No option for zero stars, they dont even deserve 1 star. I was sent here by CARMAX for warranty repair of my windshield wipers not working on Sept 7th. Today is Sept 22nd and I still dont have my car back. They ended up crushing my windshield in the lower left corner because they dont even know how to perform the most basic of procedures like removing windshield wiper arms. Think about that for a min. To make it worse, Their first instinct was crooked and tried to act like my windshield was already broken,.. They eventually owned up to it and said they would replace the windshield, Yeahyyy... but their price to replace the wiper motor over $500 was absurd because they were trying to pass the cost of the windshield they broke on to me and CARMAX Warranty. So, I called their bluff and told them not to do the original wiper repair because their price was too high. So what do they do? They try another way to pass the cost of a new windshield on to me, citing a bogus 2 hour diagnostic of the wiper motor,.. $250 It doesnt take 2 hours to diagnose an inoperable windshield wiper motor unless you are incompetent and cant even get the windshield wiper arms off, eventually crushing the windshield in the process, then spend another hour trying to figure out how to cover it up. Basically they wanted me to pay for their 2 hours of incompetence, so they didnt have to... This place has successfully violated every rule and ethic in customer service and business. CARMAX had to step in. Listen to all the bad reviews here, ignore the fake good ones they come back with trying to bury the bad ones.

This is the most unethical establishment I have ever come into contact with. I brought my BMW 550 in to have them install a rebuilt transmission. I was quoted $5600 for the work to be done. A week goes by and Randy gives me a call saying that there was additional work that needed to be done. He doesnt give me a price, he instead says he will let me know. Another week goes by and I get another call from Randy stating that there was a crack in the engine block. I asked how much is this all going to cost? Randy states that its going to be $11,000. At this point, Im not willing to put that kind of money into the car so I relay that to Randy. I also tell him that I dont want to proceed with the transmission because it would be pointless. He then tells me I should go ahead with the transmission and Drop it on someone else. This is someone with a business telling me to defraud someone else but it doesnt end there. I go to retrieve my car and Im handed a bill from the secretary for $3000. Thats in addition to the $3000 I already paid. They tell me that my transmission is in the trunk along with all of the other parts they took off the car. So they were trying to have me pay $6000 for a car they did nothing too and a transmission in the trunk of the car. After about 30 minutes I finally talk with Randy to figure out why I have a bill in my hand instead of a refund. He says they had my transmission rebuilt which is not what we arranged on. I explained to him that I need another transmission because the one that was in the car was the wrong one. He went completely against that and had my transmission rebuilt. He then asks me what is he supposed to do. I explain to him that no work has been done to the car and it still is broken. He replies I should have just kept my mouth closed and not told you about the cracks and just put it in. Again I say this is someone with a business that has no ethics. I refused to give him $6000 for a car with the transmission thrown in the trunk. I ended up having to pay for the original transmission check which was $550 and $800 to ship my transmission back. This guy is nothing more than a crook. Stay away from this place.

I brought my Hummer to these people with an electrical issue. they charged me $250 for a battery cleaned my wires and told me it was ready. The total job cost $530. When I went to pick up my truck they said the window was broken. I said what do you mean the windows broke. They said it wont roll up. So when I went outside and checked it. The panel was disconnected from my door. I asked him why the panel was disconnected. He said they tried to look at it. I told him I didnt ask you to look at my window I asked you to do some electrical work. So the guy says hold on Ill get some glue and glue it down. I said what do you mean glue it it needs a clip. The clip is broke. Anyway I told them not to worry about it and left. The next day my truck is doing the exact same thing I took it to them for to fix. So I called the guy up and tell him it was doing the same thing. I then asked him what did he do to my truck. He told me he cleaned the wires and change the battery. I said it cost $530 to change the battery and clean wires? I said you didnt even figure out what was wrong with my truck and it cost me $530. Long story short I took it over to Mandel. It was a fuse box and they fixed it. These people are crooks and have no idea what they are doing. I would not recommend anybody to go there unless they just glutton for punishment. If I had time I would sue them and get my money back.

I have taken my BMW twice now to Randalls Autohaus and these guys are amazing! Not only are they waaay more reasonably priced than a dealership but they also give a complete and thorough inspection of your vehicle!! Not just the quick once over most places do! The owner really cares if your vehicle is safe and running well! They even go the extra mile and clean it inside and out!! I cannot say enough great things about them! My 100% go-to autohaus!!!

Ended up on the side of the road in Gulfport while there on vacation; hours away from home. We needed to leave the next morning to get our guests on an airplane the the following day. Called Randall’s to see if they could help us out with diagnosis and potential repairs. They were backed up due to the ice storms. They made the time to diagnose the problems for us. The team at Randall’s diagnosed the problem in the truck within a few minutes and worked to find the necessary parts to complete the repairs. I checked with other local shops and found that their estimate for the repair was lower than others. The team at Randall’s Autohaus was able to repair the truck THAT day to allow us to leave the following morning.Very friendly staff!! Thank you Randall’s Autohaus!

