Had All valley flooring come out and lay some carpet in my man cave, Despite them being busy they were still able to come out within a week of me asking and knock it out. The carpet looks great!

Google reviews do not lie. He had a subcontractor come over to fix my floors which was drinking during the day. He put a flat coat on the side of the room he repaired, but the rest of the room had semi-gloss. The owner then said there was nothing wrong with it and he would fix it if I paid for the entire room to be done. What if I wanted to have him fix the error between his subcontractor and me and he was out of the deal. Bad business

I didnt have a good experience with All Valley Flooring. The price changed, with no satisfactory explanation.They brought the product in bits and pieces so there was no way to verify I got all the left over product. There should have been some product left four pieces doesnt seem realistic.The installed did a bad job on a very small part of the molding. Instead of fixing it he yelled at me and started a fight. He threatened to remove what he had installed. I had to call the company to get the installer to fix the issue.The staff say that I lied to them and accused them of stealing, neither of which is true. I was given misleading information by this company. I would NOT recommend All Valley Flooring in Hamilton Mt.I feel if I had been a man I wouldnt have had as many issues.

Do not give this person a dime of your hard earned money! I didnt know better because I was new to town but he screwed me over and as I met people I found out thats the kind of business man he is. In my dealings he was liar and a thief. Ive never had to write a review like this but he screwed me over monetarily and thought I should warn others.

This place is just the absolute worst!! I regret to say im happy to see so many others sharing such a horrible experience. This man, and his employees will order material for you without your knowledge and try to peg you with a big bill and if you dont pay it, you will have a lawsuit on your hands. When I called all the lawyers in this town, they knew exactly who I was talking about without even giving a name. Apparently this businesss infamous reputation is well-known. PLEASE STAY AWAY!

You can lead this sorry string of horses to water and even beg ‘em to drink. But in the end, they’ll just take a dump in your trough. And then invoice you for your best water; and your hay; and pasture and anything else if you don’t read carefully. Believe me and our new flooring planks that now run the opposite direction from what we specifically and clearly requested: don’t participate in this rodeo. Run, don’t walk away. They are in it 100% for them, not you.

We had damage due to water and took them weeks to come to our house to view the damage and get an estimate. Almost a month later we finally got our bedroom carpet repaired and laundry room floor fixed. Weeks went by until we heard from the man that would sand our hardwood floors. He came up to view said he was busy but would start the next day. That day he calls to say not done, will come the next day. No call that third day, I call and he is still not done with previous job and says he is tired. (So, if still busy with previous job, why promise to come start our work?)I call to fire the sander and ask for money back on what was not used from our deposit. Took just under two months to get that. We would never recommend them!

Called for an estimate for a large office building. Man came out, measured. Said he had done work in the building before. Said his mothers birthday party was starting so he would get back to me. Never heard from them again. Will take my business elsewhere. This was a few months back.

Do not be fooled by the low prices. I went to the store and selected a carpet that seemed like an incredible deal. People were friendly and all seemed to go smooth. When I got home from work on the day they installed the carpet, I walked in to see an entirely different carpet than the one I had selected.I called to explain the situation, their first move was to claim I had clearly given them the wrong carpet number, once I proved that wasnt the case, they tried to convince me I had shown them several different patterns (not true, I had a single carpet sample). From there I spent about two weeks trying to track down the owner to explain things to him. Once I finally did, he used the same excuses. Ultimately I settled for a slight discount on the carpet they installed just to be done with them.Long story short, their prices may seem cheap, but the headache that comes with them isnt even close to being worth it. I would strongly recommend going elsewhere for your flooring needs.

We had an emergency repair and they fit us in!!! They were prompt, clean, and courteous. Would highly recommend their services.
