Communication was very poor. Was told it would be weeks to months to get my transmission. They never contacted me when it did arrive to update me. Only called for me to pick it up at 2 in the afternoon. Reinstalled cut and stripped bolts on my now dented drive shaft. Replaced bolts with after multiple calls by us and refused to replace the damaged drive shaft they caused. Poor service all around, would not recommend.

Which in my case I appreciated -being a single mom and wanting to have no payments on a vehicle. He was very friendly, listened to my needs did offer something else that was not currently at location, but fell close to what I wanted and price as well, just to make sure I had seen all my options.In the end I was able to buy my 2012 Toyota Tundra that same day, and I was more than thrilled.Everyone else I had came in contact with at Apple CDJR of Hanover were all friendly. They gave me a great price 1st time that I may have been able to haggle another $500, but I like to do business with people that are fair, clear and offer the best price they can make a fair profit. Then they asked very in depth questions that resulted in an additional $1,000 rebate the local dealer missed. I called them after getting frustrated with my local dealer that gave ambiguous answers or forgot to call back and then remembering the great experience I had with Apple BMW when I bought my car. So glad I did.

I had a headlight go out on our 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude. I was able to call in on short notice & they were able to get me in. My arrival experience was excellent from the service reps & whole process was only about 30 minutes, repaired (both bulbs) & out. Vehicle was waiting right outside the front door for me to be on my way. Excellent service all around.

Bad experience with the Hanover dealership and sales staff. Agreed on price and conditions of the purchase for a new vehicle prior to my arrival to test drive the vehicle. After the test drive and confirming I wanted to purchase the vehicle in accordance to our prior discussion, the dealer reneged on the terms and price that we had previously agreed. They waited until after I test drove the vehicle, wasting my time. Very disrespectful. Also made deal with one salesperson and then a second salesperson stepped in to change the deal. Of course we all know the game, the sales manager makes the final approval so I guess you cant really blame the floor sales people for this bad deal, other than I was lured in over the phone just to find the change in price in person. BAD Business! Note: $500 difference on $59K truck. Give me a break.

We scheduled an appointment for a test drive for a used silverado. We had been emailing with an associate to schedule it. We drove an hour just for them to tell us the vehicle had already been sold an hour before we got there. Their excuse was they had no phone number to contact us, but they had our email that they had been contacting us with to schedule the test drive. Completely unacceptable service and the associate showed a complete lack of care. Never again

We drove 2 1/2 hours with a cashier’s check in hand to purchase a car on the spot, and decided this was not the place we wanted to support. About 70% of the employees and customers were not wearing masks. Totally bummed us out. Signs on the highway say Apple “we care about you.” I say, really? Ive had my 2017 chrysler 300s in the hanover location 5 times for the same water leak and they kept saying there is no leak or that they have fixed it, but it continues to leak. Theyve had my car in the shop for repairs longer than Ive been able to enjoy it since Ive owned it. I would never recommend someone to buy a car from them. Terrible service!!!

I have a Dodge that had the air bag recall on it so I called in and made an appointment to get it fixed. The man on the phone was amazing. Even though the recall wouldve only taken 3 hours to fix, they let me get a rental, free of charge, since I had to work all day. It was a quick and easy process. Everyone I encountered even the guy from Enterprise, was so nice! They werent pushy to sell you anything either. Id highly recommend and I might even be coming back to them to buy a car in the future!

I went to Apple just to look at a certain SUV, the salesman (Brandon) was really helpful and very friendly. He showed me a different SUV that had thousands of dollars in incentives that would better fit me for my daily travels and my budget. Due to a recall, they sent me on my way in a loaner vehicle until the recall was repaired in my new SUV. A few days later I went in to sign the paperwork with the sales manager and they told me that they got me an even lower interest rate than what the bank originally gave me. Ive owned about 15 cars in my life and Ive had 1 of the best experiences at Apple Dodge Jeep Chrysler. I will definitely be a returning customer.

