This location has denied in providing services to me because I didn’t wear mask. It is Aug 2021, Florida when things back to normal and wearing marks officially ARE not required anymore, and in despite of me got my vaccine done. This location doesn’t comply with state law and simply makes its own rules. I don’t recommend wasting your time here if you don’t have mask and don’t want to argue. In addition Rude Spanish lady with white hair treats you with “I am here a boss and you do what I say” attitude, like you own her something. Overall, first place for the past 3 month (on May 3d DeSantis sighed order to lift all mandatory pandemic restrictions) where someone denied me in providing services with no mask.

I came to this usp location today at 2.20 pm (Thursday) I waited in a line 30 minutes. The cashier lady Eliana was yelling on everyone, saying their cards don’t work etc, but later founding out that she was doing mistakes.When it came my turn she suddenly said she’s gonna leave and can’t serve me. I asked her why they made me wait for 30 minutes with a large box in hands. She started yelling at me too and left without any help.

Its 10:25am on Saturday and this place is still not open, they are meant to open at 10am. Do you think we are waiting for you to open for the goodness of our health! No notice, no warning, and to top it off, there are people in the back. Another terrible USPS to add to the list.

The staff is great and very helpful. Its not their fault the government short staffs them and doesnt give them enough supplies! They do the best they can with the little they have.

I have to wait 35 minutes only 2 cashiers looks like there is new employees 1 of the old employees very rude no class at all I feel there some prejudice goin on there is never a white cashiers there is one white man but you never see him the package scan machine was broke

I have never had a problem with the staff at this office. They may not be overly friendly, but they try to process patrons as quickly as possible. However, I do wish they would have someone clean up all the trash and debris in the parking area. That is disgraceful.

This is by far my favorite postal service office and they close late 6pm. The ladies are very helpful and friendly great customer service. They also work faster then the other postal service around Miami.

Made me repack my package and then pushed me out of the building because she needs to go to a doctor and they close earlier.

These are the nicest most helpful people and don’t deserve these bad reviews because some extremely inconsiderate people want to infect us with their mask less faces and then complain about the postal workers that are just doing their job. I have been going there almost daily and this is the best post office. Thank you all!

Terrible service! Rude unprofessional staff!The lady didn’t want to serve me because I refused to ware their mask. Although my face was fully covered with the scarf plus I have chronic medical condition. I was also with the baby in the stroller. And not only she refused to provide the service but she was very rude and nervous, raising her voice (she had a problem with the costumer before me). First she said “don’t forget your mask next time” with an attitude, but in a second she changed her mind and brought me a mask, almost throwing it to me like to a dog. I said no. She also had the audacity to tell me what I’m doing outside my house walking on the streets with my medical condition...what...are you serious?! I didn’t even argue, I was quiet and calm. Someone behind me said “common, no mask no service!” Wait! Did you forget about human rights and freedom? People build this system by themselves and don’t even realize that! Wake up! But it’s another story...The other ladies (workers) refused to help me too. Then they said “just ware it for 5 min, it’s the same thing like your scarf, what’s the problem”!!!!! So if it’s the same thing, what is your problem then???🤔 and interesting what would you say to Muslim woman who covers her face...take it off and put your mask on?? as you can see, it’s not about the safety and health at all, it’s all about principles and following stupid rules without even questioning them, hating each other and forgetting about your humanity. Dear ladies, who work there I’m sending you light and peace, so you can treat yourself and your costumers with respect and love! ❤️ If not, people with this attitude problem shouldn’t be working in a costumer service. By the way all negative comments here are true, I saw them being rude with the people before, now I’ve experienced it myself. I was very disappointed and made a complaint by the phone. I don’t know if it will work, I guess they don’t care at all. It’s a post office, not a local small business who cares about reputation. people should realize themselves what they are doing and how. I hope at least they will apologize✨

Rude and unprofessional stuff! They speak about me in Spanish with another coworkers! I ask about help for put my prepaid label on top of box because I don’t have glue, they say you have to buy tape for 4$ for that! And she have tape right in her table for her work. She give two pease tape with face like she did something extra for me. And still speak about me with coworkers! If you associate receive money for work they have to do they’re job and be friendly and helpful for customer! If I can give 0 star, I did it. It’s all about my visit 09.18.2020 2.30pm.

Worst customer service! Extremely rude and unprofessional staff! Spent 30 minutes in the line to find out on status of my parcel(check tracking because USPS customer support phone number is useless), she asked me to go to another USPS because she cant help me... at the end she also told me that i wasted 5 minutes of her time...

The WORST customer experience I ever seen in my life. Ladys at the front desk were so rude and talking about other customers, how they did something wrong to them.Management needs to seriously talk with staff at this location.

Extremely unpleasant and unprofessional staff work here. Really shines poorly on the US Postal Service. I dread coming here. Thats an awful thing to say but not nearly as awful as the time spent in this place.

