These guys are the best. Customer service is excellent. They special ordered a piece for me because they didnt have what I was looking for in stock. It came within days. They sized it for me several times to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. They really set the par for what a jewelry store experience should be. If I could give 7 stars I would.

I dont do Jewelry. Dont really care for it. But I heard its kinda important when youre trying to marry someone sooo... I found myself at Greenville Jewelers.Told Eli a nonsensical conglomeration of things I remember my finance saying that she wanted, ie. it cant be perfectly round and cant be perfectly square. I mean... Seriously... I wasnt clear. All I knew is I wanted a unique ring with a black diamond.Gave Eli a little bit of time, and he comes back with AN. AMAZING. RING. Really, its awesome. Id post pictures but my cameras not that good and I know it wont do it justice.Definitely coming back for the wedding bands and recommending anyone who wants some bling to try Greenville Jewelers.

I took my latest acquisition, a vintage Citizen chronograph (Navisail Stars & Stripes Americas Cup 2000) to Greenville Jewelers w. a stuck pusher. William diagnosed the problem & repaired it in 10 min. for minimal charge. This is 5th or 6th time Ive used GJ for repair or adjustment of my watches, and each time is the same -- total professionalism, knowledgeable, courteous, reasonable prices & satisfied customer! My husband inherited his father’s diamond ring and it was misshapen and had thinned considerably. We brought it in to have the shank rebuilt. William is the most courteous and helpful jeweler that I have ever met. I found his store quiet by accident one afternoon about three years ago. I had searched for several weeks for a jeweler to custom make my wedding rings and was delighted to find William. He is trustworthy and spends time with his customers, answering any questions that they might have. I am very pleased with his work and recommend him to all my friends.

I researched and found this company online. I needed a repair for a high end swiss watch that was running slow. The manufacturers service center had declined to make any repairs due to age of watch. The watch repair person at Greenville Jewelers diagnosed the problem and made the repair at a very reasonable cost. I was impressed with this companys knowledge about watches and prompt service.

William is a class act and a joy to do business with. I went in to talk about fixing my wedding ring and my watch band. I feel like I left with a new neighborhood friend. William was professional yet personable. It was a joy doing business with him. His prices were absolutely reasonable and I entrusted my wedding ring to him. My watch fits great and I cant wait to see how my wife reacts when she sees my updated wedding band!

Brought my watch and stainless watch band to a much larger jeweler to have a new screw pin inserted into the band. The jeweler was going to charge me $35 for the small screw pin installation. They didnt have the pin so called me back to pick up the watch 2 days later. I went to Greenville Jewelers to see if they could do the repair. They didnt have the pin either ( I didnt have to wait 2 days to find out) but told me to contact the manufacturer. The manufacturers authorized repair center sent me the pin and I returned to Greenville Jewelers to have it replaced. They replaced the pin and tightened all the other ones in my watch band. To my surprise they didnt charge me anything for the watch band repair. Obviously this business puts an emphasis on customer satisfaction. They will be my go to jeweler in the future.

First of Id like to say I have never written a review before today.I visited the store own by William in order to have a minor repair on an angel charm that I owned.He offered to repair it for me but said he could not guarantee it because it was mot silver.I agreed to this.Well in a few minutes he repaired it to my satisfaction and offered to mold me a new one in its likeness if it broke again.As we were waiting for the charm to be polished we chatted on and on.I was completely happy with his work and intend to return to Williams store for future purchases.After looking at his display case I already have a purchase in mind.I will definitely send my friends to him and wish him the best.

My husband received excellent service at the time of purchase. Upon returning the ring... I did not and mostly due to miscommunication. Please note the return policy is 7 days. I now own a ring that even the employee described as “lopsided”. While efforts were made by management to improve my satisfaction... stipulations were imposed. It is an unfortunate situation. If I had been a previously loyal customer I am sure that this scenario would have turned out better but as a new customer with high expectations I left disappointed.

Honest and dependable is how to describe Greenville Jewelers. They repaired my Classic Omega Seamaster that I thought was a goner due to water intrusion that occurred several years ago. I had it looked at by several watch repair specialist in the past as was told that it Might be repairable and could cost several thousand to repair. Greenville jewelers got it done and for an affordable price. I recommend them to anybody!

I recently discovered this jeweler on line. Went in and had my rings sized. The next day I was absolutely amazed at the quality of work. So I left another to be sized and next day same experience. He repaired and sized a 52 year old ring that I didnt think I would ever get to wear again. I would recommend him to anyone.

