Ive been insured through Progressive for years, for almost a year now Ive been working from home, rarely driving my car, called Progressive and was told Im already getting all the discounts possible and I cant do any better. Shopped around online and a State Farm rep named Colt had the patience to keep trying to reach me, even though Im not easy to reach via phone. With lightning fast efficiency, Colt saved me around $5/mo, which may not seem like much but this is with auto AND renters insurance, and I was only paying for auto with progressive. Couldnt afford both. I cannot be happier with State Farm and Colt. Not only am I saving, but I have two policies, more features, and just all around a better feeling of security. Something we ALL need right now.

Colt was awesome. He didnt give me just a quote but made the conversation enjoyable. I ended up get 2x the auto coverage plus renters insurance for the same price I was paying with Progressive. Eric was extremely helpful when discussing my new policy. I was with Progressive for 5+ years and Eric pointed out every single thing in my former policy that he could do better AND included renters coverage while only minimally increasing my rate. I jumped on it immediately but wanted to wait til the next billing cycle came around. He promised to call me back on the day and time I requested and he did. We set everything up in less than 15 mins. The icing on the cake for me was the fact that there are no asinine breed restrictions on dogs. Being a dog lover, I have a German Shepherd and Pit Bull who wouldn’t hurt a fly (squirrels on the other hand are up for debate lol) and it’s nice to know that State Farm is one of the few insurance providers who understand and don’t “punish” people for having these types of dogs. Hopefully I never need them but I’m confident when/if I do Eric and the team will be just as helpful.
