On the positive side, I can say that the associates I met with were respectful and easy to talk to. However, on the whole, my experience here was a downer. I came in with two Apple devices and a list of items that needed to be fixed on each computer. I was rushed through the intake process before I was able to completely explain all the issues with each device. Then I was asked to buy devices and a subscription I did not need. When I picked up the devices, none of the problems with either of the devices were actually repaired.

Really fast and quality service. make an appointment & they will sit down, listen to your issue, and give you options to help you. only thing i will say about this place is some of their services can be expensive. otherwise, really awesome staff that is well responsive, educated, and quick. try it out. 😌

Fixed my laptop and looked like nothing happened. I was really happy with the results!

Installation team did not even bother to help put my START System on my Raptor. They made a mistake charging me something extra, then came in to speak to the manager and nothing was done, seemed tone the managers themselves were in training mode! What kind of service is this place.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR IPHONE HERE FOR SERVICE! Terrible customer service. Justin in Geek Squad was very rude to my daughter and didnt even bother to try and understand her concern. Statements HE made were attributed to my daughter. Very disturbing behavior.

So I had some challenges with my laptop.. IT Kept crashing . first off my desk and on the floor .. then after they fixed that to make sure I haad as part of my plan .. it crashed on concrete.. ..and they gave me a new computer.. . But the real heroes are the people behind the counter . they went way up and over to make sure my lap top was correct ... I mean everybody Really worked hard to make sure my deeds were taken care of .

They set up my computer exactly tomy specifications. They gave me some computer software setup tips.

These guys will fix your computer right. Just make sure you make an appointment first, they dont take walk-ins.

Worst Apple service experience ever! Scheduled an appointment for an iPhone battery replacement. Arrived on time. 40min wait after checking in before an associate found time to talk to me.
