Great conversation. Kind nice and attentive nail techs. Did great job fixing the horrible job another salon did to me and able to do beautiful designs. Alittle pricey but so worth it. After getting a fill (NOT A MANICURE) and they still exfoliated scrubbed my hands and used oil and massaged my hands up to my forearms. Id recommend them to anybody

I love natural nail. The customer service is amazing and everyone is so welcoming. They take their time to make sure youre getting the best treatment and experience. The music is relaxing and I got a mini massage with my manicure! Definitely stop by you wont go anywhere else after your 1st visit. And such creative designs 👌 so talented!

I absolutely love this place. I’ve tried other nail salons in the area and this one is just the best. They’re so friendly, kind, and great at their job. I get a pedicure and it lasts SO long. Not even a gel pedicure either. The last place I tried in Groton, it only lasted a week. I would much rather support Natural Nail and their quality work than any other place. They even do a quick back massage while you sit for your toes to dry.

I have been going here for about 8 monthsand was happy until very recently. The owner finished my nails after the gentleman started them (and did the shape) and I couldnt of been more disappointed. The acrylic is lumpy, thick, and uneven. The shape isnt consistent. I figured they were busy ... I wasnt going to make a big deal....until I went to pay. I was charged extra fees I hadnt been in the past. I was charged for shaping my nails....that had always been an obvious part of the service...Ive been getting my nails done 20 years now at various spas and never been charged to shape my nails. I was also charged to a fee to remove gel color?? The gel color they put on last time I was there!!! Im a great regular, I come in regularly for fills and pedis, I have brought friends and have used other services. I come in in-between for color changes, I tip very generously. Unfortunately given the poor attention to detail and the new charges I will not be returning. It definitely felt like I was being taken advantage of and I was not pleased. And No, you did not tell me about fee and I did not get almond shape. And you did not shape them the guy did, he said nothing. And this Also does not justify the poor quality of work, thank you.

Beware! My fill & pedicure with Sani was overbooked so the man , no name, did my pedicure. He cut the nail bed and my nail came off 2 days later. He just covered it with polish even though it was lifting. No first aid, no peroxide, nothingHe charged $10 extra to remove callouses and shaved my skin too much. Ive been stinging and burning ever since. Disgraceful!

Made an appointment had a bit of a wait due to other customers adding services on but they were very friendly and apologetic. Understandable since it’s been months since any services were available. Nails came out great and they threw in free design since we had to wait.

Natural Nail is great! Relocated to CT and was nervous about finding a new salon. I chose this salon because of the availability and focus on using healthier, more natural products. My mani/pedi was the best Ive had. The polish lasts way longer than the norm. They provide quality service and include extra pampering at no extra cost. The manager is extremely sweet. All staff is professional. Will absolutely be returning!

Ive had 2 pedicures here so far and theyve been great! Such a relaxing time and the massage chairs are wonderful. 1st time I came the person dealt with a pesky ingrown nail I had in my toe, definitely appreciated that. 2nd time though I had a different person and they didnt bother touching it, wish they had cut it out but its fine.

Happened to find Natural Nail salon yesterday and walked in surprisingly getting the $ 5 gift card for the first time visiting, my nail technician Sanny served me professionally with a UV gel full set which i have been wanting for so long!!!!! Could not be happier with the result provided in the end and soooo looking forward to coming again next time.I was told to better make an appointment by calling Sanny next time to see if she is available before coming.

I got the natural spa pedicure and it was such a treat! The staff here is super friendly and welcoming to our group and especially my kids. My nail artist did an excellent job. I was so relaxed I dozed off for a couple minutes! So relaxing and comfortable! The salon is clean and inviting. I highly recommend this place. Will come back in the future!

Just visiting all the way from Florida (never been to Connecticut), read wonderful reviews about this specific nail salon, so we went for a fill in and gel nails. I can honestly say I’ve never been treated so well and with the BEST costumer service. A neck massage, decent music to listen to, affordable prices. I love this place! Honestly I have to say this is my first time coming here and it definitely wont be my last. Theyre so welcoming as soon as you walk in the door. I had such a great experience coming in with my sister. We both got refills and they give you a massage while your waiting for your nails to be dry after that you get your hands waxed and later a hand massage. Its definitely worth your money.

Absolutely the best pedicure ever! I was so relaxed the whole time. The young lady that did my pedicure took her time. I received exfoliating, paraffin wax treatment and a hot stone treatment on my legs and feet and an amazing leg and foot massage. Also while my toes where being dried I got a back massage. The prices are more then reasonable and the salon is very clean. Everyone there was very nice and friendly. Definitely my new favorite place to treat myself!!

There are a lot of places to go to get your nails and this is the ONLY place I will go to for my nails! The staff is professional and kind and always goes above and beyond to make sure that you are completely satisfied and happy. A lot of places make you feel rushed and dont give you the customer service that is given here at the salon. UPDATE: 2 months into quarantine and my nails have not budged. No detaching from the nail at all. My husband cut them down with a dremel for me and theyve almost grown completely out, but they are still holding strong!Ive been to many a nail salon in my life. Sanny was so sweet. My nails look fantastic! They do a paraffin dip that feels amazing followed by a hand massage and a shoulder massage with a hot compress. I completely enjoyed my experience. Have already been raving to friends about it!

I have been to different nail Salon and I like how they do their job. The one I usually go to was closed today. So , I decided to go to Natural nail in Groton , CT.
