I have been a customer since 2005. I have bought 2 computers from Agility. I have gone other places for computer service and was disappointed. I have never been disappointed with Justin or their service and products. I just bought a Dell computer, printer/fax/scanner from Justin. my computer I sadly put to rest was 19 years old. Agility did the major upgrades since 2005. My laptop I bought from Agility in 2011 works great because of Justin. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

Justin came over even though he didnt have to. He spent a good amount of time with us and working on the computer. What was wrong was fixed and we had a great experience learning from him. Thanks again Justin. If youdont go see Justin, he cant save you any money

I was referred to Agility for some security cameras. The owner Justin was super friendly, helpful and very professional. I purchased a set of 4 cameras from his company about a little over a year ago and they work great. My DVR recently stopped working and Justin replaced it for free and even came out to my house to reinstall it and to make sure that everything was working properly. A few months later I decided to purchased 2 more cameras since the other ones we’re working just fine. Sad to say that that was a big mistake because somehow it messed up the whole system and two of the other cameras stopped working. Someone from Agility came out but the only way to fix it was to change all the wires and that meant making another hole in my wall. So I decided not to do that to avoid another hole. A month later one of the new cameras stopped working and again someone came just to tell me it was the wires again. So, now I have 3 holes on my wall and two of the cameras aren’t working at all. I got tired of calling Justin cause nothing was getting fixed and I was just wasting time. I won’t use them again.

TOOK MY LAPTOP IN TO GET FIXED AND THEY CALLED AND SAID THEY ORDERED THE WRONG SCREEN. THEN THE NEXT DAY THEY CALLED AND SAID I HAVE A SPECIAL SCREEN AND ITS GOING TO ANOTHER 100 DOLLARS. SO I HESITANTLY SAID OK. THEN JUSTIN TEXT SAYING THEY CANT GET THE SCREEN. NOW MY LAPTOP IS IN 2 PIECES AND ITS MISSING THE SCREEN SCREWS. NOW NO ONES WANTS TO TOUCH IT.WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY WOULD NOT GIVE ME MY REFUND UNLESS I TOOK THE LAPTOP IN THE 2 SEPARATE PIECES. HE ALSO OFFERS CAMERA INSTALLATIONS SO I HOPE HE HAS AN OREGON ELECTRICAL LICENSE TO INSTALL THEM OR I WILL BE TURNING HIM IN

We have gone to Justin and Agility Computers since 2009 and have bought several used computers and just recently a Laptop from him. We always get a great product at a great price, and his customer service is excellent. He values that we are return customers, and always does good by us! We highly recommend Agility Computers.

Was looking to replace my old computer but didnt need something brand new. Got a nicely priced refurbished corporate computer and reasonably priced upgrades for more RAM and a larger hard drive. The day after I started setting up I had a glitch in my CD/DVD drive and took it back in. Justin fixed my error in less than 10 minutes. The glitch was my own mistake when adding a second CD/DVD drive and got my wires crossed. Excellent service but probably wont be back, at least until I need to buy something else. LOL

Bought used products under the assumption that they were good as we were told they worked. Nothing we bought from them worked! My husband called and asked about return, replacement or refund and they refused to stand behind their word or their sales.We were deceived - we were lied to and lost good money on junk they sold to us. There is no defending those who cheat others.

I got to the door before he opened, and he let me in early. All I needed was a small rubber foot for my laptop. He went in the back and let me try a few off his parts laptops and I found one that fit. He gave it to me for free!! You dont find customer service like that anymore. The other guys down the street wouldnt even go in the back and look for one for me...

I went to Agility PC for a free diagnostic. Ended up having my mother board replaced by Justin. I told him i was on a budget, he told me the only thing i needed to fix was the motherboard.After getting the board replaced, the computer still did not function. His response was, By the way you need to buy and download a new version of windows for another $150.Needless to say, i found someone on Craigslist who fixed the problems Justin created ( didnt even put thermal paste back on my CPU when he installed the new motherboard ).Hes a used car salesman, beware.

Im mainly a xbox one gamer and recently got into PC gaming and just got my 1st custom rig, i started with a Quad core and endeded up upgrading to a 6 core, if u plan on getting either make sure you put a upgraded graphics card in it from the jump especially if you plan on streaming or playing new games, i just had a GTX 1060 put in a few days ago and im in love to the point i dont even wanna play my xbox one hardly lol the guy Justin is very helpful with whatever concerns you may have and Ill definitely recommend this shop to anyone
