d recommend Vicky time and time again!

I went to the south Hanover sport clips after my hair got butchered at another place, I was lucky to get Debbie , she worked her magic and hooked me up, so thankful, I highly recommended her, did a fantastic job, I’ll Deff be back, ty soo much debbie

I brought my son here for the 2nd time for a haircut before school started his stylist was Carly she actually did his 1st haircut I’ve always cut it for years now but he absolutely loved her he is 9 yrs old now & told me that Carly will be doing his hair from now on! I received a haircut on Tuesday morning and was super impressed with the service. Greeted by one stylist very professional and hair cut by another who was outstanding in service and professionalism. I was a Cosmetology Educator and the service ( Yanira ) performed was perfect. Professional and pleasant to talk with and very knowledgeable in barbering. Please see she is advised that I appreciated her service and will return in 4-6 weeks for another MVP service.

Never been here and never will but some of my coworkers go here. Ashley would do their hair and once she left, they did too. They let people take their masks off and they do beard trims when they shouldn’t be. If you don’t wanna get sick, avoid this place. Reporting to BBB and CDC.Haircuts are ok but they gotta teach the stylists not to blend clipper cuts with thinning shears. Pay the extra to a licensed barber. Diversified Cuts is great. Get yourself someone who knows what they’re doing.

Ive been going to Sport Clips West York location for about 2 years now. I wont go back. I found that it is definitely worth the 40 min. drive to visit the S.Baltimore st location in Hanover. Staff and stylists in Hanover are friendlier and have better personalities. The typicalhaircut small talk doesnt seem forced and they can crack jokes with the best of them. Great haircut in a great environment.

Jen was very nice. It was her second week, so obviously a little anxious which I think led to her forgetting some of the process (how to check a walk in, in) but she was super nice so it didn’t matter to me. Got a cut, cleaned up my beard line, and the regular MVP. Only the second time I’ve ever been to a sports clips, first time at this location, I for sure would go again.

I did the online sign in and arrived promptly at 3:43(like the website said to) I called to tell them I was here, Ashley said come in so i did. I saw my name was 2nd then 1st continued to wait til about 4:10. I look up and noticed my name was not there anymore, and did not here my name called so I asked and said there sorry and will fit me in after they are done cutting someones elses hair I said no thank you and walked out never to return again!!! A few weeks ago- almost a month ago now, I visited a Sports Clips for the first time ever. I went with a Send A Buddy card I got. And I would just like to say- wow. What a great experience for a haircut! I was pleased to have met a very nice lady named Stacy who did my haircut. She not only did a great job on it, but, she was also great to talk to- very skilled and professional, which is why I asked her for a survey card at the end to formally compliment her awesome job and time. I have no problems there. Very educated and professional. Never had a bad cut there. Jut like any other place, if you get there you will have to wait. Im glad they take time with my hair to make sure I like it and thats why Ive never had a bad cut. Ive been to some other places in Hanover where they just rush the cut to get you out and get the next person and those places screw up my hair every time. Im recommend this place. I was extremely happy with my haircut and service. They did a really nice job on my son and I both. I will definitely be returning when I need another cut. The stylist, I forget her name, did a good job listening to what I needed. It had been a long time since I had a haircut so she had her work cut out for her. The mound of hair on the floor was insane. I felt and looked like a new person after the cut. Thanx again.

I have never had A more enjoyable haircut in my life, I got a haircut, I got a shampoo, she also told me that I should not be using Head and Shoulders for shampoo, because its for dandruff, because all I have is dry skin, which is what I thought was dandruff. I got a nice hot towel Steam on my face, as well as a neck and shoulder massage after it was all done, and with my military discount in the future it would only cost me like $19 which really isnt bad for what Im getting, I bought a new shampoo and some leave-in Moisturizing Conditioner she said that should help with my dry skin, it was just a very relaxed environment and an all-around amazing experience for someone who only ever cut their own hair because one its cheaper and two they dont believe the value of a haircut is out there anymore, but if theres any value anymore its definitely in sports clips

I am very upset and wont go back!! My husbands hair was clearly crooked in the front and missed spots around his ears! My sons hair cut wasnt faded correctly at all either. Never again!

