If I could give a negative star I would. The gentleman Mark that works the counter should not be in customer service or dealing with the public in any way. I have been with Public Storage for more than 8 years between Oregon and California and I have always had the best service. Hes rude, arrogant and clearly has deep anger issues. This is my last month dealing with him and have decided to move my stuff to a different Storage company. ALSO! When contacting the GM Mr. Mark (ironic. Same name) about the issues I was having, he never contacted me back. He had an employee contact me and the issue still remained. The sad thing is I dont even rent a unit at his location. My location no longer has a Mgr in office any more. Trisha was so much better. Put her back in her office!!!

Insanely high theft rate. No security. Management just shrugs their shoulders and give you a paper and number to call in hopes of getting a small % of the cost for the stolen items.Id go elsewhere for a better storage facility.

Ive been storing here (in A building) for several problem-free years.I decided to finally leave a review after reading of Ashleys mold problem.My friend, yours isnt a Storage Facility problem, but an ATMOSPHERIC one. Mold comes from ambient moisture, not cracks in the floor. If you store anything, anywhere in an unheated space, (especially in summer), youre going to get mold, and theres not a thing Public Storage could have done to prevent it (short of constructing a climate-controlled DOME over the facility). There are a great many products one can purchase to mitigate this-- Moisture absorbers, drop-cloths and so forth, many of which I believe they sell here.Sorry Ashley, but Ive gotta agree with the manager on this one: this is one of those things that is on YOU to take responsibility for.

Very helpful staff, accommodating, friendly and efficient. Facility was clean and free of clutter. Supplies were well stocked and easily accessible. I would definitely recommend this storage facility to friends and family. Thank you taking care of my vehicle.

This place is AWFUL. They dont let you see the unit before you move in right now due to Covid, and because of that we ended up getting into a unit that had cracks in the floor. After three months of storing our stuff, our things begin to mold and stink of mildew really bad. When we brought it up to the manager he said it wasnt a problem and was common and that we shouldve expected it and done something to prevent it. I dont know what kind of place expects me to pay $100 a month for my stuff to rot, but I certainly will not be using a public storage again after this experience.

My trailer was stolen from the secured parking and gate access.My interior small storage locker has a cheap wood door but I was surprised the person stopped about 3/4ths the way through the hasp with a hack saw.Took Public Storage 3 days to replace the hasp.At least they let me cancel my trailer parking spot... at the end of the month...

Im grateful they even had a space when i was in need, but since then my stuff has been broken into, the guy whos supposed to be upfront never is and if you call thw number to have him come up he never does and worst of all i have been there over a year and always paid my bill and just happened to be a week and a half late to paying and they already had my stuff up on their auction site and without even informing me of i just happened to stumble upon it when looking something up online. It has potential to be a good place if they fixed those things and i would love to give a better view if they made the changes.

And the last place you rented from did this after you were TWO MONTHS late?Then DONT BE LATE! Problem solved.If it was me, Id be ashamed to admit that I routinely get locked out of storage facilities for non-payment, and certainly wouldnt be stating this publicly with my name and picture attached...

Very impressed. Saw a TV ad for on-line rentals, decided to try it. Everything went perfectly, and the manager came by in his golf cart to introduce himself and ask how everything went. Great service.

Love this storage center and really now wish that they would allow pets and companions from the community to be there and experience it like we do its very unfair to the animals as well the owners and the need to update the gate lock time to 11:00pm so we can have a better chance of getting there in timely fashion and get out stuff and get stuff back in and moved around in the storage........ love the place tho.

Very nice gentleman working today, haven’t seen him before but he was very nice and helpful. Lots of cameras on the buildings so security is very well which is comforting. They do increase rates after 4-6 months -_- but oh well it’s nothing TOO extreme. Thanks for being so attentive and helpful! I’m talking to YOU customer service! Thank you for everything! :))

The second your late you lose access to your stuff!!Ive rented storage units before and have never been locked out unless I was 2 months behind!! And they are hardly ever there to pay them!!

My girl did the whole rental thing online. Great prices and didnt even have to go into the office to get it done.

Came by to look at storage because I am in the market and my grandson has a garage here. It looks very well maintained. And from the web price, they are pretty affordable.

Hadnt rentage a storage since the 1990s, and this was much easier than I remember it. Highly recommended.

Very nice staff and was very easy to work with. We moved from out of state to be with family. Was able to arrange to get a unit on our move date very easily. When we came to fill out paperwork on Thursday (2/7 9 am) guy there was so nice and very clear on everything we needed to know. Help lessen the stress of our move so much.

Came in for a couple of boxes and has a very pleasant conversation with the manager, who convinced me that this would be a good place to store my household goods while my new house was being completed. I greatly appreciated the advice-- and I will be back!

Really disappointed in the security. My storage literally got broken into and theres no lead on who or how this happened.

