I just didnt understand everything I had to go through before actually getting an appointment. I had to talk with someone about what I was looking for then they said that they would email me the information and then based on the email I can decide whether or not I was going to make an appointment... The other shops that I use and talk to would just have me come in look at the problem and let me know right away what was wrong and how much. Ive never had to wait on someone to send me an email with how much they were guessing the amount would be for the problem and then have me schedule an appointment through the email. And what was wanted for a rack and pinion was very expensive. The whole email setup was definitely different and a little confusing to me. I will reach back out to your store though with my information again, thanks.

We were looking to repair an older vehicle so that we could postpone replacing it for a little while longer (given the current car market). Christian Brothers Automotive gave us a realistic picture of the issues with the vehicle, and advised us on what needed to be done in order to maintain our safety, vs what could be left alone in order to save us from spending more than the cars value on repairs. We were pleased with the results and will definitely be using them as our go-to for repairs in the future.

The owners, managers,& mechanics were abundantly professional. I originally missed my appointment by 24 hours and they did NOT reschedule me. They went the extra mile and had my car taken care of by the end of business. I was very relieved because I get anxiety when I think my car is inoperable. This machanic shop is worth the price because its an abounding feat in service and focuses on character structured atmosphere.

An amazingly professional experience! I observed excellent, thoughtful communication with multiple customers by 3 different staff members. The prices have been reasonable for the services and repairs they performed on two different vehicles. The waiting room is the most comfortable and pleasant automotive service center I have ever experienced. We certainly intend to return to Christian Brothers for our future automotive needs.

My first experience here was a good one! Their waiting area is nice and comfortable with places to sit or work on your laptop if needed, and they have drinks and snacks as well!I typically perform my own maintenance, but didnt have the time to do so before a big trip. The prices they quoted were on the high side, but given that they warranty their work for 3 years/36,000 miles, that is slightly more understandable. In my experience, their labor rates are in line with local dealerships, but the experience was much, much better. My only minor complaint (not enough to dock a star) is that the shop equipment fees seemed a bit high for my job.Despite the high prices, Im giving them 5-stars for listening to my requests and working with me on the quote - for my brake job, I requested pads only on the front since my rotors had plenty of life left. Now, at most shops, my experience has been they push you to pads & rotors at the same time to ensure theres no vibration (good) and to get customers to agree to a higher-profit service (not good). After the usual disclaimer about vibration, they were happy to do pads only at my request, and Im very happy with the braking performance now. They didnt pressure or try to talk me into any other services, which is a rare find these days.If I need more service on my vehicles, Ill come back (and update my review accordingly). For now, I would say they treated me well, did a good job, and run a clean, organized shop. Is it worth the extra cost over a small-shop mechanic? Maybe not. But the warranty does offer some peace of mind, and I think for most folks who dont know the first thing about servicing their own vehicles, this is a great first experience.Personally, Ill continue to do most jobs myself unless Im in a time crunch or dont have the proper tools - but Id say theyre a nice addition to the area, and Ill be back. (Though hopefully not too soon!)

Very clean meat facility. The staff was very friendly and family oriented. They provided everything a family would need as they waited. Such as diapers and treats for children and toys. Coffee and snacks. Very Christian like feel.

My son’s car had a major oil and coolant leak that limped into their shop mid Friday afternoon. They were able to diagnosis the issues quickly, provided an accurate description of the causes (with pictures), and estimate the cost of the repairs which I believe were fair and reasonable. Best of all they were able to repair the car before the end of day even though I express I was willing to wait until the following week since they had to secure the repair parts. I will continue to do business with Christian Brothers and will highly recommend them to my family, Friends, and colleagues.

Christian Brothers Automotive and their staff are different, they care, they are fair and they offer the Nice Difference warranty. Great service! I had a major repair I was in need of. Christian Brother diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it in a fraction of the time that it had previously taken at the dealership. Finally I feel confident that my issue had been fixed!Oh and the even offered to get me in early on the day of my appointment and even offered to come pick up my car. They offer a shuttle so you can go home or back to work if you don’t want to wait at the shop.

Clean and Efficient

Very professional. Honest and trustworthy. I encouraged them to find stuff to fix on my car and even with such a green light they only recommended an air filter change after a thorough system check. They even showed me images of my engine and explained to me what it was they were seeing and why things were in good working order. So they are about preserving a relationship instead of making a quick buck.

They listened to my concerns and were very flexible about last minute changes. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Excellent customer service and reasonable prices. They have earned my future business.

They provided a free and thorough inspection of my vehicle. Was referred here by Discount Tire for an alignment, and they found a bent inner tie rod. David even offered a 10% discount on top of the $10 off referral discount from Discount Tire. They were able to work with my budget to make sure I had a working car that wouldnt wear my new tires down for my long commute. Highly recommend!

