Went on line and requested an appointment. The online service showed availability on either Thursday or Friday this week. opted an appointment for either day, Got an email confirmation that I would be contacted in 24 hours. When no contact was made, I called them only to find that they didnt have availability until next week. Clearly you cannot rely on their online scheduling system. It just doesnt work. Scheduled an appointment for next week. A follow-up review will be made based upon the results of the service needed.

I have been having my personal and work vehicles for more than 5 years now. All work done was completed correctly the first time without ever having to return. Service is always done on a timely basses and they NEVER try to sell you anything you dont need. Great experience always at a fair price. It keeps you coming back every time.

We have been going to Cleve Hill for many years. When we first went we had a 2004 Prius and they had just been through training for hybrids. Since then we have trusted them with all our cars.They are always nice and will accommodate us for even the smallest service question or request. We gladly recommend Bret and the rest of the crew!

My husband tried to replace the power steering box on my van and couldnt get it off. So I called Cleve Hill and they were able to get me in right away and replace the box.

Staff went above and beyond when fixing my pothole damage...quick service, fair cost, polite treatment. Trustworthy! And I am not a regular customer...how rare is that? Thank you gentlemen!

Had to stop in for a flat tire and despite being fully booked for the day, they got the tire fixed that day.

I called ahead of time to get a price on an oil change and was told to come in , so I did and when I got there they said I never called even tho I called them 5 minutes before I came , everyone acted as if they’ve never heard from me , very unprofessional and a waste of my time !!

Cleve Hill is awesome! I have been going there for several years. They are very honest and reasonable. I have a car that is 14 years old and not once have they come up with bogus repairs. Just the ones I knew needed repair. Brett and Jeff are personable and easy to talk to.11/15/18....needed more work done on my old car and all I can say is these guys are awesome!!

Went to Clevehill to have my car inspected. Brett answered the phone clearly, politely, professionally, and with a great attitude! This may sound like a small thing, but many businesses I’ve dealt with mumble and act like you interrupted their break and they’re doing you a favor. The inspection was completed in a timely manner and I was on my way.Well, a year later and the service is even better. Google wont let me add another review...so heres my expanded review. I had my cherished 335xi inspected for the second year in a row. It was found to have a bad tie rod end. The part was hard to source (without buying the whole assembly), but Cleve-Hill was gracious enough to allow me to hunt for a part. They installed it and sent me on my way. Just as last year, the attitude from Cleve-Hill was professional and kind. Greatly appreciated.

I can’t say enough nice things about the staff at Cleve-Hill. Whenever I have an appointment they’re always on time. I needed new tires to pass inspection and Brett was up front with me (“Go with these...they’re cheaper but will do the job”). I respected that he didn’t pressure me into buying ridiculously expensive tires (I have a lease, so spending a lot of $$ on tires was the last thing I wanted to do!) A few months after getting the new tires I drove over a spike. As my tire pressure was slowly going down I decided to just park my car right at Cleve-Hill and leave it there overnight. I left a voice message for Brett asking if there was any possible way they could fix it within the next day or two. He called me back within an hour of opening the next day saying it was all set to go. I was so impressed! Needless to say, I’ve had a really great experience with Cleve-Hill; I’ll never go anywhere else!

I have to say that Cleve-Hill is by far one of the nicest places I have been doing business with over the years. After looking over what needs to be done when in the shop, they call us with a work order and price and allow us to make our decisions about work that needs to be done on our vehicles. They are very honest and trustworthy and I say this because I have had many bad experiences with other auto places. I am happy to refer them to all my family and friends. I feel very blessed to be able to deal with such good working people. My compliments to Brett for running a wonderful establishment on Camp Road.

I have had trouble over the years finding a mechanic that Im able to stick with that provides honest, fair and quality work. Im happy to say that Ive finally found those qualities in Brett and the crew at Hamburg Cleve-Hill. We take all three of our family vehicles there. If you want to take your car to a shop with excellent costumer service - this is the place for you. The manager is great and goes out of his way to help out. He is straight forward and easy to talk to. I dont know a lot about cars but know a lot about people- it was easy to see that the manager was not trying to get over on me.

Wont stand behind the products they sell, new tires were bald after 15,000 miles. When I went back to them they wanted to see receipts that the tires were rotated every 3,000 miles.. news flash !!! I rotate my own tires would you like me to write myself a receipt ??

I saw the rating for this place. It was rated nearly 5 stars and plenty of positive reviews. So I decided to go there for the first time back in probably October 2018 to try out. I requested for new tires. They clearly showed that they value customers very much. However, a technician test drive my car after they installed new tires. When I went on the road, the ride was somewhat bumpy. The next day I met with the manager in person and told him about it. He was a little surprised by that and struggled with a logical answer. He suggested me to come back for rebalance. Why didnt a technician not said anything about it or take the car back in garage to fix the problem after test drive? I was disappointed to having to go back two weeks later. They did rebalance immediately. The ride isnt as bumpy as before, but still feel a little bumpy at times. I liked everything about that place, but I was not completely satisfied.In December, the mail came from that place and it said 10% off any service. I decided to give them another try. I called for an appointment on 2/18/2019 for oil change, TPMS, and [tire rotation]. I went in the next day. My appointment was at 11am, but was postponed 10 minutes due to finish working on other customers cars which isnt a big deal. They started working on my car quickly. They did what I requested, but they discovered my battery was bad. I knew it needs to be replaced because of funny noise. They finished the job in less than an hour. The manager was communicative, honesty, and polite. After I left, the ride was smooth. There is no such thing as perfect, but better experience this time than first. Im happy and satisfied and less worry! ☺️Im happy to report Cleve-Hill Auto & Tire in Hamburg truly deserves nearly 5 stars! They are not rip-off or take advantage of you. Price is a bit expensive, but I will come back to support local business!

Made and appointment but apparently it will take 2 hours because they are backed up. Ruined my plans. Last time I schedule in advance. Its for changing tires by the way. Something that should take a half hour?

These guys are awesome! I had a bracket come loose that was holding my brake line. Fixed it in 10 mins on my lunch break for nothing. Clearly they make customer service a priority!!!

I have always felt confident that CHT does only the work that is needed and advises me of when I need to get brakes, tires etc replaced.

Pulled in with a tire going flat and they said,”any other Saturday I would’ve taken you in but we can help sorry.” Just like the one time in the past I stopped by and they told me, “we have tons of inspections we can’t help you.” There was one car on the lift and two in the parking lot when I went there for the inspection 🤦🏻‍♂️ Go somewhere else!