My service ordered was processed promptly. The time duration was very good. Wasnt to quick to make you feel like it was done with haste. Also want to long that it was irritating. Nick helped me purchase a Surprise Work Truck for my husband. I had been in contact with him a few times thinking about getting a new vehicle. The service department is amazing at this dealership, Mike Wantz is a great service advisor to deal with we have 5 ram truck we bring there for service and work. On the other hand the sales department is a joke!! They will literally come back with like 5 times with different prices, we have bought quite a bit of ram trucks and haven’t bought any of them from here! Apple of Hanover has a no nonsense approach to selling vehicles that I appreciate. I was looking for a specific used vehicle and found it at the Hanover location. It was over an hour away from where I currently live in Maryland and did not have the time, nor desire, to play games. When I initially contacted Apple, I was put in touch with Greg who became our salesperson and, from start to finish, he took care of us in a professional and timely manner. We initially talked over the phone, and then followed up via text as needed. The next day he scheduled a time for a test drive, and within 4 hours of us getting to the dealership, the car was ours and titled for the state of MD even though the dealership is in PA. The dealership even added gas to our car before we left. I was also impressed with the dealerships online infomercials with respect to the car. This was definitely the best car buying experience I have had and I thank Greg for his time, and professionalism. Well done!

Went there to sell my truck with no interest of purchasing another vehicle, I called in before hand and made sure this was okay and made an appointment. While waiting for them to appraise my truck my wife found a vehicle she really liked. A salesman came out and gave us the keys to look inside.As my wife was sitting in the vehicle which she was very impressed with, the manager who was supposed to appriase my truck walked over and rudley said he was not going to waste his time appraising my truck unless we were buying another vehicle from them. My wife and I left the dealer ship and sold the truck elsewhere 30 minutes later.This is the second time we have visited an apple dealership in the last year and had a bad experience and we will not be going back nor purchasing any vehicles from them. Ever.

Got my truck serviced here and they charged me $125 to check my check engine light. Cost me $203 to check that and change my oil. Definitely wont get scammed by this place again. Save your money and get your vehicle serviced some place else

My husband and I walked around outside last week. I popped in to grab a business card and ask if they were indeed open. The salesman seemed like we were bothering him and handed me his card stated everything is done online. Then after we applied we were told the car had sold on Saturday. If they would have been more apt to help on Thursday we would have purchased the car my husband wanted. Also I asked the salesman who called me if we were approved for another car and he said he didnt run my credit but when I checked my credit file he did I fact check it. They seem like they didnt really want to help us and you shouldnt judge a book by the cover. They cant be bothered right now it seems.

SHADY! We went to look at a used truck Apple on Eisenhower Dr. listed online as reduced for $20,000. After driving and looking it over, we decided to buy. Salesperson disappeared for about 15 minutes between us looking at the truck and sitting down to sign papers. When he came back and gave us the papers to finance, truck was listed for $23,000. Guess they thought we wouldnt catch that? When I called them on it, they said the truck was online listed for $23,000. We used our cell phones to check the listing and they had RAISED THE PRICE! We drove an hour to purchase that truck because we saw the price dropped, we KNOW what the price was. Beware People. Take a screenshot of the listing or maybe print it out, so that you have proof of what the listing was.

I will never go to a buy here pay here or “corner store” car lot ever again. Apple really cares about the customer’s and their families. I received professional guidance, all my questions were answered (some before I even had the chance to ask!) and I was handed keys the same day. They gave me peace of mind along with a great warranty. Very painless and stress free. Zero headaches. Great experience.

I live in York, but was in Hanover when I discovered a screw in one of my tires. I took my truck to Apple CDJR and was amazed by the friendliness, efficiency, and proficiency of the service department. Not only did they take my truck back immediately, but they completed the repair before I even had time to finish purchasing a single item at the hardware store across the street. Talk about prompt service! I would definitely return to Apple CDJR!

I called Apple Chrysler during the middle of the Covid pandemic an inquired about purchasing a new vehicle. Was told a sales manager would return my call as soon as they were allowed to do bussiness by state mandate. 2 months later still no call! Now in jam to purchase a new car i was forced to go out of state and found one and purchased it the same day. After waiting another 2 months to get my new registration, i called the service department to get my new car inspected! Had to leave a message and did so, they never called me back! Seems Appke spent a lot of money to buy out Hanover Dodge to give very poor service!

Very disappointed with service. I initially dropped my Jeep off for a valve tap picked it back up when they said it was ready and the engine was still tapping and making the same noises I dropped it off with. After dropping it back off the following week to get serviced again (After already getting paying for the issue to be fixed the first time) I was wondering why my gas mileage was terrible and after looking under the hood the air intake hose was never tightened and was literally just flopping around. Would not recommend. (Not to mention I waited in the waiting room for 2.5 hours the second time I brought it back, which was a scheduled appointment for them to tell me to drop it back it off Monday to get fixed)
