Very rude unprofessional I went there to return an item and was treated very Rude they could not perform it told me I had to go back to another location which is inconvenient for me 20 miles away when Customer Service said I can return it at any store and the Lady on the phone in Customer Service apologized for their Rudeness and said she heard them talking about me saying bad things they’ve done this several times they cannot pull up my warranties told be I didn’t have a warranty when I have had it since 2012! I had to go to another store so they could pull it up the employees there are so Unprofessional and Incompetent!! Some People don’t need to work with the Public!! Don’t understand How to treat Customers! Unbelievable!!!

Staff has always been extremely polite, friendly, and helpful every time Ive been in this location. This is definitely my preferred location. They inspect and clean my jewelery perfect every time. And send me reminders when I need to come back in for inspections and cleaning. Very happy with this location!

Will not be going back to this location. It has taken a month to get my ring due to mess ups with the stones VERY upset as I had pictures already planned. The staff are rude do not seem to know much at all as they keep asking the same questions, is this ring new? When did you buy it? Did you buy it at this location, “I’m trying to locate it in the system”.I was asked that eveytime I went in the store as if they could not pull it up. When I went in today the associate rudely stared me down. Very disappointed!

I absolutely love this store. It is the only Kays store that i will go to. They always help me with anything that i want or need to do. I can walk in the door and they know me by name . I consider them all family. Travis and Gail are by all my favorites.

So I brought my TAG watch into the store for them to send out and replace the crown and stem that had fallen off. They sent it out and was supposed to fix it. It was a really bad repair that fell off again in less than a month. I wouldn’t recommend taking a watch here for repair unless your willing to possibly have to bring it back to get it fixed again. They have a warranty on the workmanship, but why do I need to bring it back twice to get the job done right the first time... after all that’s what I’m paying for.

This place is by far one of the worst locations and staff I have ever dealt with in my life. I normally have a excellent experience with this company until I went to this location due to it being so close. I have called and complained to the company as well because we have had more than one occasion of bad business here. To begin they are very pushy with their merchandise and pushed wedding bands on us when looking at engagement rings. They told us with the wedding bands included the monthly payment wouldnt increase, which was not the truth and we wouldnt have included them if it were to raise the payment. (We didnt want the bands at all really) they just sold us a good deal. Or so we thought. They have quoted us monthly payments that are a lot higher when we go to pay our bill, they have also quoted us a down payment on an item and then called to say it had doubled. (Because they didnt do the math properly when they quoted and caught there mistake later in the month when the down payment was already paid) when I called to ask why the payment was higher than what they quoted us they told me they didnt know and couldnt see any of that and to call the credit company. When I called the credit company to see why the payment was higher they explained they put us on a certain time frame to pay off the item (which they never disclosed this to us when they sold the item and gave us the monthly payment we would have) the credit company also told me that they could indeed tell us why my payment was higher, and that was a lie. When I argued my point about the payment being higher and the down payment doubling with this location and its employees they were rude and said that I had assumed these prices. (Not the case) furthermore I will never do business with this location again. They do not know what they are doing what so ever and are simply in the store to put money in their own pocket and will risk you and your finances at the cost. I suggest all in Greenville to visit the Haywood location instead, you will be doing yourselves a favor.

I came in here today to get my rings cleaned and inspected for warranty purposes. All three employees were very nice and friendly to me. I went to the one in the mall 6 months ago and they couldnt find my information. But this location found it without any problems. The store itself was clean and looked really nice. I will from now on go to the Taylors location over the mall or Easley store any day!

Worst experience ever dealing with this Kay’s location, I’ve dealt with the one in Haywood and WestGate both are far better then this store! I tried to order a chain and pendant they got the pendant wrong and also didn’t get my chain in by the end of the sale they had going on, so I just canceled my order due to the lack of knowledge they had. They got my phone number wrong so they couldn’t call me when the pendent got in so I could look at it even tho I gave then my phone number in store about seven different times. Plus they had my info in the system with my correct number so I don’t see how in the world you got the wrong number in the first place. The guy “helping” me tried to sell me a smaller more expensive chain and was saying, I had to put a 20% down payment, even tho my account clearly says I don’t have to because how much my line of credit is. I went to the WestGate mall location and had a great experience far better then the wade Hampton store. The WestGate store gave me a better chain at a cheaper price along with the pendant, was able to order both and use the 30% off for both even tho the wade Hampton store said they wouldn’t be able to because the chain and pendant were not in store. They have no clue what they are doing at the wade Hampton store what so ever, I will never go back here.

I am very disappointed with my recent experience with this Kay Jewelers. I purchased a necklace two weeks before my anniversary that I wanted engraved with my late sons name and birthday. They told me that they would be able to engrave my handwritting into the necklace and it would be back before my anniversary. They called me two days before and said that they would not be able to have the necklace done in time if I still wanted my handwritting used for the engraving. It was more important to me to have the necklace back in time, so I agreed to have a generic font for the engraving. The necklace came back a day before my anniversary, but it was completely missing my sons birthday and the necklace was scratched! The ladies there were not sympathetic and said it would be a whole other week before I could have the necklace fixed. So instead of having my necklace on time, I spent my anniversary sad and disappointed. When the necklace finally came in, they just sent me on my way....no extra sign of appreciation for me as a customer or any extra steps to keep me as a customer. The disappointment I experienced from this store will keep me from ever being a Kay customer again!

I bought my wife a ring for Christmas from this location. I spent 20 minutes expressing to the woman how important it was to call me when it came in. She said ok sir I have it noted on the account to only call you with your number next to it, so your wife will not be called. Well what do you know my wife and me were sitting at the kitchen table and her phone rings with Kay Jewelers calling to let her know her ring was ready. When I went in and confronted the woman with it all she said wasOh, surprise and laughed. Needless to say I will be going to one of them other overly priced jewelry stores next time....

Ordered a ring offline, when I went to pick it up it was the wrong size. They said they could resize it but it would take 2 weeks I said no, cancel that order and reorder the correct size as I already planned the proposal and couldnt wait 2 weeks. So they did, took my number down to call me when it arrived. 5 days later they called my fiance to tell her the ring arrived. Completely ruined the surprise I had planned.
