So happy with our experience with perfect party rental. We rented a cotton candy, popcorn and kids table and chairs for a party and it was great!!! They were very communicative, on time and helpful. We will definitely be using them again. Thank you for making our party perfect!!!

A perfect party rental was professional and very nice. Their prices are very reasonable. They were on time and very flexible with pick up time. We got the water slide and it was in perfect condition and everything was set up perfectly. I would highly recommend. I will call them for every event going forward. Thank you so much!

Great and fast service

We rented out the water slide for my daughter 5th birthday. This company was amazing 😉 they are courteous, and clean and treated us very special. They allowed us to hold the slide for the weekend at the same rate for extra fun time. We appreciate this amazing company and we will be doing business with them for all future events. We hired them 3 weeks before our party for a package of bounce house and character animator. Just 2 days before the party they tell us the bounce house was not available.After that, we were mis-quoted. We understood that the cost for the character would be lower and ended up being much more. And for that money she was NOT worth it at all. It was horrible.She had a horrible presence, horrible custom and did NOT know how to make any games. She was NOT able to engage the kids in any games. Her face-painting was the least professional I have seen and the balloon art kept popping 5 minutes after she gave it to the kids.Overall the experience was horrible. We felt it was a waste of money and even consider we should be refunded.I am a professional event planner and honestly have never seen such low quality in the provision of services.

Absolutely love this company and have been using them for the past 7 years! From excellent customer service to great clean equipment ( bounce house, chairs, tents, tables etc.), reasonable prices, perfect party rentals have really set the bar high for rental companies. They are easy to talk to in organizing events and are very helpful and reliable. Fedor and Solange have made us very happy with their professionalism. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!I used this company for my daughters first birthday, I truly regret it. Besides the fact that the bounce house was small and not princess themed as I requested he bounce house did not stay inflated. The kids at the party where not able to use the bounce house at all. The entertainer arrived ridiculously late after explaining she was at the wrong party. She only stayed 30 minutes of her 1 hour. When I called and emailed the first business day after the party to explain how horrible the service was, no one called me back nor responded to my email. After several calls later on in the week Solange basically told me I was wrong and that I should of called them during the birthday.Any mother knows that we dont have time to call an complain when hosting a party with kids and adults. The associate showed no empathy for the situation and showed no intentions of making the situation better. Please dont use this company save yourself the stress.