Its a public storage unit, nothing special about it. My stored items were dry and safe. Good for short term storage. On the down side they raised rates on me twice & I cant say it was worth keeping once they did that.

Very satisfied! Given the low on-line price, My wife and I had expected the place to be a dump, but it was every bit as nice as the pricy guys.Mark was very friendly and competent, and were glad we came here.

What I love most is the customer service, professionalism by manager, Terri, price in time of needs, hospitality, and the location plus its cleanliness of the facility. On top of that, registration on-line is so easy and very convenient and how fast I was able to get it done and at the same time calling to verify receipt of the on-line application is unbelievable. I am a very happy camper. Love it and I will stay as long as I need to.

Ive had nothing but frustration & miscommunication from each one of them until this one!! Mark, the manager here, is so awesome!! Hes as friendly & kind & just a down right genuine person!! I appreciate all hes done in assisting me with my payment issues, as i had come into a bit of hard times!! So thankful i came to this location!!

I just have to say that Mark is the best! I got a unit and in the middle of my move I was told the 5x15 unit was going to be too small! I called up Mark told him I was coming in I needed to rent a bigger unit. At this point I was very irritated because that meant more money and more time for my movers because I had to do a new lease agreement! In a timely manner Mark got me in and out I was so happy he is wonderful and very good at what he does!!! I even got to ride in the Tesla ( golf-cart) to check out my unit, thanks for all your help Mark!!! Tiana

Theresa was amazing, she was personal, compassionate, and made me laugh, at a very stressful time in my life. Moving is hard, and putting stuff in storage can feel very vulnerable, but Theresa made me feel very secure and happy about who was taking care of where my things would be stored. I had a family emergency in California and time was limited to find a place for my car. Went on line to find property that would store my automobile they referred me to a Public Storage at Burnside. Once there I explained what I needed to the manager; who explained I could save money if I stored my car at another location. I drove there and met Theresa who was more than helpful. The service was upstanding and very proficient. Theresa was respectful and cheerful another words she was great. I recommend this property without hesitation

I stopped here to get moving supplies since it is right around the corner from the place Im moving out of. Prices are reasonable for the excellent quality of the products. Come to find out, there was another public storage closet to my place.

ALL my experiences have been terrific with helpful patient staff always willing to assist me with any questions or needs and willing to explain and give helpful tips on moving and storage. The storage areas are kept clean and secure--great place!!

Teri was extremely helpful and very easy to follow. She gave us a full rundown of all of our options, and help us find the one that suited us best for the least amount of money! I would highly recommend calling Teri first for all of your storage needs!Not only did she have storage available, but she walked us through the best ways to protect the things we were storing. She really went above and beyond to make a sometimes difficult situation one that we were comfortable with.

Do not store vehicles at this facility, in the site managers own words parking here is like parking your car in the lot at a trail blazers game. My vehicle was broken into twice without any improvement of security after the first time. no cameras, insufficient lighting. Look elsewhere, it may be cheap...but it will cost you in the long run.

Great storage facility, my family has been using you guys for boat, and toy hauler storage for years now. The units have electricity and range in sizes. Customer service always seems to be top not. Would definitely recommend. They have indoor units, small to large and outdoor spaces available for RV’s

Teri is an asset to this company. She didnt make me feel rushed. She was very kind and took the time to show me various storage units sizes so that we could get a better idea of what we would need for our belongings. Fast, friendly, and courteous service. I put a locker on hold and got a call within 10 minutes to schedule a good time for me to come down. The place is clean and the space was exactly what I was looking for.

I have rented from Public Storage 4 times in the last 20 years, all in the Gresham area at different locations. THERE WILL NOT BE A 5TH. I have given the benefit of the doubt to the business in all previous cases except the last one. First time was fine it was in 1996, no issues. Second time my unit was broken into. Had no major loss and I took responsibility due to the type of lock, my choice. Third time I needed a second unit but was not treated as an existing customer and could not get the special rate that a new customer could have gotten. Fourth time was the last straw. I rented a space and within 24 hours my situation changed and I called to cancel the space (That by the way was a very sought after unit size, 10 X 10. In fact a customer while I was renting walked into the office and was told he would be put on the list for that size unit). I was told I could cancel but only after one month. There was a prorated amount that I could recover, which I finally did receive, 2 months later. The space that I rented was so susceptible to moisture that for a fee I could purchase a device that would take the moisture out of the air. I repeat I will not rent again or recommend Public Storage to anyone. I have been informed by other renters of storage units in the Gresham area that have more impressive amenities, similar pricing, but better customer service. Check around before renting from Public Storage. The above is my opinion.

I have used Public storage four times and they always have had good people working there. The down side was that my storage unit was broken into. They did not think my stuff was worth taking. You may want to have insurance if you have valuables.
