Ive been dermatology jumping for years to find the care I need. Ferrara addressed my skin issues immediately with success. The service Ive received from their facilities have been top notch. This establishment is top notch from the outside looking in and as it relates to the location of the practice in Gross pointe. However, as it relates to actually treating “ Melanated Skin” or People of color, they did poorly. I have no idea how other people felt, but as for me I’ll never be back. Rather than prescribing a script for daily washing, or a moisturizer, they wrote me a generic mediocre cream and pushed this LASER HAIR REMOVAL TREATMENT. I won’t be back. Next time treat the issue, instead of pushing a profitable invention.

Great service...exceeded expectations. Was in and out the door in 30 minutes, including a minor surgical procedure. Performed quite capability by John Sobotka MS-PA-C. Would highly recommend this practice friends and family.

Regrettably, I have always used Dr. Ferraras practice for small immediate treatments and concerns while using a more reputable doctor in Bloomfield Hills for skin cancer checks and procedures. This practice lacks due diligence, they have never inquired or completed a skin screening. I will no longer tolerate Dr. Ferraras and his employees poor practices after they billed something as a surgical procedure unbeknownst to me and refused to correct their error.

Dr. Ferrara has always steered us in the right direction for diagnosis and treatment. My 13 year old has suffered with severe eczema since he was a baby and the advice given by Dr. Ferrara made a huge difference in his daily comfort. Great office and Doctor!