This was a hard raiting to do. The business is very clean, the people are very nice but after getting my estimate for repairs, they were on the very high side for auto repair. I am sure that they are good but when you live on disability, they are way to rick for my blood. After checking the parts price on rock auto, I was shocked at the HUGE mark up on them. I contacted a local Dealership and there labor prices were way lower.

The very professional attitude, the speed with which they got my car done even though they were packed with cars; and the fact that they would actually fix my car when other shops wouldnt even touch my car because it was so rusty underneath. I went in without an appointment to get my tire plugged, so I could make it to the dealership later in the day. Even though there were several cars in the bays, I was in and out very quickly! The lobby was clean and very comfortable to wait in. I also greatly appreciated being told exactly what was done to fix the hole in the tire! Extremely flexible when I called early on a Saturday for drop-off routine maintenance. The employees are very friendly and professional. On the same note, the facility is very nice and clean.What is unique to CB Automotive is that they kept me updated via text as my truck progressed through service and notified me when it was time to pickup. I called them for an estimate over the phone and they gave me a fair price to change a bulb in my headlight. Their shop is immaculate, their waiting room is immaculate they have coffee tea and water service , I dropped my car off and they drove me home and then they brought my car to me when they were finished. In the current pandemic environment I watch them wipe my seats and steering wheel off with Clorox wipes. Excellent service wonderfully happy people . Cant say enough great things about Christian Brothers.

This place was great. I took my car in because my car was just being loud while being driven not just road noise. I had an inkling it was one of my wheel bearings and it was. Ive used Christian Brothers in Salisbury, NC and Fishers, IN. Just moved down here and its everything I have come to expect from this chain. If you use them faithfully, youll never have a problem. If you dont keep up on maintenance and get upset at the cost of a major repair you could have avoided, dont bother to post a review.

When we got there it was 2 mins to close, so I started to grab the drop off envelope and the door opened! Wow!! When I had called to see about bringing car there, they had everything keyed in. The estimate came back and again was wowed by the fact they showed pictures of my car and what they were doing and checking, even videos!! Quick, fast response! Can talk to them by text if you can’t do a phone call. They even offered to come pick me up at my home in Franklin! Would highly recommend and will definitely be taking g my car back!!

I took my vehicle to Christian Brothers on Saturday, February 15th around 1 p.m. Even though they were closing at 2 p.m., I did not feel like they were rushing me out the door. On the contrary, while I simply requested an oil change and new wiper blades, they also took the time to check my fluid levels, my tire tread and pressure, and my battery strength. The price I was charged was reasonable, and I felt like the staff was very professional and honest. Definitely a positive experience, and I will use their services again.

Honestly will not go anywhere else. Great service for not just your vehicle but also for yourself. Had to bring both of my kids with me and my oldest was getting fussy and a gentleman came over and let him pick out his own hot wheel car and gave him a snack. He helped me get the kids around and in the car when they were all done with my oil change and inspection. I’m truly grateful to have a place to go to that I can count on to help me and my family. This place is great. I took my Truck to be serviced and the customer service I received was excellent. Great communication and integrity.If you think your vehicle is having issues and are not sure what it is, take it to CBA. They will take an honest look at your vehicle. It is good to have a trusted mechanic nowadays with all the mechanics that are dishonest with people who are not vehicle experts.

I just happened upon the shop when my car was hobbling north on 37, and pulled in just before 5pm on a Friday. It truly was an answer to my prayers, as I was likely not far from completely breaking down. The complimentary shuttle service was such a helpful bonus in getting me where I needed to go, and I also really appreciated the text updates with clear and detailed reports and estimate. I was shocked at the speed of service, as my car was ready on Saturday!I typically would have felt uneasy trusting an unknown business with a major repair, but I instantly felt comfortable with Dave and his team and knew my car was in great hands. This shop isnt convenient to my home, but we will make the extra drive to return for future business!

Helpful and courteous employees

So my first experience was totally satisfactory. I explained the problem and they took over from there. I assumed that I was going to need new suspension in the rear because it had an electronic Air ride system which I figured was on it’s last leg. I asked for a quote to swap it out for springs. After further inspection they found some thing that had already been diagnosed by Ray Skillman wrongly. The same problem happened last year and I took it to the dealership. They told me that my bags were ripped and my compressor and lines were bad. They told me it was going to be well over $4000 to repair it. I am so glad that the problem went away (on its own 🙄) until yesterday. So since the same issue popped up I decided not to go back to Skillman since they lied about it. Christian brothers let me know that there was a broken ground wire near the battery that was affecting The airbag system. More than likely it was affecting a lot of things but the only thing I noticed was the airbag system. They charged me roughly 65 bucks and had it done in less than 24 hours. Really and truly I did not have to wait at all because they took me home and offered to pick me back up. So I was able to use another vehicle until then. Great experience highly recommend!

Took my Traverse today for transaxle fluid change. I was impressed they used the correct fluid as most places put in a generic blend. The people were professional and the building is impressive. I like the fact you can watch your car being serviced through the waiting room window.

