John is terrific to work with. I had a very old and slow computer which I used daily for my landscape business. He built a new computer for me which works incredibly well and meets all my needs. He was quick, accommodated by schedule (came on a Saturday), spent plenty of time changing out an old router (I didnt even know mine was so slow!) and explained everything to me in language I could understand. His prices are very reasonable. He is now my IT guy, although right now everything is running without a hitch!
