It was a good service and having the vehicle for over two months without any issues or pressure was a good thing. The service agents were courteous and friendly. They took their time to talk to me about my bill and were patient until the insurance company paid the bill.

This place is great if you like THEIVES. My personal property was stolen and they lied and pretended that they didnt know or see anything. I left the item in the same rental that i used and immediately called them when i checked my pockets when the guy dropped me off. i drove all the way there and they had the blank looks of thieves. So if you like people who steal from veterans on the 4th of July weekend... thats the honest way to thank me for my service. If they need stuff that bad maybe they should ask instead of steal it.

We had one bad experience with Enterprise a few years ago, which has tinted our view of them, sadly. Since then weve used them a couple of times and even though we expect problems, the staff here in Hanford are pleasant and courteous and the cars are always great. In my experience though, even with a car booked in advance, be prepared to spend 20 minutes in the office. Its not an instant pickup experience

I’ve used Alamo, National, Budget, & Enterprise car rental. I prefer Enterprise over all the others. They take the time to go over not only the physical outside of the car but they take the time to also explain how all the new gadgets in the car work and make sure you feel comfortable when you drive off. I’ve never had an issue with Enterprise. I have enliven used Enterprise Car Sales 3 different times. You know these cars are purchased brand new and they are serviced regularly. I’ll never rent from another car rental company again other than Enterprise.

This rating is for the Hanford ca location specifically. The staff there is amazing, quick, polite, well informed ! What more can you ask for? I have been a customer there for around 3 years and have seen the staff change. The newer staff joins the team strong which really shows how seriously they take training and how much they value their customers because the staff go above and beyond to make sure you the customer are in good shape. Thank you for calling me when my car was ready or tell me not to come in yet because there are no cars yet. The open communication is key and I appreciate it.

I’ve been renting cars at the Hanford, CA location for several years now and it’s always been a pleasant experience every time. Last week I rented an SUV and for the first time during the pandemic. I have to say that Enterprise employees are courteous and professional at every step of the way.

They gave us a rental car after being involved in an accident. The rental car breaks down in the middle of nowhere. They send tow truck which took car to fresno AVIS. Found our own ride to enterprise. Next car they gave us had message needs service see dealer. We Said Oh No not again. Got another car number 3. We will see 🙏😫😠😡

Easy process with a great base rate at the last minute. Helpful and quick. However, we didnt take our masks off until we were already on the road to realize the terrible, pungent smell of cigarettes that was in the car. After driving the car for seven hours that day it left us both with headaches. When we reached out to the office about it they said they would give us a discount, but it ended up being a discount of $5 off the bill. When you rent a car you expect it to not have the smell of smoke. I would have rather traveled further to get a car that did not have that smell.

Reserved a car to take my sister to her doctors appt. in San Francisco, when we got there to get the car they wanted the driver to have a credit card and a bank issued credit/debit card doesnt count. So we ended up at Hertz which allows the person paying for the car to add a driver without having another credit card, plus we got two days for the same price as one day with Enterprise. 5 stars for Hertz!

The staff was amazing! I needed a rental while mine was in the shop. They picked me up from home and returned me to the dealership once my car was ready. The drivers are friendly and courteous. While waiting in the lobby, the staff quickly made sure I was being helped. They remembered me from a previous visit and started a friendly conversation. Only possible negative is that they dont require a full tank when dropping off. Picking up a car with fractions of a tank means you could possibly put more gas into it than you used. Hardly important enough to take a star away from their excellent customer service. Great job Enterprise!

Been using Enterprise for almost a decade but this branch is one of the best out of other branches I have used (in San Diego, San Jose, and LA). They have a good variety of newer cars available, did not do aggressive upselling of unnecessary insurances and were efficient and courteous.

The small staff here do an awesome job keeping up with their busy office. The cars are always clean and in good condition. They can usually give you a ride to their office, but sometimes get to busy with customers.

