John and John Affordable Shutters replaced a sliding door. Andrei (from sales) was professional and was responsive to calls or texts. He was able to give me a fair price and worked efficiently with condo association to get work approval. The installation team was clean and careful. They had to carry the glass panels to the second floor and they made sure to not damage the product or the surrounding area. They cleaned up after the work was completed. Very considerate gentleman. I am very content with my new sliding door! It is aesthetically pleasing and glides smoothly on the track. I highly recommend John & John Affordable for your hurricane impact windows or doors.

John & John Affordable Shutters, Inc. replaced our condo windows and sliding door three years ago. We had a terrible experience. First they installed wrong door. After half a year the door was replaced but they cut the fiber wire.. also, our contract stated that would get a screen door installed, however they never installed a screen door. i would not recommend this company.

Called to set up an appointment , owner picked up and said in a annoyed voice we dont do business Sunday call tomorrow and hung up the phone on me. I understand the being closed part but not the attitude and hanging up on a potential customer part. How some of these people stay in business is beside me. If you treat me like this before I get shutters I cant imagine during or after. All he had to do was say “ I’m sorry we are closed today but il take your name and number and give you a call back tomorrow.” Sound difficult?

I did my impact doors with John & John excellent products. Very professional and responsive which is unusual these days. I would definitely recommend them.

I contacted John about needing an estimate for impact front doors, replacing the bay window with an impact window and shutters through out the rest of the house. First when he arrived I would have hired him right then, so kind and genuinely cared about what I needed, not once tried to up sell me. After visiting his shop and picking out what I wanted he ordered. Within a couple weeks we had our new doors and window as well as all the shutters. Everything was installed in a day with a little clean up work the second day. The inspection was today, the inspector who was definitely picky had them add 2 screws which was clearly for his benefit, and we now feel safe in our home. I would recommend John and his staff without reservation! I’ve gotten nothing but compliments on my project!! Thank you so very much!!

I have no words to describe how phenomenal this company truly is. I was so disheartened with every other company I called to get impact windows. I had 4 no shows and I called this company and they came right out and followed through immediately. They put all my windows and slider in my house in one day! The employees were meticulous! Their staff is beyond impeccable! I am so happy to feel secure in my home and grateful to them for everything! I highly recommend them!

They were referred by a client and close friend. I spoke with John a week in advance and told him I would be in town on Thursday and Friday and needed to set up an appointment for an estimate. He told me to call him when I arrived and he would come the same day. I asked for a definite appointment and he told me it wasnt necessary. I called Thursday morning and was told they were very busy and may not be able to come out at all. When I complained, I was told they would fit me in on Friday and they would call me in the morning to confirm a time..... I am still waiting. Pathetic.

I highly recommend this company. I got quotes from others and they were either impossible to get on the phone or their quotes were outlandish. John and John was always extememely reachable, great customer service, and they were the most reasonably priced. I cant recommend them enough. They just installed two hurricane windows and accordion shutters--everything is excellent quality and the installation was very quick and smooth. They were very careful not to damage any of my furniture or rugs, and they even cleaned up after themselves. So happy!

As across the board! On time and hard working crew, worked clean and delivered everythis as promised. They pulled permits, got approval from the assocation and set the inspection up for 2 days after work was completed.Its nice when its this easy.

Courteous and professional service combined with a great product and proper installation. Our building is very strict in terms of having all the proper paperwork on file (insurance, workers comp, etc) and they met the requirements without any hitch. All my questions were promptly answered and I highly recommend them.

Had Daniel out on the 7th. He was very nice. I am still waiting on a quote. He told me he would get it to me asap. I waited three days and called the office and they said they would get it over to me. Waited another three days and called back again. I was told again it would be sent over to me. The result is that 10 days later I still do not have a quote from this company. In the meantime, I have had two other companies come out and show me products and give me a quote on the spot. Daniel was very nice, but never showed me any products nor have I had any quote to compare to gain their business. If you say youre going to do something you need to hold up to that. Sadly, if we would have used this company, would this be the type of service we would receive getting the products and installing them? PROBABLY.
