Totally unprofessional. Site offers at home diagnostic services which sounds fantastic, until you realize this actually means waiting at home for hours because you were emailed a vague time of sometime after 4 and then around 8 that night you finally receive a message cancelling. Attempts to reschedule have been ignored for a solid week now. Playing hard to get is lame in romantic relationships. Playing hard to get in business, when its obviously a fledgling company, is wreckless and I certainly wouldnt trust anything as valuable as my laptop with the likes of these negligent amateurs.