I am give them 2 starts because past experience has been good, but this last time I had reservation for 18:00 I called them and told them I was running late if they could wait 5 minutes they said no we close at six and no one is willing to wait. So I still wound up going hoping someone would be there and arrived at 18:02 and the kid behind the door said were closed, wife told we had to stop at Urgent care but he said he could not help us. Hanford is a small town many of this place customers are locals like myself so maintaining good customer relations should be a top priority or so you would think. Anyway had to go to Fresno and actually got a better rate just a little out of my way though.

Called the store directly and got a car reserved, was outstanding service, super friendly and thoughtful! Got me in to a new Jeep while I finish my vacation after an accident. They do have a direct number, Google is showing their call center number, for best results change the last digit from 6 to 5 :)

I have been renting long term while working in Hanford. This is one of the busiest offices Ive been to and everyone works really hard to satisfy their customers. They are unfailingly courteous and helpful. They make suggestions to help save you money. Once I didnt make a reservation in time and they were out of cars. They got me one an hour later so I could go about my work. The cars Ive rented have been perfectly clean. The rental process is speedy and smooth, the deposit fair. I especially want to commend Lisle and Kevin for their great help.

From someone who has had to rent cars on a daily or monthly basis, this company here in Hanford have made my experience a nice one. Everyone is always friendly and helpful. I will always return to this location because of the customer service.

Enterprise in Hanford does an excellent job with limited staff and the fact that they just moved. They come get you and drop you back off as needed. The cars are kept clean and serviced. I have rented from here several times over the years and have never had a single issue.

Rented a vehicle for one day actually got a free upgrade so the initial experience was great, car was due back at 6 arrived at 515 & was told shuttle service had ended, me my daughter & her 3 kids had to walk home a 45 min walk! Wish I would have known that ahead of time, Ive always chose enterprise now Im very disappointed

I have only rented from Enterprise over the last few years. I have been so impressed with Enterprise that in 2016 I purchased a 2015 Dodge Charger from Enterprises used car sales division.Great cars and great service.

While I am a repeat customer, the Hanford, Ca. has representatives that are less than professional. On the day of my return I waited along with three other customers for the doors open, yes we were all there before store hours and no stop box, when finally allowed in, I was instructed to leave keys with front desk and they would take care of the check in, when I received final electronic bill, not only was I checked in almost 30 minutes beyond my arrive in was charged 15 extra minutes of the daily rate. Contacted Customer while couldnt do anything for me other than relay a message to store to contact me, six days later I am still waiting for a returned call. If you rent at this location do not trust the team to take excellent care of you, customers are not the priority.

Really disappointed with this location after my last visit. I rented a 2018 Toyota Camry to go out of town on 8/10/18, it had been smoked in and smelled terrible. Ashes all over inside the car and the outside was not clean either (looked like they simply rinsed it off with water). When I told the Enterprise employee about this when I returned it, his response was simply: aww man. No apology or offer for a discount. He told the manager (she looked half asleep), she asked him who checked me in and that was it. I rent many cars from Enterprise for personal use and especially for work, typically this location is awesome, but not anymore. Time to try Hertz.

Dirty used socks and a comb left in the center console if the Ford Fusion I rented, and the staff member I told looked confused, but asked no more questions.Jan/2018 - UpdateRented Hyundai - it was a nice car, fairly clean on the inside. I wish HFD Enterprise would clean the outside of their cars better before renting. Is it too much to ask that the mirrors are clean and im not looking through dirty water streaks? Also, wipers were on their last leg ( I understand that we get little rain, but it rained during my two weeks.

I was left stranded by the local Hertz even with a reservation. Walked to Enterprise and had a car in less than 20 minutes. Fast, effecient customer service and I was on my way.

Recieved Van dirty, vomit stains on passanger door. And facility has no key drop box for late arrivals. Unsat.

These guys were helpful and polite. Rented a large suv for a long road trip, it could have been cleaner. It also smelled like the previous renter smoked in it, nothing a few sprays of fabreeze couldnt fix.

Pretty good customer service and they are there when you need them but sometimes you need to wait a bit. It is a decent location with a place to clean the cars.

