From making my 17 yr old excited about a hair cut to baby girls first hair cut the staff here keeps delivering smiles! We have moved our entire family to getting hair cuts here and they even wax mommas eyebrows. The environment is so cute and relaxed that even when my children are with me I can still enjoy my styling time! I cant say enough good things but youll only understand once you have tried them!!!!

This is my second time at this salon, first time getting color and I love it! Ashlei did an amazing job. She gave me my first haircut after having brain surgery, and fixed the area that was shaved by the surgeon into an undercut. She also did my color today which turned out absolutely fabulous. Hands down the best salon I have ever been to, and I will continue to be a returning customer ❤️

I cannot rave enough about this salon. Ive visited so many different salons in different parts of PA and in other states, but his is by far is my favorite. Ill say without doubt, Ill never visit another location for my hair needs unless my stylist leaves.I specifically go to Kerstyn and have never had a bad experience. She is a sweetheart, so kind and bubbly, talented as heck to boot! The shop is so beautifully decorated and all are welcome. The vintage decor is a nice touch and the salon is massive, so you dont feel squished or too close to others.Prices reflect that of a proper, high quality salon with highly experienced stylist, so it is more expensive than a regular old chain salon location, but its worth it. They experience is consistent every visit.They offer drinks from wine to coffee for their guests, are always attentive to your needs and comfort. I feel very wanted, safe, and comfortable inside the wonderful space theyve created. Its a fantastic business and should be supported, stop visiting chain stores and support your neighbors.Check it out, you wont be dissapointed!

This place is wonderful! moved to Hanover and saw the reviews for this place and the hairdresser I chose were very positive. She is great and all the staff do great work. Theres a coffee and cocktail bar to make the salon have a cute, upscale salon.

My hair was fried! I have breakage everywhere! It’s like a halo around my whole head. My hair was also multiple different colors when it was meant to be blonde. I can’t do anything with my hair now because of it being ruined. Very frustrating and I paid a lot of money.

Not satisfied with my results. Very professional group, great place. Color is darker than I was asking for and cut ended up being around 10 when I was just looking for 2-3. Lack of experience for my visit, lots of business so must be great people. Would still recommend but be very clear on your expectations. Owner is extremely nice to everyone

This is THE best salon in the entire area, including Maryland, Virginia and DC. As I am not a professional stylist, I only know what I like, not necessarily what is best, given my hair type, etc. Thank God for these folks. Ive been getting my hair done since the shop opened over four years ago, and Ive never, ever been disappointed. Additionally, all those who have come and gone while I was getting my hair done (my process takes a couple of hours, with treatments, color, cut and blow dry) have looked fabulous, as well. You definitely cant go wrong here! Kudos to Jen, Kelsey and John. You guys ROCK (PAPER, SCISSORS!).
