My wife needed her car inspected and reminded me on the last day of the month. I killed two birds with one stone and asked to get the oil changed as well. Only a few guys there they initially said they could change the oil but not the inspection, when I said I might be back, the owner stepped in and said we can do it. They had me in and out in about half an hour. The owner did the inspection while one of his guys did the oil change. Call me old school but I remember things like this and will return when my car needs an inspection and oil change as well. Staff was friendly, prices are good and they saved me from having to run around, most other places wouldve made me wait hours. Keep up the good work!

I was in and out in about 10 minutes. The guys were great. Told them I was getting the car ready for my wife to go on a long drive and they went the extra mile and did a quick engine check and check the tire pressures as well. I will definitely be coming back to this place again.

Gentlemen greeted me at my car, and directed me to the waiting area. Second man cane in and explained a few things that needed to be fixed on my car, than sat and talked for a few minutes. Very pleasant workers. Had my car done in no time and even applied a coupon to my bill. Highly recommend go here for your oil changes.

Quick service. Average prices. Apparently they use actual Mobil brand oil so I guess that is a plus compared to those that use a non brand name oil.

So I went to this place on Saturday to get my NYS inspection done and one of their associates CHUCK came and greeted me; very professional guy and the ONLY reason they received 2 stars instead of one! After the inspection Chuck walked me around my vehicle and pointed out that one of my tires that I had just bought at KING TIRE IN BUFFALO HAD 2 NAILS IN IT (THIS IS REALLY ALL THEIR FAULT) long story short after arguing with them and calling my cc company, I ended up at fox tire. $100 later I drive back to insta-lube and arrive at 2:30pm because the website says they close at 4pm.(coronavirus I get it) Sign on the door says carona hours 9 to 2pm on Saturdays i think to myself no big deal if I get pulled over i have proof I payed it. Ill come back Monday at 9am. (Fast forward) MONDAY 915 AM I arrive and am greeted by 3 rude guys who say its gonna be a while pull around back. So I pull around back and sit and wait for a little then one finally comes out gets into another vehicle then says move your car back. I tell my girl be cool dont let them get to you lets just wait. Finally Chuck arrives and comes back over and says hey man tire all set now? I explain to him the whole mess of a situation I dealt with at KING TIRE he says ok let me get you in and youll be all set. They pull the car out to me after putting the new sticker on😁 and then they say oh we have to charge you another $10 since we had to re-inspect😡

First time here to get an oil change. They didnt try taking advantage because Im a woman and telling me I needed stuff when I didnt like most places do. They also were very helpful with trying to find out why my low pressure light for my tire kept coming on when I showed concern and are very reasonably priced. Will definitely be coming here from now on!

Failed NYS inspection here but passed at the dealership. Wanted to charge a reinspection fee because they didnt know how the e-brake worked. Dont go here. Inexperienced.

Went in for an oil change, Spent 40$ for a semi synthetic, was in and out even while waiting for them to finish another job. Did a full fluid check and it is spotless in the lobby. Would recommend you check it out if you need an oil change

Bought a “temporary” car when mine died and it needs some work. Brought it here for an oil change and a general look over- they told me what NEEDED to be done and what can wait. I recommend instalube to everyone now and will be my go to mechanic.

I have been here several times and it is always very quick and curteous. I have always had them rotate my tires as well. One occasion a couple weeks after my last visit, I got a flat and I couldn’t get the lugs off the wheel. They were frozen. I called insta lube thinking something might have been related to the rotation, and the owner came right out to my house and did everything he could to help get the wheel off. He even went to get me a new wheel lock key after we sheared the original. Long story short I eventually got the wheel off but the level of service was unexpected and appreciated. I will continue to use this shop.

Took my truck in for inspection at 3 pm Saturday they said they close at 330 so I left and returned 20 mins later with my truck outside without a sticker not on it. I go in and the guy says this is why I dont like ppl dropping off and coming back... Your brakes are wore down to almost nothing on left front side and it failed inspection. I said thats weird because I just replaced them 6 months ago. I take their word for it and go to advanced and buy new pads and rotors. I go home and I get the tire off and the pads are at almost a full pad. Had a mechanic friend come over and couldnt believe what he was seeing. Obviously they tried to scam me to get extra work done that didnt need to be done. I have the old pads and will be returning to talk to a manager/owner to get an explanation. Dont be the next victim stay away. Im considering calling the better business bureau on them for scamming probably thousands of other people.

Do not go here.......... unlike every where else I called today they were not busy. ......I was in and out in no time. They changed a wiper blade for me even though it was from another store and filled all my tires at no charge. The high mileage oil change was alot more than I pay other places. Changed my rating.........its only been about a month and my car started making noise, checked the oil and its bone dry. Obviously they didnt add enough oil. Thats why they werent busy when everyone else for miles around was. DONT GO HERE