Called for a quote and was quoted 60 dollars above 2 other shops for a simple repair. The other shops quoted me at 40. This shop wanted 100 so more than double the others. This place over charges.

Talking to them on the phone was pleasant and I liked their communication with texting and paying online. However, I found out that they were almost doubling the price than another dealer near me and one in indy - I believe they ask a lot for labor charges and they vary MUCH depending on the job.They wanted ALMOST 1200 for labor and parts and a shop in indy that came highly recommended quoted me 730 or so.The shop Ive gone to before in Whiteland quoted 634. So we took it there and my van is working again!I wanted to try their service but wowsers. :-(I heard they give pastors free oil changes though and to me thats commendable!

CBA were amazing, fast, well priced, and caring when a sudden car issue arose. They quickly responded to my call, honestly fixed the problem (they could have told me a number of reasons why my car was not starting, but it was simply a battery issue), and picked me up from my home last minute so I could get my car back that day. Dave, the owner, actually was the one who picked me up too! Will definitely recommend them whenever someone has a car issue.

This place is honestly amazing. I came in without calling because my car started acting up and thankfully I was on the same road as CBA. They were super friendly and looked at my car right away. They didnt have the part needed to fix my car, so they ordered it on the spot and had me out in less than 2 hours. The waiting room is so nice and clean. The restroom is also very clean with a changing table, diapers, and wipes! I was also very impressed that they have a shuttle to help people get where they need to be if they have to drop off their vehicle. Everyone here treated me very kindly and I definitely will be back and suggest to friends and family.

Took our daughters car here recently as we wanted to support a newer local business that wasn’t far from home. My fiancé has done a lot of work on it himself but recently ran in to an issue with a couple of bolts he couldn’t get off. We had the parts already but couldn’t get a couple bolts off at home with the set up and tools we had (It is a 20 year old car, after all!). Took in to Christian Brothers Greenwood on Monday before noon. We were told they’d have no problem getting it in that afternoon. We heard nothing that day. Not a huge problem but it would have been nice to hear something like “Hey, we couldn’t get to it today but we’ll get it in first thing in the morning.” My fiancé received a text the next morning around 7am letting him know they were beginning to work on the car. I was pleasantly surprised they had a fancy text system to communicate with the shop through. We assumed we’d hear something once they got into it but didn’t. He sent a text asking for a status update around noon. No response. He got a text later in the afternoon, near 3pm letting him know it was ready for pick up and the cost was nearly $200! Shocked was an understatement! After showing up to pick up the car, we find they charge a labor rate of $125. The local dealership doesn’t charge that much an hour! But fine, I know the bolts were seriously stuck on there, so I’m sure it took some work. Mind you, we already had the new break caliper for the car. They charged us $65 for two bolts...TWO BOLTS!!! Are you kidding me?! These same two bolts were $8 at Rock Auto and like $15 at AutoZone! My fiancé went back in to find out just why two bolts were $65 and why we were NEVER contacted to authorize. Stutters...They offered a free oil change. You are sorely mistaken if you think I will EVER bring one of my vehicles here again! You can kick that oil change down the road. They argued with my fiancé basically calling him a liar for trying to say that’s what the bolts cost...until he flipped his phone around to show it. Again, stutters. My fiancé is convinced they thought they had some yuppy in there that didn’t have a clue and thought they could just stick it to em. After arguing with them he FINALLY got like $30 or $35 back. But the principle of the matter is, 600% markup is just absurd! Not only that, we’ve both had 15+ years in customer service and this is NOT how it’s done! I’d caution you on taking your car here...be prepared to spend far more than expected and then be treated with less than respect on top of it! Won’t make that mistake ever again!!

Took my vehicle to them to have service done and received my vehicle back with my original problem solved which will credited them that. But my reason for writing this poor review is that when I received the vehicle back: their pricing for the job was outrageous from what I later compared to other shops around. they called wanting me to buy a part that was definitely not needed and unrelated to what was being serviced and to top it off after I paid and went to start the vehicle the battery was dead and then had the service Tech and the gentleman who I’m assuming works the front desk lie to me saying the vehicle had only been out of the shop for 30mins when I had driven by three times in the last hour and it was outside they began to explain that the battery issue wasn’t their fault and try to sell me a new one. I read all the reviews on them before I wrote this one and while the 5star reviews they have may or may not be genuine I was genuinely upset after my Visit with them.

Customer service is the best! They send their findings to you electronically. I love how they break down and give you advise as well as photos.

Took my Mercedes C300 in on feb.10th 2020 was having some electronic issues. Called at 7a.m. as soon as they opened and they told me to bring it right in. I left it there and they gave me a courtesy ride home. They were exceptionally nice and i didnt have to wait at all for a ride. I was offered coffee to take with me and although i didnt have to wait the place was very impressive so i took a look around and tried their chairs in the waiting area, that I thought looked really nice so I sat down and tried it out and they were really comfortable.