The people working here are rude. Ive seen them argue and talk down to people on multiple occasions. I come here almost every day and Im not even surprised at the service. I just keep my mouth shut come in and out. Ive seen them talk to a elderly gentleman that seemed to be in his 70-80s Im a manner where I actually felt bad for the gentleman. Customers in line went out of line to help the elderly person. The staff should all be fired. The Latin ladies talk in Spanish and on a number of occasions Ive heard them call customers stupid. This place needs to be reformed. Its really sad to see disgruntled employees lashing out on customers. If you dont like your job dont do it.

Dirty place with rude employees. Never have had a overnight package arrive on time in two years which is ok because you get refunded . So if you need 5 day shipping come here and overnight it and when they fail get your money back ... Free shipping

The reviews of the staff are unjust. The employees do their best with the resources given to them by the government. They are very friendly and they will get to know you after a while as well. They are one of the few post offices that will offer you free tape if you need to seal something. It is not their fault the government is underfunding them.

One of the most nastiest and unprofessional usps locations that Ive ever delt with. Gladys Cohen is one the rudest and most unprofessional and vulgar ladies and should not be dealing with any civilized people at all!!

This is my local USPS. I avoid it as much as I can. Don’t understand how a few staff members are still working at this location after years of bad service and poor reviews here. I must concur with others from personal experience. Gladys has refused to provide services and verbally called me an idiot. This is outrageous!

I have visited this location several times. I rarely post reviews but this was so honestly earned I felt compelled to do so. 4 visits mid day. Never a line beyond 3 people.The staff was very friendly, smiling, and glad to help out someone like myself. New to sending parcels. Highly recommend. Keep up the good work.

This is the most helpful and informative post office Ive ever been to. The employees are very polite, patient and knowledgeable. Its a busy locations but service is rendered in a respectable and professional manner. Ill go the extra mile to come here.

The Service provided here was really mediocre...I had an issue with a lost package and the sender asked me to check with my local post office if they had my package. But the lady at the counter was a little bit rude, after waiting a fair amount of time in the line because they are slow as hell, she barely took the time to explain to me in a bad English that my package was somewhere else without even checking on the computer.She just sent me to the machine to do it myself making me understand that she just really didn’t care... Anyway if you are in need of Nothing, then I guess you could count on them...

Service has improved greatly. Ileana was very helpful and pleasant. You should have her train other postal employees on how to interact with the public!Self-service machine down and NO out of order sign on it. Walk in line out the door. Service persons slow and non-friendly. While we waited, 3 persons were told to go to the main office, because they were out of supplies, after waiting in line for 40 min. Shameful customer service.

Called to check on a package. Lady made me feel like a sad little recruit asking a drill instructor if I could go pee. It doesnt have to be like this post office lady, go to the beach, grab a margarita and chill. LIFE IS GOOD!

TERRIBLE SERVICE! Unbelievable how that Manager Gladis talked with me. She is very far to be prepared to be a manager. She has 0 skills and knowledge about her own business. I went to the USPS at Federal Hwy and was complete different. Great service and good people.

We are used to prompt and rapid service and speedy delivery of mail and packages from Bridgehampton (11932), so fast that we get things from most locations within 2 days, the same on many things we send out. Our mail from here to NY generally takes a week and postmarked things from NY are no better. Our limited experience with the counter is that we expect at 5-10 minutes, once it took 35 minutes.

There is a rude bossy know it all lady that works there. I try to avoid her because shes loud everyone waiting there will know your business with her.

I am very disappointed with the work of this division of such a well-known company! More than a month has passed since payment! Wanting to speed up the delivery process - agreed in advance. Pay delivery on July 1! He asked me to send me the track number on July 2nd. Did not receive any (!) Response until July 9th. On July 9th when I (!) Inquired why my payment was not accepted and the tracking number was not sent to me - some David wrote me in reply that the money should be sent to another PayPal account? Why did I wait for this week, why did I send money to another place? On July 10th, I made the second payment. I confirmed all my actions with the help of an e-mail. On the 25th (!!!) of July I decided to find out where my package was - to no avail, there was no answer. On July 26, I called the office - the girl said that David was on vacation, wrote down all the information and promised that the manager would figure it out and call back or send me an email. As probably already understood, no one contacted me ... I called again a day later, a man answered the phone, but the story completely repeated - he wrote everything down and asked to wait for the call ... I explained that I was on vacation and calls to them the office is already more expensive than the dispatch for which I have already paid twice ... As it is already clear to everyone - up to this minute nobody has contacted me so ... I strongly recommend everyone who has such an opportunity to bypass this office! Irresponsibility of the highest level, shame!

I sold my first item on Ebay. I had PayPal walk me through the shipping process and to make a long story short there were not enough funds for postage for my buyer to receive his package. They held the package for me and even though they cannot take payment over the phone they helped me come up with a solution. I cant say I had one bad experience with anyone I spoke to over the phone the 30 something times I called them. They were always polite and helpful and answered the phone each and every time I called. If I lived in Hallandale I definitely would have made this my go-to post office! Thanks guys!

