The staff and mechanics here truely care about their fellow humans. They were able to accommodate my sister when she broke down over right hours from home. They did everything within their power to get her back on the road as quickly as possible.

I have a Mercedes and I took it to be repaired at apex vehicle maintenance and the minute I walked in they were always extra friendly Dave did a wonderful job and made my car run like new again and always keep me in the loop and inform me exactly what was being done and what was the best way to do it I appreciate that Mr. Dave I highly recommend them I know I will be there customer for life very good work guys ty Sam ziko

Apex helped us out tremendously. We traveled from out of state and upon arrival, the heater core burst in our vehicle and began spewing coolant into the cabin. It was late and I contacted Apex the next morning. Pam was very friendly and efficient on the phone. I took the vehicle to their shop which was a few miles away, and Pat gave me a ride back to the hotel. They called a couple of hours later and gave me some options for repairing the vehicle. The repair was a complex job, but was completed the next day.I am very appreciative that I was able to find someone on short notice that would treat us fairly and offer such professional service. I would not hesitate to use their services again and would wholeheartedly recommend them. Friendly, honest folks and exceptional service!

I had a major oil leak on my 2014 Dodge Charger and took it to Apex because they were an authorized service provider for my extended warranty company they were fairly close by an more importantly I read the excellent reviews Apex has earned and I called them and talked to Pam (very friendly, outgoing professional and fun person to talk to). The shop was busy but Pam told me they could get me in on this last Wednesday, I dropped it off on a Tuesday evening after hours Pam called me the next morning and they had already diagnosed the problem (leaking oil cooler/filter adapter) for which this engine is known for anyway Pam called the Warranty company and got authorization and got the repair started..long story short...they did a GREAT job..I added on a few items to the to do list for them (a faulty thermostat and a defective TPMS sensor) ..Thermostat was covered under Warranty..TPMS wasnt..so anyway again they did a great job,they were busy and ran into a few minor problems with my car which delayed the repair by a day, so they had my car for a little over 2 days but it was no big deal those things happen but in summary they are super nice,professional people and its just been out of the shop 1 day but the repairs seem solid their Mechanics appear to be very knowledgeable ( I talked to the Mechanic after the repair and he explained a few things to me and I was on my way..so again in summary I highly recommend Apex and I would not hesitate to bring my baby back to them for service..I gave them 5 Stars...Alan R 11/20/2020 (Indianapolis)

The short version: Took my car in for a noise and ended up getting my timing chains replaced for 50 bucks under my CarMax warranty. They even paid for my rental after the warranty rental capped out. They did a tremendous job and I wouldnt hesitate to bring my car back in an instant or recommend them (especially their master tech Dave!) to anyone. Good shops are hard to find, I should know, Ive worked in plenty. Theyve earned their 5 stars.The long version:On a trip through town my wheels started picking up vibration and making noise that got worse the further we went. I inspected everything but couldnt find any issues but we went home to be safe. I had the car towed in so I wouldnt make anything worse and on top of the wheel problems I also mentioned a noise I had been experiencing on startups. My car would almost always clatter on the first start of the day for a few seconds. I assumed it was just carbon on the valves or dry valves but I figured Id have them poke around just to be sure.A couple days later (it went in on a Friday) I get a call. The wheel noise was from inverted lug nuts. My wheels have one lug nut per wheel that can be installed backwards which I had apparently done when changing my brakes the week before. They also advised me that the noise was almost certainly from my timing chains. Apparently the hydraulic tensioners have too much slack until oil pressure build and the chains stop rattling. They told me that if that was the issue the warranty would cover it, but they also needed to make it clear that if it WASNT the issue or the warranty stonewalled I would be forced to pay for the labor, a $1700 job. I understood this and after being assured by multiple people including Dave, one of their master techs, I agreed. About a week later I got the call I had been waiting for. The warranty had agreed to cover everything and they were in the process of putting my car back together. A couple days later I was told my car was done but they had run into an issue. The car was throwing error codes and the timing was most likely off. They would need to need it back down and make sure everything was right. Im annoyed, but I get it. This is a delicate job and even one thing being slightly off throw the whole thing off. I get another call a couple days later, they have fixed the timing but they want to keep it again to be sure. Fine.They call the next day. Bad news. The noise isnt gone. Dave is pretty sure if he orders a new set of tensioners he can get it right but hell have to order them. My car is back together and there is no risk of damage so they offer to return my car to me that day while they wait for parts. They also offer to pay for my rental when I bring the car back since they will need it for a couple of days and the warranty will not authorize any more. They deliver my car to a job site Im visiting as I wouldnt have been able to make it in time. My car goes back the next week and they have a rental waiting for me to take. A few days later another call. The car is done and they let it sit for a few hours with no noise. Theyd like a cold start and I agree. The next morning they have good news, shes silent. I go pick up my car and I pay them 50 dollars for a job that would have cost me almost 2 grand if it has happened 10,000 miles later. My warranty pays for itself almost twice over and I walk away an ultimately satisfied customer despite the inescapable Murphys Law of body shops and auto mechanics.10/10 would recommend.

My son’s truck needed tons of work. I was slated to get it done on my own, but my health took a dive. They did a great job buttoning up our project vehicle. And, the staff was super courteous and responsive.