Fantastic, impeccable, great value, no bs service.Love this place. I drive 140 miles round trip as I wont let any one else touch my X5. The BMW dealerships are amateur and more expensive compared to this place. The staff are outstanding. The service second to non. Great job Mr Randal.

Ive always had a wonderful experience bringing my Mercedes here for service. They are fairly priced, honest and always work hard to get my service done in a quick manner. The receptionist is kind and the waiting area is nice with a table to work at, internet, coffee and water. I highly recommend bringing your import here.

First of all they charged me $250 for a battery that I didnt need. They charged me another $300 for repairs but dont specify what the repairs are. Then they broke the switch on my window on the drivers side and was going to glue it back in. Now if you blew it back in how are you going to fix it if it breaks again. The manager done this 🙄

Cant say enough good things! We have a mini-cooper and found this place on-line. Called, took it in, and they were able to diagnose and fix the issue in a very short time! We will always go back. We werent overcharged, or told something was wrong that really wasnt, and we are totally happy with the service. The office is clean and comfortable as well.

Have always had great service at Randall’s. I’d get a discount at the dealership because of a club membership. Randy would price his work at about the same as the discount. Other major work was also much cheaper at Randal’s. A recently dealership quote of $3,000 for work was completed by Randall’s for a little over $800.My car, 2007 335i, needed about $5000 in work soon and Randy sat down with me to discuss the practicality of continuing to put money into a car with electrical parts becoming more scarce. I decided to get a CPO BMW with 4 years of coverage so in effect Randy talked himself out of more business from me.I will continue to go to Randy because I don’t believe in the 10,000 mile oil dealer changes and will probably get oil changes more often.I appreciate the honesty and effort Randy and his staff have shown.Plus, there are usually dogs in the waiting room! A big plus for me.

Initially I had my Volvo at Worrells who troubleshot the problem my car was having . Worrells was unable to fix my car and admitted it. The did not have the correct computer and found a place for me to take the car to. Worrells even took the time to tell Randall’s what all they did and arranged to have my car towed over there... Randall quoted the job to be $ 360,00.I get a call from Randall saying everything is fixed . I go over there ,,, I get a bill for over a thousand dollars and all they did was ship the ECM off to be whipped clean ,,, reinstall it ,,, reprogram it over night and install a new battery . They charged me for the hours the car spent on the computer reprogramming while they were home sleeping at night...anyway I ask them if they had followed Worrells instructions and Randy act confused. The bottom line is my car was not fixed and . While my car was there they did something to it to cause a major oil leak . I wouldn’t take my car to Randall if he wee the last mechanic shop on the Coast...?

What a great place. My 1988 560 SL runs and drives like new. I was kept informed on all work needed and work was completed in time line giving when dropped off. Car was detailed and looked like new when I arrived to pick up my car. Very friendly staff.

Mr. Randall and his team were great! I’m quite particular about the way my E90 is maintained and the Autohaus did an excellent job. My car was ready when they said it would be and the price was quite fair. They even replaced my key battery, topped of the oil and washed the vehicle at no cost.

I have a 2007 BMW 335i. Randalls has serviced my vehicles for years. Randy and his team know what they are doing. I never worry that anything isnt being done just as it should be done. I am also confident that the pricing will be fair. I would not consider taking my vehicle anywhere else. I feel just as confident taking my car to Randalls as I do the BMW dealer.

Please do not let the many Euro cars out front fool you. Terrible service and everyone walks around with lab coats on like they are auto scientists. Too pricey and you will return your car multiple times to get the job done right.

I brought a 2003, BMW Z4 to Randalls Auto Haus that I planned to purchase. Randy thoroughly checked-out the car, explained the items that should be repaired/replaced, and the cost involved. This valuable information is just what I needed to negotiate a fair price for the car, and make the purchase without second thoughts or concerns. The day after I bought the car, I took it back to Randy for the repairs. Randy did a fine job with my car, and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend him.

VERY RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISRESPECTFUL!!! Only called to see when my car would be ready and was treated like I was a nuisance. I was told it would take a couple of hours but it ended up being 8 hours. The other reviews are correct, the front desk lady is very sweet but no one else is!!I paid for a service and I got RUDE behavior as my tip.

I bought a well used Porsche and soon discovered that it had problems. Knowing very little about cars, I took the 911 to a few places and none could help because they had no experience with the brand. Eventually, someone suggested to take it to Randalls. Randy couldnt immediately identify what was wrong with the car, and tried several approaches. Eventually the engine was rebuilt and several components were replaced. The car was better, but not perfect. Ultimately, the final cure was a replacement camshaft position sensor. Through all of this (which lasted close to a year from start to finish), Randy and his team rendered professional service and infinite patience with me and my car. Now the car is driving like new, and it is largely down to Randalls Autohaus. I highly recommend this business.

