I got the 10 dollar wash, and when I got home, other then a couple spots not being clean between my mirror and door, I had massive scratches where the guy at the beginning did some hand washing with a wand. But small, very large circular scratches. They wont answer the phone but Ive left a voice mail and waiting a reply. I have pictures but it wont let me post here?

Needs to replace some vacuum hoses. They have 8 and only 1 was working that day.

Bad experience. Personnel was friendly, however, the car wash damaged the paint job on my brand new car!The vacuums were clogged up badly. When I unclogged it with a metal fork I found on the ground, suction was a waste of time. If you own this place please reach out to me...don’t let this place get run down.

Friendly service, great prices... They have a package deal where you get the most expensive was for only $35/ month and can go once everyday for 31 days. Not bad if you ask me. Only problem I have is the entrance to get to vacuuming your vehicle is filled with potholes and the vacuums hardly work. Other than that great wash for a great price

Pretty good some of the vacumsDidnt pick up so well. And i wish you had a place for air freshners and window cleaners and dash cleaners to purchace. I got the 10$ wash and its about the same as their cheapest wash so dont spend the extra money.

I absolutely love this place! I pay for the $12 unlimited car washes. Even though its a bit pricey, its totally worth it! They give me air fresheners and dash board wipes. Theres also vacuums for free! I love that because my car will get dirty and I dont have to pay a dollar for four minutes. The staff are great most of the time too. Its a great place to go, my car leaves shiny and smelling great everyday. 😄

The car wash did an ok job but not worth $12. Also none of the vacuums worked. There are many car washes in the area that are so much better. Now I know why they were dead on one of the first nice days of the year.

I like it. Their machine car wash does a great job of cleaning your car. It has prices everybody can afford.

Great wash for a great price. However I feel like they are never fully staffed unless its the middle of summer. Had to take my vehicle home to clean the bugs off my windshield.

They are fast, friendly, and you can get a good car wash for $4. Whats not to like. You also get free vacuum, a dashboard cleaning cloth and an air freshener.

I love this place! I take all my cars there, in fact if there was a True Lux in Chicago Id convince my boss to open an account. I used to wash my car at Lukes just to get the gas discount but the workers in the car wash are lazy. But not at True Lux, every time I go there, the attendants pre-scrub my car like it belongs to them. And thats why I always tip!!

Vacuums are HORRIBLE! Barely sucks up anything. So it takes longer to do a basic cleaning. Area where you vacuum is full of divots and craetors. I almost twisted my ankle. Car wash is good,

I enjoy coming here. Washed my car every month. I enjoy the air freshners they give you before you go thru washer. They smell great! Just got a new car so will be bringing it there today.

Ultimate wash includes a protectant that leaves glass with greasy residue that does not wash off easily and at the same time appears to do little to nothing when the weather is adverse. A little on the costly side compared to others like Easy Clean.

The workers are top notch. They are incredibly speedy and attentive.

I use to come here almost every day when they first opened, but now Id rather go to Lukes and get a $5 car wash. The tire shine is mediocre and although the vacuums are free they dont clean very well. True Lux is an ok car wash if you just want to rinse your car off.

Fast service, however my car still had bird poo on it.

They where kind enough to let me go though twice when my windshield wasnt clean. But unfortunately it was egg and wouldnt come off. They where really nice about it and I will continue to go back.

Rough rollers slap vehicles hard, leaves lines. Bebds/ breaks antennas, broke mine off at the shaft! Need whole new mount. Signage states not responsible for power antennas, I filed a incident report 4 days ago and havent heard back from anyone?

Need more of these. Only complaint is I no longer vacuum there. People allowed to blast offensive music and drive in any way they choose blocking others. I go only early morning to avoid that.

Parking lot is trashed. You will bend a rim in there. Vacuum dont suck for nothing. Didnt bother with a wash. Go anywhere else.

Dissappointing. Okay car wash for price. I have several choices in my area for car washes and what drew me to this one was regular car wash price of $4 which includes free vacuum use. The vacuums have poor suction, it wasnt just the one I used I noticed several other customers with the same issue. I think I will go back to my old car wash.
