Ive been training at Zeal for about a year and a half now. As a fitness professional myself, Im very picky about who to work with, and Corrina fit the bill. She did a great initial assessment, and worked with me to identify realistic but challenging goals. As my goals have been met, and reset, she is always there to support, encourage, and is my personal training success coach. The facility meets my needs, is exceptionally clean (and clean smelling), and no matter what area were working on, she is ready with the appropriate strength or flexibility exercises.