The front desk lady is wonderful. However. They severely try to overcharge on a repair that they quoted to be 4 k on top of other issues they thought our vehicle had. We are now going to be out 900+. We are not getting the transmission fixed here as the repair is 8x as much as we paid for the vehicle. We will be towing it elsewhere as we can find much more affordable prices at several different places. Quite disappointed as they seem like genuinely kind people. The prices just aren’t realistic. Yes the 900+ for what they did is fine but 4K for a transmission is way too much considering the transmission itself is 200. What we assumed would be a quick fix has not been the case. We are car people and we only dropped it off to save time which did not happen and we are unable to find time in our busy lives to fix it ourselves working 60+ hours a week. If they had fairer prices maybe we would continue business here. For now they have lost some customers. We will be going elsewhere for a second opinion and fairer pricing.

The folks at Apex are amazing. When I move to a new city the fear of finding a new mechanic who is professional prompt and wont rip you off is real. When I took my Subaru in with some awfully burned up breaks I was bracing for a huge bill and days without my car, but they got me in quickly and finished the job the same day without breaking my bank! Pam was an absolute delight to talk to, she kept me informed every step of the way. The service I received from pat ( I think that was his name, I regretfully did not write it down.) Was fast, professional and more than fair on pricing. Im a customer for life!

I was purchasing a used car from Tom OBrien. On a short notice, same day, right before Apex close time, Patrick was able to accommodate me and inspect the car. The car was pretty clean, but Patrick identified a a loose tie rod and helped to shave a couple hundred bucks off the price. Moreover, he did not charge anything for the inspection. Great service and the man of his word. I would bring any of my cars here for service without hesitation!

They kept me updated, Pam is beyond friendly, and the guys did quality work on my car. It took awhile but it was done correctly and I am very satisfied with the service and will come back for any future maintenance.

Excellent service. Im not a certifed mechanic but have a fair amount of experience working on vehicles. I could tell from overhearing responses to other customers questions as well as my own that the staff is extremely knowledgable.I didnt spend hours shopping around on pricing on repairs, i had a pretty good idea how much it would probably cost for the work they said i needed done.I was pleasantly surprised when the Apex quote was less than my estimated cost.Through experience with Apex, I know they do quality work and get the job done on time.

The reviews seemed good, so I chanced it.I had received a quote from another local mechanic and Apexs prices were probably half of the other place! I appreciate finding a car place that isnt trying to rip people off.They were very informative and showed my wife what was wrong with a part we bought online that didnt fit.They took care of my car, and at a good price. Very friendly staff. Awesome people all the way around. It took a little longer to get my car part due to the weather but they kept me informed and went above and beyond and done extra work for me while they had my vehicle. Had an issue a couple of days later and Pat drove across town and came to my vehicle personally to look it over and make sure everything was ok. I have never been more satisfied with the care they gave me and my vehicle.

Ive been taking my vehicles to Apex Vehicle Maintenance for several years now, and have been very happy with the service I receive there. In addition to normal maintenance, they troubleshoot any problems I have, and then give me options for how best to resolve them. If youre looking for a good place to take your vehicles, you dont need to look any further.

Nice staff but they said 6 out of 8 injectors on my Duramax Diesel were failing and wanted $4800 to replace all 8 and high pressure lines. Took it to diesel performance shop for a second opinion and they told me all 8 injectors were fine and running within GM spec.

Of course! The first cold wave comes and my truck has an issue. I dropped of my daughter at school at 7:30. As I’m leaving this little yellow wrench light comes on and the truck loses a little power. I stop at the gas station and look. Ya know, to pretend I think I know what I’m doing. Like I could actually see the problem and fix. That didn’t work. So I drive it to Apex Vehicle Maintenance. They’ve been working on my vehicles for a while. They immediately plugged it in to get a diagnostic code. Identified the issue. Something about throttle body. Sprayed some cleaner. Set me an appointment for service and I’m on my way.These guys are great! If you every need your vehicle fixed bring it to Apex Vehicle maintenance. Great customer service, fair price. Knowledgeable.

First off they had my car forever. They finally told me what was wrong with my vehicle. I spent quite a bit of money to find out that was not what was wrong. Once they finally got it so they said. I did not even make it home before it acting up again. I did not even tell them about my issue again. I couldnt continue to not have my car while they experiment and learn on my vehicle. I took it to Professional Auto Care in Whiteland and they fixed my car first try AND THE SAME DAY FOR LESS THEN I SPENT AT APEX!!I also felt very uncomfortable with the counter guys political and religious conversation. Very inappropriate and unprofessional.WOULD NEVER GO BACK WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO HERE.

Since my first review I just have to Pat is a great guy. He test and made sure I had coolant in my lines for no charge . And we still havent come up with an exact cause of the high pressure . So i want to appoligive for making an assumption. So next week Im hiring him to replace my o ring on my pickup tube. 2 to 3 hour job and I belive hell get it in and out of fast and do a great job. It wasnt the cheapest fix, but our Pilot should be ready to go for another 175K miles now! Way better than buying a new car, IMO.

I have been a customer of Apex for 6 years and I would not trust my classic cars to go anywhere else. these guys take the time to do things the right way each and every time. I have asked for certain things that were a far reach and they take the time to explain why it would work or wouldnt work. they do top notch work. first they rebuilt my SBC350 in my 1964 GMC truck and put in a true dual exhaust system and couple years later they fixed an couple issues that I had with my 1968 GMC Handi-van. here shortly they are going to be getting their hands on my 1976 Cadillac Eldorado. Like I said I dont trust anyone else to touch my classic cars or news cars for that matter they have also worked on my 2006 Dodge truck and my daughters 97 explorer. I highly recommend them to anyone..... Keep up the great work Apex!!!!!
