The cost drew me in, the lack of a brick and mortar office caused hesitation. But I realized, if someone is trying to keep costs down then why buy/rent office space? Perfectly recovered all my data, and for a small fee, put it on a working hard drive. Excellent communication and customer service at more than reasonable prices.

Data recovery is never guaranteed, nor is it cheap. That said, Sebastian did a fantastic job recovering my files and at an extremely fair and frankly, probably unbeatable price. He was very clear and consistent with communication regarding my drive and though I hope I never have to do this again, this is exactly where I will go if I ever have to.