I took a Rolex to Jewelry Discounters for servicing when it stopped keeping time. What I got back was the equivalent to a new watch! Outstanding care was taken in the restoration of this watch and the price was less than if I sent it off to an internet watch repair service. William, the manager, was very professional and treated me like family. A great experience.

Jewelry Discounters is not an ordinary jewelry store. Honestly, the name of the store doesnt do its services much justice, because not only does Williams prices come at an extraordinarily reasonable cost, but he does custom-made jewelry and jewelry repairs. Unlike other jewelers, he can create any type of piece you like--right in the store. He has all of the necessary equipment to create anything your heart desires. Most jewelers have to send out to another provider to utilize their equipment to do this type of work (which comes with an added expense to the buyer), but William has everything you need and is more than happy to do the work. I was amazed by how happy and willing he is to work with the customer and design a piece with you at an amazingly low cost.I brought in my engagement ring last week for him to replicate a wedding band to match and today I picked up the finished product. I wanted the band to match my ring exactly, minus the center stone, so he made multiple molds of the original ring, cut out the larger, center stone portion and filled in the space with smaller diamonds (which matched the side diamonds on my original ring). The finished product is lovely and looks like it belongs with my engagement ring. My engagement ring was my fiances grandmothers, from the 1950s and thus had a design which I found hard to find from a regular jewelry store. Every other store I went to told me that to have this kind of work done Id be ooking at upwards of $1000.00 to create such a custom-made ring. William made my ring at a fraction of that cost.He spent a long time crafting a ring which would match my original, selected diamonds right in front of me which had the same coloration as my engagement rings diamonds, and even showed me how he tests his gold (because I was curious). My fiance is going to have a custom wedding band made by him and have me write a message for William to put into his computer program to engrave on the ring. The sky really is the limit with what you can create with William and he is a great guy to work with! I highly recommend you visit his shop for any of your jewelry needs, but especially if you want to make something extra special and unlike just the typical items you can find in a jewelry shop.

Very professional and knowledgable. I went in to get a ring sized that I purchased from someone. Once he finished with it, you would have thought it was a brand new ring. BEAUTIFUL and the price was much less than all the large companies that I price checked.

I brought several pieces of antique jewelry in here, some to be tested for gold content and others for a minor repair or resizing. Even though they were a 30 minute drive away from me, I chose this place because I needed a ring resized quickly -- when I called, they said they could have it done within a few days and all of the other jewelry stores closer to me had said it would take at least two weeks to be resized. Everyone here was friendly and professional. They tested my gold jewelry for free, and to my surprise, my repair work was done the very next day! I had a ring sized from a 6 to an 8 and a loose stone secured in another ring...both pieces were repaired to perfection and the overall cost was 1/2 of what the other jewelry stores had quoted me for the repair. Im very happy to have found a place that does quality work at a reasonable price and so quickly too! I can definitely see why they have so many five stars reviews-- they deserve all that and more. Highly recommend!

William is the best, very personable and a pro. A mall store ruined the seal on my wifes Movado watch doing a simple battery replacement....a store that supposedly specializes in only watches by the way....and he took care of it. She also wanted a matching wedding band for our ten year anniversary and had already priced it with Jared where the original was purchased. Decided to let William have a look and he made an exact duplicate for her in a week for half the cost. He now takes care of any dipping/cleaning or things like that for her. Any time I hear someone looking for jewelry I tell them to go to Greer and see him. My wife used to work in a department store in Greer and told any customer looking for jewelry, repairs, anything to go see him and everyone who did reported back with nothing but raves. If you want to know why hes less than the big places its because hes the type of guy the big places send your stuff to when they take it and cant do it.

I took my wifes engagement ring here to be repaired after a jeweler broke the main setting trying to resize it. He did an amazing job we are extremely satisfied with the work. I dropped the ring off at ten am and he had it done by 1:30. He also replaced the tang on the ring to reinforce it after the last jeweler made it super thin and bent it out of shape.

The owner is a very fine man; someone in whom you can trust and conduct business with. So glad to have him and his business in our Greer community!

THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND QUALITY IF WORK!!! I recently bought a nicer watch, as my 4 year old daily use Movado had a lot of scratches and wear. I looked online and saw some videos on watch refinishing, and didnt really care if it looked bad, couldnt be worse than it already was lol. Well it did look uniformly scratched, but not something that I would wear. I took it into William to ask about getting the watch itself refinished and buying a new band, which I already knew was about $180. He took the watch and the band, and when he was done they both looked brand new!!! And the best part is I save $30 over just buying the band. I am going to have all of servicing done here even thought j dont live here and am on business, I liked the service so much, I will be sending any pieces that needs service to him!
