David...You are LITERALLY my hero!! I cant begin to explain how much of a life saver you were for me today. I traveled from Florida and had driven through the night to get to Ohio for a family reunion when I realized my air pressure sensor sudden went off and my car started driving terribly on the interstate. I pulled over, realized I had a flat front driver tire and stressful made my way to this Tire Choice for emergency assistance. David got me in ASAP even though there was only one other employee working with at least 8 cars in the garage. I was exhausted, worried, and extremely short funded with the added stress of being very far from home. I was hoping that this was just a simple flat fix covered under my tire warranty from a previous Tire Choice tire purchase but unfortunately David found out this was NOT a simple flat and my alignment was so bad it had rubbed a huge hole in my tire, which was not covered under the normal tire warranty coverage. He did EVERYTHING in his power to get me the best deal on a really great set of 2 tires with an alignment and did the job in an incredibly fast amount of time despite being short staffed while multiple other vehicles were being worked on at the same time. Im sooooooo satisfied with Davids customer service and the way he helped reassure me that he would go above and beyond to help me out... And he did NOT disappoint. So I want to thank you so very very much for everything you did today and I cant begin to recommend this Tire Choice enough. A++++!

Everyone is so friendly. I came in the morning to have my brakes checked and they were so quick and efficient. Called again in the afternoon once I realized my headlight was out and they took me right back in and was just ask quick. Definitely recommend!

I had a valve stem on one of my tires break while I was filling my tire up with air at the gas station across the street which of course immediately resulted in a completely flat tire rendering it unable to be driven. I called Tire Choice and talked with David and he offered to come over there (even though he was short staffed that day), to get my vehicle and take it to the shop to be fixed. They had it fixed in an hour, probably less, even though I told him I didn’t need it back until I got off work. And then when I call to find out how much I was told $100 LESS then what I paid to get a valve stem replaced at a different tire place in downtown hamilton AND he ran a diagnostic on my vehicle, AND filled my brake fluid all FREE OF CHARGE. So I can’t even explain in words how grateful I am and how awesome they are. They clearly realize in that industry soooo many people are taken complete advantage of, and we all know how easily most places can and DO take advantage, and yet they have chosen to be loyal and honest, and helpful to those of us that have zero idea about fixing or maintenance of vehicles. So thank you again so so much, especially David!

Yes yes yes! I’ve never been so satisfied by an auto shop. After all my hard work I was able to vacation and go visit my family out here but of course once I get here I get a flat. The whole drive and now a flat? Great! I didn’t save enough for tires on a trip, what the f? Luckily when I showed up I was greeted by a friendly face, I think her name was Rose. She was so great, she made my day better just by talking with me, after me telling her everything that happened she worked her magic and got me a great deal, not just repairing, but on a brand new tire too. She just met me and she went out of her way to help me? The greatest! Unfortunately while getting my tire changed they mentioned I might want the oil change since I’ve been driving so much. Once again, didn’t really work that into my budget (bad thinking on my end) but luckily this place is full of great people, like Rose, who are willing to help no matter what and I got one of the best deals ever. Plus the inside isn’t nasty like other shops, it’s roomy and comfortable while I waited plus drinks and snacks are readily available. It was a bad situation I arrived in but I’m so glad I stopped here, these people are amazing, especially Rose. So helpful and extremely friendly, I wouldn’t recommend anywhere else.

Joaquin and his team were great people. Car needed ball joints replaced, idler arm, and alignment and they did everything in a timely manner and my car feels like a brand new car. Highly recommend them to anyone who needs work done!

Went for an alignment and balance, a week or so later I went back to get rebalanced as my car wasn’t driving straight and smooth. They supposedly gave me an additional realignment, but my vehicle still pulls to the right significantly. They also over-torqued my wheels wayyyy past my specs. (They had the lugs tightened to anywhere between 100 and 120 ft lbs, where my car only calls for 80 ft lbs). I then went to Tire Discounters to get rebalanced, where they informed me my two front wheels were indeed significantly out of balance. I’ve been waiting on a refund, which is taking longer than I expected.They also told me my bad ride could be caused by the fact that my inner tie rods were “slightly bent” and they quoted me for the labor. But two other reputable mechanics told me they looked fine and did not need replaced.Am less than pleased about Car X/Pohlman’s quality of labor. I would not recommend. Will be going to reputable mechanics from now on, even if it costs me a few dollars more, it’s worth it. Very sad.*Would recommend Tire Discounters or Eric’s Auto in Hamilton.*

These guys rock. Ryan, manager, is kind, understanding, accommodating. The real deal is their work. Weve had several vehicles worked on including a bear of a brake job that two other mechanics screwed up, but Ryan and their team fixed it for good. Reasonable, fair prices, quick, professional service. Who knew you can get so much from a tire store!

