He was able to troubleshoot problems with my laptop with me over the phone to save time and save me money. I ended up needing his services and he fixed my laptop within a couple hours. It needed a new hard drive and now it runs better than before just like He said it would. He was fast and personable. I will recommend him to anyone that needs help. After the mechanical hard drive in my computer died for the third time I took it to Robert. He installed a solid state unit and new fan at a very reasonable price. He managed to salvage all of the data from the old hard drive. His repair suggestions were reasonable, as was the cost. He had it ready in under a week and called with frequent updates during the process. After two months of use and no issues, the unit works better than when it was new.

Robert is great. Took my computer in and he had it running like new. Very knowledgeable and a great guy. He takes his time to tell you whats going on and explains what he does. Very reasonably priced. I highly recommend.

The hard drive in my Dell desktop crashed. After paying Dell in advance for the services, spending 1 1/2 hour on the phone and speaking to 5 different customer and tech support personnel...the reason for my call had not been addressed. I originally had called to ask where did I need to ship my desktop to have it repaired. None of the 5 Dell employees could give me an answer. I asked to speak to a supervisor and they couldn’t fine one for me to speak to, so I asked them to cancel my order and refund my money.After my frustration with Dell, I started looking for a local mom and pop IT business. I was lucky and glad to have stumbled across Robert’s business!!! There was not a bad comment about Robert or his business and this is why I went with him!!! Not only was he reasonably inexpensive, but had my computer to me that same day (it was going to take Dell 12-15 day to fix my device)!!! He was very professional, called me to explained what he had done to get my computer up and running. Called Robert on Friday after spilling a drink on my laptop Thursday evening. Instead of taking my computer he recommended turning upside down on a towel near a window in case there was still moisture in it. Told me to leave it off for 24 hours. Saturday I booted it up, but still could not open any programs. He has me drop it off and looked at it. Found some of the issues (that were not related to the spill). Today I dropped off my external hard drive so he could move all of my pictures to free up space. Before having me pick up he tested out several programs and discovered Google Chrome was hanging it all up. He uninstalled and reinstalled Chrome for me. This computer runs so much better now. He went above and beyond doing this over the weekend in my opinion. Very friendly, professional service!

A normal day online, all is well and then it happens. A message on my screen blocking my work. I am finally able to get it to go away but then another and after a few hours I am bombarded with multiple messages, pop-ups and warnings. It got so bad that my computer became useless.
