After our basement flooded we contacted ServPro. From start to finish, Kyle and his team were absolutely amazing!!! We highly recommend this company

Great company full of great people. They were all so helpful and pleasant to work with. They got my house back in order after our water loss so much faster than I anticipated (thank goodness I was worried we would be spending the holiday in a hotel) but they were not going to let that happen. Stephanie was so easy to work with and answered every question we had every step of the way. I pray we never have another water loss but if we do I know who we are calling. The carpet cleaning crew was fantastic too.

My landlord set up a carpet cleaning for me last Friday. They never showed up. I called to see what was going on and they said they forgot to call me. They actually needed to reschedule because of all the floods. Totally understood. So we rescheduled for today 5/28/2020. They didn’t show up again. I’m just frustrated. I’m a very understanding person but when this happens twice, I’m going to get upset. I tried calling 2 different numbers but no one answered.

By far the best cleaning/restoration company in the area. Everyone knows how stressful an emergency situation can be, and what’s even worse is when you find the people who are supposed to be helping you cause even more of a headache. Ive experienced that with several of their competitors. But the Servpro team always does a phenomenal job. Not only is their work high quality, but their customer service is just as great. They really care just as much as you do!

Great job with upholstery cleaning! They came quickly and made our couches smell/ look like new. Will use them again in the future.

We could not get the company to show up, let alone return calls when they said they would. We contacted the emergency line, were told someone would be at our home that day, in the afternoon. After calling corporate and talking to the Hamilton office staff, we were assured they would be there that day. No show. After calling the next morning, Hailey, in the office staff said she would call us right back to let us know when they would arrive. Going on 12 hours, still no return call and already had another company show up, fix the issue and leave before we ever heard from this company. Very disappointing and damage irreparable because we kept waiting for Servpro.

When I burnt down my shed they were there to help me through the whole process replace the siding on the back of my house that melted from the fire clean the mess up when they were done you could never tell that there was a shed there they replace the grass it was awesome very pleasant people to work with I’d recommend them to everyone.😊
