Last spring I needed my high quality carpet re stretched. It was several years old and had a few bubbles in it. I agreed to pay about double what others charged so I could have it done immediately. Baileys promised it would never need a re stretch. A month later some bubbles reappeared. I called Baileys and left a message They never returned my call. I sent unanswered text messages. Then I was gone for an extended period of time. Last week I sent Baileys an email concerning the repair work.I plan to send pictures, phone call info and check photo copies to the IRS. When I paid for the work, cash was requested. I didnt have cash on hand. He asked me to make a check out to his grandmother. I doubt his grandmother owns the company. I dont think the IRS will find anyone claimed the income on their tax return.I also see that there are 5.0 ratings here from people with last names -Bailey. HumSo, on top of doing low quality work, not returning to uphold warranty, not returning calls, I expect they will have future IRS audits.

Tried for almost a week to have him come out to put in my carpet. He either didnt answer or had an excuse as to why he couldnt make it. Never answered the phone and rarely texted back, and when he did it was just an excuse as to why he was running late or couldnt come. Do not even bother calling unless you feel like waiting around for hours on end for him not to show up. Would love to give a 0 star. Absolutely unprofessional.

Told us carpet was 1325 $ told us pay him 400 $ and the place wouldnt take over 950$ on a credit card because of the charges it cost , so we gave him 400$ cash and called and paid the balance, then we never heard from him again, got a message from his girlfriend and said he was in jail again and he couldnt make it , so went to carpet store to make sure he hasnt picked the carpet up only to find out the full price of the carpet was only 925$ so he lied about the price of the carpet , I would never do business with this guy again and I advise that not one person use him !!!!!

Did not meet with me as agreed and looked up his address but was a house not a business

I have had numerous carpet and vinyl jobs done by James. He is awesome at what he does. Good quality work! Loved everything about the jobs that he did for me. I would highly recommend James with Baileys flooring to anyone in the Butler county area! He takes pride in his work and makes sure the customer is fully 100% satisfied.