Willing to work with you rather than try to charge you for unnecessary repairs, or charge you labor for investigative work you have already done on your vehicle. Very personable staff, knowledgeable and helpful. Definitely coming back.

Not tk mention told me about the obviously about to blow front right tire that Toyota failed to see. This could have resulted in a very bad wreck for my wife and two toddlers. They also have me an HONEST description of my brake life , I have about 10,0000 miles left on them and Toyota stated they were about to fail.Thanks Paul and Joaquin and the CarX family! My wife took her car in for an oil change and tire rotation and I asked them to check the brakes while it was there because she had noticed squeaking a couple of days before that. Joe let us know that everything was ok and that the brakes were in great shape. The first time I have been to CarX since the change over from Jeff Pohlman and it will be my last. I was a long time customer of Jeffs and this is not the same place. I got home after my oil change, tire rotation and courtesy inspection and called the manager Rob. I asked if my tires were rotated yes we do free tire rotation with every oil change was Robs reply. I went on to tell him I was never asked for the special tool to remove my tires they marked on my report (yellow) wear on my tires that only have 7,000 miles on them, my brakes all 4 marked NEW in bold letters across the report they have 58,000 miles (I was expecting a quote to replace them) KEEP IN MIND MY TIRES WERE NEVER TAKEN OFF MY CAR. My filters marked clean on the report I stopped and bought new ones and replaced the filthy ones myself. 10W30 oil was used not the recommended 5W20 for the vehicle and it says it right on the cap!NOW IT GETS BETTER!!! Rob the manager is going to personally take care of this bring your car back in we will make it right I will do it myself and show you your brakes and change the oil. I go back in ROB never speaks to me directly never gives an apology walks past me to the computer has the lady at the desk speak to me has her give me a quote all 4 brakes and rotors NO WAY WILL THEY CHANGE MY BRAKES!!! They did not tighten the cap on my radiator and all of my antifreeze spewed out. Took my car elsewhere and found out I did need front brakes and rotors the back brakes were still good but I had them changed before they got any worse. TAKE MY ADVISE DO NOT USE CARX ON MAIN STREET IN HAMILTON

I have been a customer of Jeff Pohlman on High St., Hamilton for a number of years and the service has always been the same. Awesome! No matter what the problem is they always smile and get the job done.

Technician was supposed to do a power steering flush and upon further inspection by a more trustworthy technician they didn’t do it. Highly disappointed will not be returning.

The staff is very professional and they do quality work. Ive been there twice and both times waited much less than I had expected and was very happy with the service!

Have taken my vehicles to Jeff Pohlman Tire and Auto many times over the past five years and always receive top of the line service.

My experience with them hasnt been the best. Everytime I go there I feel like they are ripping me off for a ridiculous amount. I had a new rack and pinion put on my car $200 somewhere else and Jeff Pohlman wanted to charge me over $400 to put a new one on. If they were good mechanics they would be able to get the job done with in days instead of weeks.The one in Middletown doesnt want you buying your own parts and wants to charge you for parts and labor. If its family owned and operated why is every shop different. They do whatever they want it seems like. Just like any high market labor shop. My recommendation is to go to an honest street mechanic theyre not all bad either. Or if anyone in your family can fix cars thats your best bet! I had all of my leaks fixed for $600 and they charged me $800 without the parts. If you wouldnt recommend your own family to come to Jeff Pohlman why work there? Smdh

Poor customer service, never would have been handled like this if still owned by Jeff Pohlman. Not only was I charged for a service that was not performed, but when brought to their attention, basically was told that they have no idea if it was done or not, and there is nothing they can do about it. Been using the High Street location for years, until today.
