I was extremely upset with them. The day of my daughter birthday, I called him and ask him when he will bring me the equipment, he picked up and told me that the guy will show up in one hour. The party was supposed to start at 6 pm. I called again at 4 he did not pick up. I text him several times, he bloke my number. I call from other phones, he does the same thing. He is so unprofessional. I told him that I dont know what was going on even if he doesnt have the exact bounce house that I asked him, he could bring me whatever he has. I just need something. I was trying to work with him. At 5 pm when I see that he still didnt answer me, I text him again and told him to bring me whatever he has even if he doesnt have the bounce house because I have guess coming I will need chairs and tables. He still did not reply. Remind you that I already gave him most of the money. I was extremely stressed out. I will never and ever trust them again. They are a thief. They stole my money. If you want to be stress-free, do not take them. I even send my husband to that address, it is storage. Very UNPROFESSIONAL.