Would do no stars if that was an option. Lady absolutely butchered my hair and paid half attention to what she was doing because her conversation with another employee was more important. Wish I hadnt gone at all and wasted $20 for them to mess my hair up completely

My husband goes here regularly now after trying a few other places in town with less than satisfactory results. Pros of this place he has never had a bad cut here and they do a good job of fixing a bad cut. The negative is that the wait is absolutely absurd somedays. One time he waited for over an hour before going somewhere else because he had to get back to work. Overall if you want a good cut be prepared to pay and wait for it.

If I could give them no stars I would! I normally do not give reviews but my boyfriend came here and had been going to the same place for a while. They were all booked up so we came to sport clips! Let me tell you what they did! His hair was completely uneven in the back and they just kept cutting it shorter and shorter to fix there mistakes! My boyfriend walked out of there with the shortest hair cut I’ve ever seen him have. I had to try and fix it when we went home because it was so bad. He mine as well of have a biz cut!

The biggest thing with Sports Clips is communication to the hairdresser who will be cutting your hair. You have to use laymans terms, be extremely clear, and if you only want an inch cut off the back, you have to say, I want an inch cut off from the back.I finally got a hairdresser the 4th time around who understood what I needed for a haircut. Granted, I should have been more clear on how I wanted the back of my hair cut, but once I saw it, I was more than happy with it, with it being so hot out lately.

2 people ahead of me and waited for over an hour because they failed to check me in properly on the computer. Haircut took 3x longer than it needed to. Shampoo was nice but the sink was killing my neck, seemed like lots of sizzle with not much steak.. the massage was worthless

Horrible experience. Sign was posted in front of shopping center that Sports Clips had No Wait. When we walked in, we were told that there was only 1 person waiting in front of us. (What happen to the No Wait advertised on the sign?) Watched 2 employees leave the store, and no others arrive, while me and the other person waiting in front of me sat there for over a half hour. Finally just walked out of the store, even with the FREE haircut coupon after 35 minutes, and the person waiting in front of me still hadnt been helped yet. I will not be returning here no matter how many FREE haircut coupons they offer.

Very unprofessional. Your conversations with the other crazy lady were more important to you than what you are paid to do, cut. At one time you had the trimmers on (no guard, it was a one) and pointed it towards me. You stopped, turned your entire body to speak to crazy lady and almost cut me when you moved. I had to get out of YOUR way so you could finish your conversation. You told me you JUST learned how to use a blended comb (the one you were using conveniently on me). Being the oldest hair stylist i expect you to have more professionalism even when other employees dont know how to mind their own business and help their own clients. You should not have asked crazy lady for advice on how to cut my hair, IN FRONT OF ME. I mean you proved to me you are not qualified, dont know what you are doing, and have not in your years learned how to behave in front of clients. The younger chick who has no brains of other languages (did not know that hola is spanish for hello, im not kidding) was more attentive to her client than either of the older two ladies.Crazy lady took a freakin trimmer to the top of my head, while the older lady was cutting my hair, just dropped in the middle of our cutting and pretended to buzz a bald spot on the top of my head, then walked away. She has a problem with indian speaking americans because she cant hear them well, racist. She has no moral ethics towards other customers listening to her blab on.I was given a card with 1 of 6 stamps for next time i come. I thought about being nice and giving it to their next victim seated but that would enable their poor excuse of work ethics. If its not clear, I will not be back. If you ladies do end up caring about the reviews of your store, grow up and act like you made this your career.

Horrible service Denise wanted to complain about doing a haircut that was pictured on the wall. She did not listen to me when I told her how to cut my childs hair and proceeded to ignore what we wanted and cut my sons hair too short. Then when I said something she continued to cut his hair even shorter. Terrible experience ever will never go back.
