The repair tech was great and it repair was extremely fast. Took him like 30 minute. Great customer service.The problem is the quality of the screen. The picture quality on my iPhone has taken a huge dip after the repair. Probably a cheap aftermarket product. It may be worth it to spend the extra $50 and go to Apple.

Scheduled my appointment online called a day prior to see if I could drop phone off early. The person I spoke with said it was fine. Dropped phone off the next day and picked up after work. Phone looked new. I was very pleased.

Overall my service was excellent. The customer service rep/technician I dropped my phone off with wasn’t the most welcoming but he provided me the services I needed. The rep that I picked my phone up from was more inviting. He offered other products and gave me tips on how to apply a screen protector correctly.

The Customer Service was really nice, but I do recommend you ask questions and make sure you have a full understanding of what you purchase.

They did a great job fixing my bike screen. And cost less then my deductible with Verizon. And dont have to reprogram an new phone or wait 24 hours. Great job thank you
