I replaced an iPhone 8 screen through this company less than 10 days ago for $100. I left it in the car for 25 mins and came back to the screen being cracked down the center from exposure to the sun. This business advertises all over in their store lifetime warranty (entire counter is wrapped in advertisement stating lifetime warranty) so I called and now they can’t do anything for me. Very disappointed in the customer service and quality of the screen. I have used this company several times to have screens repaired and sadly will not be using them again.

This is probably because I have 4 kids! 😂 I can say that every time Ive left this place Ive had a huge smile on my face because I received an extremely fast turnaround at a very fair price (one of the times at a price way less than quoted due to it not being what was suspected - although I wouldve never known myself, meaning they couldve easily still charged me the originally agreed upon price)! Overall I had a positive experience!!! I shattered the back glass on my iPhone XS and couldn’t find anyone besides Apple and iRepair Indy that would fix it. Apple was wayyy too expensive and these guys have great prices and the customer service is great as well! I took off one star because when I got my phone back I could hear something rattling but it did not seem to affect my phone. Also, a couple months after my speaker randomly quit working (I didn’t drop it or anything)...however I’m not sure if that had anything to do with the repair or not. The little white piece for flash on the camera also wasn’t fully aligned and allowed small particles to get inside on my camera lenses. But overall I had a good experience and they have great prices! I will be returning with any phone problems in the future.

Got my iPhone 10 screen replaced here about a month ago. I paid for the more expensive screen as well. It worked fine up until yesterday. I did not drop it or anything and the screen has just stopped working. If youre going to pay a lot to have your phone repaired might as well go through your phone carrier just so you know its protected if anything happens. Now I have to pay out of pocket again to have it fixed.

I had my iPhone 6 battery replaced in May 2017 through them. Since the updates and after Apple admitting they slowed phones down, my battery started draining quickly. I called them and they said they would honor the $29.99 Apple price of replacing my battery even though they are not affiliated with Apple. I took it in and they had my battery changed in 5 Min and didn’t charge me a dime as they told me my other battery had a lifetime warranty. Honest guys that do quality work. They will always have my business.

They did a great job getting one of my old iPhones fixed. It had a software issue, but now it is fixed and I was able to get the pictures off it that I needed. Very reasonable price and helpful customer service.

The tip of an auxiliary cord broke off into my husbands iPhone. We tried to get it out ourselves and couldnt- because we did, we made it worse. We took it into iRepair Indy and within 20 minutes they had a new phone jack installed and we were on our way with a lifetime warranty on the part as well. Definitely recommend them to anyone!

Used them at least three or four times. Never had a problem and they try to get it done as fast as possible. Took my iPad in today and they gave a conservative estimate of a day or two. Got a call a few hours later, he said he wasn’t sure he’d be able to, but got it done today.

Most reviews are for iPhones, but I use an android. I brought my phone with a shattered screen in on a Saturday and was told they needed to order the part and that it would be take 3-5 business days for it to be received. It came in on Friday and I took my phone back for the repair. Unfortunately the new screen was faulty and my phone was unusable. The guys working then helped me get my new sim card in my old phone (not the same size) and had my part overnighted. Less than 24hrs later I had a perfectly working phone.The 5 stars are for their willingness to help me when I knew I needed a phone during those 24hrs. They were patient and helpful and it was appreciated.

Didnt put screws back in to the bottom back of my husbands phone and refused to fix there mistake got a new phone because more loss pieces were found inside the phone horrible

Non-existent customer service. Would not warranty repair (if you want to call it that), came from their shop malfunctioning worse than when it went in. Screen they installed was unresponsive and wasnt close on the resolution of the factory screen. Was offered to buy for next to nothing if I bought a new phone. Have a sneaking suspicion that they purposely did something to my phone that they could fix easily and make a quick dollar on. I went to another place in town, had it fixed, with no problems since, and only took about 1 hour.STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS!!!

VERY disappointed in the service. Had a screen replaced about a year ago on an iPhone that always has a case on it. When I got the phone back there was a small dent on the top corner. Then a small crack appeared a few months later. I took it in only to be told that it was my fault due to the debt (which they caused) Now the screen has popped up on the same corner as the crack I went in for before. Not happy. They say they have a lifetime warranty but seems like they gave an excuse si that nothing is really covered. I do not recommend them.

IRepair is my new jam!!!I had two broken iPhones so I took one of them to iRepair Indy. I was testing them after being massively disappointed in another local shop.iPhone #1 wouldnt charge. In 3 minutes, while I waited, they cleaned the port with an Xacto knife, for no fee, fixing the charging issue. This was after Vendor X replaced the battery for $50, which did NOT solve the problem. This was a NICE first contact! Without saying so, I decided to bring my second broken iPhone to them.iPhone #2 originally had a dead spot in the touch screen. iRepair took one look and said, Thats a cracked screen. Its minor but I can see it. Same day replacement and now the phone with the bad circuit board (Vendor Xs words) is running great again.Im stunned at the incompetence/apathy of Vendor X (who, BTW, had my phones for 3 weeks while I waited). If iRepair keeps doing it right, like they have with me, they will always have my business and more will flock to them.- I didnt tell them the story of the other place when I dropped off my phones, I just wanted to see what theyd do with them.- iRepair didnt know they were under my microscope, they just acted liked they were.- Twice, with two different people at the counter, iRepair provided excellent service and did exactly what I needed done. And nothing else.- And it was right the first time. Time is valuable and return trips to make things right may make things right but it is still frustrating!iRepair is my new jam!!!