Rude clerk, closed drop box, glitchy kiosk. Like a stereotypical postal worker, the lady at the desk on 1.12.19 was incredibly rude. The self service kiosk was very glitchy. And the drop box was taped closed! So after finally figuring out how to print my label successfully, i had to go to another location to find a drop box that was open since this one was taped shut and the post office had just closed after i had started my transaction.

Horrible horrible. Employees don let you finish your sentence and they walk away from you and dont answer back. Old lady refused to answer my questions and walked away from me. Never coming back here again

VERY VERY VERY RUDE. WORST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD AT POST OFFICE. From now on I will go to location on Polk ave (young circle). A little bit of drive but they are nice over there. because every time I go to this location , they just destroy my day with their attitude.

I wish there was a 0 star feedback. I was spoken to by a very RUDE individual by the name of SANDY. She did not want to do her job, and was rude and disrespectful to me. When asking to speak to her manager, I was appalled by the fact that she was actually the supervisor. I then asked to speak to someone above her, so i could report her disgusting behavior and she proceeded to tell me, they would tell me the same thing! Glad I do not live in the area and was only calling to check on a package!

Called for customer service because I put the wrong address by accident. They did not care to even listen to my name or tracking number. All the said was to call when closing time or morning after. I called during closing time. I was dumb enough to fall for that. And when I called in the morning, they still will not listen to my name and tracking number and kept saying all the shipments left.

I called for information and the lady hung up in my face while i was still talking to her. I called back and she was even more rude then before and claimed she thought i was done. I asked for her supervisor, she gave me a name and number, i wonder if its even real.

Can not get in touch with this location. Phone rings, says hold for operator and goes straight to busy signal. Had package destroyed at the post office can not get anyone to answer phone to discuss

This post office is a complete scam STAY AWAY they are con artists and VERY RACIST i got there an hour before they closed on a thursday sat in my car taped things up as i walked in everyone there literally stared at me as i dropped my packages off today is now a saturday night and they still have not yet scanned anything these people are gonna get it 1 day ive seen it happen so many times in many ways STAY AWAY FROM THIS POST OFFICE U WILL GET SCAMMED I AM TELLING U IF U DONT WANT TO LOSE HUBDREDS AND EVEN SOME THOUSANDS IN YOUR PACKAGES THEN GO ELSE WHERE NOT HERE! AND I HOPE AN POLICE OFFICER SEES THIS SO THE INVESTIGATION CAN BEGIN!!

This was in 2016 - Bad quality service. I had an emergency and had to talk to them and they did not answer the phone, the line is always busy. This is in january 2018 - I left a package with a prepaid label on the counter as usual almost a week ago and when i check the tracking it says it has not been scanned yet. I called this post office where i left the package, nobody answered, i took my 2 little kids and went to the office to talk to them, they did not even listen to my question, just said the packages are delayed i have to wait and then the supervisor lady left me speaking to myself because she had a personal call in her bluetooth ear piece. I took my kids and went home ( in the package was a brand new smartphone). I called them again and finally some lady answered and she just hang up on me in the middle of the question. Awful Awful Awful!

I only go to this location because is ONE block from my residence, but this last time I visited I was amazed. Gladys is so darn rude to EVERYONE even her coworkers. People were asking her for help and she just told them to look for themselves. A poor guy was circling the store like a lost puppy and she could care less. Her coworker asked her something from the left register and Gladys has the hairs to say she only works with what is in front of her, meaning that she is not paying attention to her coworker because she is to her right?? Im latin and know how Cubans can be, but she has a NASTY attitude. She needs a new job because obviously she is not happy there. People in the line were wispering about her and her unhelpful character.

Not a good location to go. I needed to mail out the letters with the stamp on it with the date. I spoke to Makeka and she sad that they do not do it and that they do not have a stamp. I asked to speak with the supervisor and Makeka said that they do not have anybody on duty. I had to drive to a different post office and they put stamps for me there.

They do the best they can, a lot of traffic at this office, great service.

Terrible customer service. They never answer the phone and when they do, they are always very rude. Sandy was not helpful and she was very hurried. When I asked for a Manager, she stated she was the Supervisor. I was appalled that they would have such a rude representative in charge of a US Post office.

I read the reviews and I was scared to even go in there, but It was close to my house so I went anyway and they were actually really kind and helpful, I had some doubts about mailing addresses and they were really helpful, Im writing this because I thought they deserved a better rating.

The worst Ever Post Office. Deposit box for packages always broken and taped with Priority Mail tape all over. Visited 3 times, mostly between 6 and 7 pm. Waste of Time !!!! Very disappointed !

The most understaffed post office. Never seen it without a line almost out the door.

Arrived a 6.01pm and was yelled at that they were closed. There were two staff members one that was NOT doing anything and just yelled at me and the other one that was still helping another person.
