Bad experience on 9/27/21 with an older disheveled looking looking lady that told me she was a manager when I later called to obtain information for corporate. She was very rude to what seems like only me. I heard her telling all of the Caucasian men good morning while calling them sweetie and honey. Me, as an African American woman, didn’t even get a greeting. I greeted her while asking how she was doing and she mumbled something then told me you’re all set at the end of the transaction. Meanwhile I’m hearing her tell the men thank you and have a good day. I’ll avoid this place in the morning going forward.

On 9-11-21 at about 1:15 pm, the two cashiers (one red head female, one older black male) did not know how to use the lottery machine. They failed to listen to when I explained exactly what I wanted. Their error and refusal to listen cost me an extra $30 dollars. Older black male attempted too bluff his way out of the situation by blaming me and the machine. Customer service is rated POOR at best. I will take my business elsewhere!

Fix your pumps! Drove up to 2 pumps to find out they were broken. Drove to a third, got out to pump gas to find it wouldnt take credit card and would have to pay inside... I left and went elsewhere

Pay a little more for the best gasoline. Restrooms are clean, staff is helpful and friendly and... $1 for any size coffee with multiple flavors! What more could one ask for.

The gas prices were relatively low and the luke store was very clean. The bathroom was extremely clean, ive never seen a gas station bathroom that clean

Spent probably $500,000 on snacks there over the years. The place is clean and well lit. Friendly staff. Would snack there again.

Small white lady raspy voice ignorant about not wearing a mask. Directed me to gas station that doesnt require masks. Thats where Ill be going. BP lost every dime off me.

Love the gas, thats it. Several mornings earlier this year they had Network problems scrawled on a piece of paper stuck to the door that said they couldnt take cards, funny how this was only EVERY other morning. You know, if you didnt want to work, this would be great as half the customers would just go away. I got this feeling because it happened way way too much for a boss to just let happen (just unplug the modem). Its lost sales! I cant count how many times this happened on my way to work before I just stopped driving down Cline period because Speedway is a ZOO and sells eh gas. They could also turn down the outdoor TVs, I want to go to work. Not hear 12 echoes of junk. Need to hire someone that smiles occasionally too.

This particular station was overpriced for gas in my opinion at that time. It turns out the BPs in this area fluctuate the price of gas up and down so much that it is like playing whack-a-mole. If I have time I will sometimes go to a different BP or Luke to get my top tier gas. The only way I go here to buy gas is because of the need for convenience since it is on my route at that time of day. It seems like they know that and take advantage of the situation. The worst thing is that its not open late since closes at ten it is not that convenient anymore.

Good experience getting gas here, good location also. I like the video entertainment on the screens at the gas pumps.

I believe this is the same locale as Lukes in the same place, but this would be only for the actual gas pumps? The gas is the only BP product.

L had to be at work I got gas but, it wasted 15-20 minutes of my time trying to set the pumps. Im only giving No 3 stars🤔🤔