I am writing this in hopes that every one knows how Randall himself treated me. My car was taken to Randall to diagnose why the air conditioner or heater would not and still does not work. I paid him for a diagnosis fee and I was told that the car needed two switches replaced and this would cost me Roughly $600-700. I paid a diagnosis fee of $96.00 and had him order the parts. The parts came in and we took the car to him and left it for two full days for him to replace parts. On Friday I called and spoke with Randall and he was very rude to me. He said he didnt know what was wrong with the dang car and if he spent as much time on every car he worked on as he had mine that he would be out of business. He diagnosed the car charged me for the diagnos and told me to come on and get the car. I went to get the car and he had changed the transmission fluid charged me for the parts that he diagnosed and told me my bill was $396.00. The air conditioner or heater still doesnt work and I feel that he treated me very badly and charged me for parts that did not repair the problem. I do not even want to give him one star and I will never give him my business again. I Hope he made good use out of the $500 he ripped out of my bank account and I pray that Karma gets him back.

I do all my own mechanic work. I took my car here for an alignment because Im not able to do so myself. The service was crap the guy at the desk was a jerk, the woman was polite. The younger guy doing my alignment rode my clutch the whole time he pulled it on the rack, off and on the test ride. Not to mention not putting on the ebrake when exiting the vehicle on an incline until it started rolling back. My car is low and Im glad I rode with him on the test drive because my tire was rubbing the fender. If I would have not asked him to stop so I could check the noise he would have ruined my brand new tire. At the first sign of rubbing he just kept driving.??? The alignment was good but this is why I do my own work. Being a car nut Im glad the experience is over and wont be back. And to think they seemed offended I wanted to watch them work on my car.

Horrible service, I brought my car here because this specific dealership states they fix European cars and when the guy checked it out he couldn’t really tell us what was wrong with it, he gave us a list of problems “that could be wrong with it” , on top of everything rips the back part of my Driver and passenger seats open and didn’t tell us. We can see that he was just trying to look at the wiring or whatever the case may be, but we didn’t realize till 20 minutes after pulling off and when we called the next day he had no idea what we were talking about!!! Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, go to someone professional. Guy was rude af If I can give zero stars I would

I love European cars. Since 1985, I driven Jags, BMWs and Mercedes Benzs, all powered by Randalls! The reason I say that is, because I buy used, I must have someone like Randalls to keep these cars going smoothly. Yes, the upkeep on European Luxury/Sport cars can be expensive. But not as expensive as buying new. If you cant afford to maintain it, dont buy it! Randalls is fairly priced and very professional. I recommend them highly.

My first visit with my newly purchased 2006 mercedes slk 350. Randall thoroughly checked everything and recommended which items needed immediate attention (air filter) and which could wait (cam adjuster mags). He also went over and explained the very detailed computer print out. I will definitely use them again.

This business is nothing but a scam house to take advantage of people who typically have money and/or know they can gouge the customer easier because of owning a highline vehicle. I paid 320.00 for these guys to tell me I needed every possible tiny item replaced in my engine ranging from fuel pumps to oil filters. I didnt need you to tell me you will change my oil for 110.00 I can do that myself for 18.00 with the same exact oil. Its unbelievable what they are trying to do and could not unrecommend a business anymore than this establishment. I paid 4,000 for an old bmw and other than a lag when I accelerated from idle it ran fine. So the estimate to fix this problem? $6,200!!! Air filters for 25.00! Engine coolant charged twice for 25.00 when I didnt need anything for radiator issues! Its unreal and I only hope I help someone in the future by not getting ripped off here. They do not deserve to be in business.

Randalls Autohaus carries Amsoil synthetic oils, fluids, and Amsoil coolants specifically for European cars. They do Amsoil oil changes, transmission, differential and coolant services. Randall Field is great for customer service!

I took my bmw for oil change which they over charged me and they did whole inspection and caused problems with my vehicle which a day after my rear tires started making a noise and after my car broke down. DO NOT TAKE IT HERE

Just had my SL65 AMG tuned at Randalls after having some issues. Put the car through its paces and it is running like new. Had the opportunity to open it up on a restricted track and clocked 1 mile in 29.6 seconds @ 170 mph and was still pulling extremely strong when I shut it down. Had a big Kool Aid smile on my face. When it comes to knowing what it takes to get the most out of these exotic cars Randy is 2nd to none!

Brought my 2007 Audi there and they couldnt tell me what was wrong but he sure did manage to mess more up than what was already messed up than played it off like he had no idea what I was talking bout service sucks dude was rude and you could tell it wasnt a legit European shop wouldnt take a luxury car there again for it to leave worst than how I brought it in