Some how my son got a piece of small metal stuck in his iPhone from one of the gadgets he got from amazon. His phone was not charging so when we called the phone company they said it will cost 300$. So we took it to iRepair Indy and the guys there told us they will take a look, they took it back and 10 minutes later came back with the metal out and even charged the phone for us. They did not charge us anything but if if we ever have phone issues that will be the first place we will go from now on.

On 3/19/2018 after going to CPR Cellphone Repair Greenwood and uBreakiFix and calling J&A Cellphone with no answer, I called IRepair Indy for a quote. Happy that I made the right choice.The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The quoted me at $209 plus tax to fix my screen. When I discussed with them about my home screen button and how uBreakiFix told me that it would be additional charges to fix the button and I asked, and the gentlemen said that he doesnt think their is a problem with the home button.I paid the $209 plus tax upfront and was told my phone will be ready in 3 to 5 business days.I got a call from them the next day saying the part had come in and the repair should be done before the end of the day. The manager had overnighted my part without me asking and didnt charge me extra either even after I informed the staff that I was not in a rush to get the phone back.The staff at iRepair Indy went above and beyond to service my needs. Now I have my phone back and has saved all my pictures that were on the internal storage.

No Stars! This guy, Ronnie assaulted me in his store over a refund that I was promised. I have the email from him that states exactly that. He is a dangerous person and I hope the prosecutor puts his ass in jail! Im 67 years old and not in great shape. I took my sons IPhone for a screen replacement and it failed on the first day. They replaced it and it failed on the second day. On the 3rd attempt, my son took it to a reputable shop and it was repaired with OEM parts. It works fine now so I ask for a refund. They agreed and I made a third trip from Flat Rock to Greenwood. They said they needed the old part for a refund. I went to the reputable store and got the replaced part. Irepair Indy did not accept it because it was cracked. I dont know for sure how that happen but possibly during the removal, it was damaged. The owner said no refund. Got nasty, and physically pushed me across the floor, out the door, and into a parked car across the sidewalk. I called the police and its in the hands of the Johnson County Prosecutors office. I would not do business with this company.They treat you fine until they have a problem fixing your product. At that point, they become very defensive and blame you for the problem. They are not professional and are posing as a repair business

Had never gotten a phone repaired so wasnt sure what to expect - went in with a cracked iPhone camera lens, not sure if it could even be fixed or if it would take days (I was prepared to send out a notice to all my family and friends that Id be out of touch for awhile). Was pleasantly surprised by the time estimate - 15 minutes! Ended up needing a bit more troubleshooting, glass from the lens was stuck in the actual camera, making it not focus quite right, and even with the glass removed it still was still a bit off (this is what happens when you let a baby raccoon play with your phone. Raccoons dont make good pets folks! I knew what I was getting into - shes non-releasable wildlife and I have a permit - but let that be a lesson to any who might be taken in by the adorable, lol). Happily, they were even able to replace the camera itself, and phone is taking photos & video good as new! I dont think I was there for even 20 minutes - enjoyed the V-sauce videos playing in the waiting area while I had to endure not checking my email or Facebook feed for the Entire Time, the horror! Friendly and professional, very reasonable pricing for the repair - do recommend!

I had my screen replaced (because of touch screen issues) here and purchased a charger he was selling... The charger stopped working 2 weeks after I bought it, screws were falling out of my phone, and it 3 weeks after I purchased it the screen shattered after dropping it on carpet. Not a reputable business.

I recently dropped my phone and the screen shattered so instead of paying full price for a band new iPhone I decided to go to iRepair and have them fix it. I received the iPhone back in a little under 45 minutes which was pretty fast so I was obviously very impressed. Well, when I got home I noticed my camera wasn t working so I called them up and they said to bring it in tomorrow since they close at 6, okay no biggie. I went in the next day, they looked at it for about 30min (I went to the mall during this time so it could ve been longer I m not sure) and when I got back the owner informed me that there was nothing he could do. I informed him that my camera was functional before he fixed it and he still wouldn t give me my money back. He said the only thing he could do was take off the new screen/glass that he just put on there and leave me with a phone with no screen/glass. I was furious! This was the owner I was talking to, well another employee came around from the back and stood next to him when the owner pointed out to me that my iPhone s frame was bent and that when they took apart the iPhone the motherboard was probably bent so that caused the issue. I asked him why he was just now noticing that my iPhone s frame was bent and how could it possibly be bent from dropping it out of my car? He said the iPhone frames are very hard to bend so he went into the back to grab an iPhone that was already taken apart to demonstrate, well I started talking to the other employee about how unhappy I was and he started to walk away as I was talking to him and I said you ve got a customer here who s very unhappy about the service and you re just going to walk away? and he says I don t care, I m not the owner. The owner came back and proceeded to show my boyfriend and I how hard it was to bend an iPhone frame like almost impossible (because I acused him of accidentally bending it while fixing my phone) so he s bending it, bending it and bam just like that it bent! My boyfriend then asked him if the owner s been doing it for 3 years why he didn t notice the frame was bent when I first took it in there to get the screen fixed. The owner said I don t know what to say. After all of that, the owner told us both I tell you what, when you go and buy a new iPhone bring the broken one here and we ll buy it off of you for $150 becuase we really need the parts. They need the parts...so what you re saying is... you broke my phone on purpose for the parts. People please don t bring your devices here! They re very unprofessional, rude and they obviously don t care about you or your device. I paid $85 to get my iPhone s shattered screen fixed, ended up with a broken camera and a bent phone (literally) and he s offering us $150 for my broken phone which pretty much leaves us with a refund of $65 (technically). You think I d actually sell my device to these people? No. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