Found drugs in my rental car!During rental inspection my wife specifically asked if the vehicle had been smoked in, the manager answered no. I followed my wife to the repair shop and during the drive smelled what seemed to be smoke. My wife confirmed my suspicions and also discovered ashes throughout the vehicle. She called the company to complain the manager still stated the vehicle had not been smoked in. My wife informed him on the ash in the vehicle, he replied that the vehicles where cleaned between uses and that was not possible. She replied saying she could show him the ash, at this point the manager stated he did not want to go back and forth and told us to bring the car in for an exchange. After hanging up and documenting the state of the interior of the vehicle. This is when my wife discovered marijuana in the passenger door handle. At this point we exited the vehicle and called Enterprise. She requested the number for the district office. After numerous holds and excuses we where told the district manager would contact us in 15 minutes. We waited and after 20 minutes contacted Enterprise headquarters ourselves to file a complaint. I called the police and had the incident and had existence of marijuana confirmed and documented. The district manager contacted us to apologize and attempted to offer us a rental free of charge. I told him that I was not comfortable renting from his company. We contacted the office and told them to come retrieve the vehicle. We had to cancel our repair appointment. The real issue here is I am a active duty member of the US Navy had I been charged with the possession of this substance it could have ruined, even ended my career. Had I not discovered the marijuana I would have driven to my home, located on base at NAS Lemoore. These oversights and lies could have cost me everything, even if I wasnt dishonorably discharged for the incident it would have remained on my record and made me ineligible for numerous commissioning and special duty programs.

Incredibly under staffed on Saturday. It took 30 minutes just to DROP my vehicle. Line was out the door and the phones were completely unanswered.

The van we rented ran good, but was not clean inside or out. At least they could have cleaned the windows. I have rented from Enterprise in the past and this was a disappointment.

I made reservation to save time, thats what they say on thier website. But it took me at leadt 45 mim to get the car and it was not the car I reserved. They just barely cleaned the car! The customer service was om though, no complain on that area.

My card wouldnt swipe, the magnet is broken, and they refused to manually put it in.

DO NOT GO HERE. They will not try to help you out with anything. We are going through a rough time (death in the family) so we really needed to rent a car to drive the whole family to san diego. We went in today and it so happened that my husbands license expired on the 11th. So we payed to get it renewd and came back with proof of it and they still wouldnt let us rent a car. Customer service sucked and its too bad cause we were already having a bad day and to top it off this just made it even worse. I recommend you go elsewhere like hertz. They were able to help me out and we were able to rent an SUV.

Ive been renting with Enterprise for several years now..Im pleased with the overall service..My last rental I wasnt very pleased with the vehicle they gave me...The inside if it was chewed up by someones dog.. Ive never had a bad vehicle from them but this one was the worst

ATTENTION HANFORD ENTERPRISE RENTAL CAR!!!!!!!!!!I had a very bad experience in Hanford location only , Im a customer more than 3 years and in all my rental history I never had a problem like the one In HANFORD LOCATION ONLY out of all UNITED STATES LOCATIONS . I in advance Recerved a full size car sadly when I get to the office they give me a compact car and charged me for a full size car . They told me a second driver could driver the vehicle with enterprise insurance, they didnt even took down the second driver information and said it was ok for my second driver to drive . At the end of the day my second driver was not even covered!!!!!!! They lied to me with all the things it was covered just to SELL THE INSURANCE!!!!!!!!!!! THE MANAGER is the one in charge of doing all this mess !!!!!!!I will not come back to this location!

I have used Enterprise many years; when traveling for work through company accounts, for vacations and now that Im retired for both business & pleasure. The office that is currently the most convenient for me is in Hanford, CA where every person I have dealt with has been friendly, professional and provided accurate and reliable information and services. I also depend on their pick up service, which I had not used at any other location; I was impressed with how quick they arrive. Since you call only when you are ready to be picked up (not in advance, since a driver may already be in your area) I have not waited more than 20 mins. and I live the next town over!!! I always get the car make/model I request, the staff is great, the service is excellent - I hope all branches can live up to the Enterprise office located on 7th Street in Hanford, CA because Im spoiled now. Great job Megan, TJ, Bret, and all the staff (sorry, cant remember everyones name).
