Stephanie was above and beyond with helping us find the perfect new home! When we first met Amy in 2014 we were PCSing from Hawaii. She helped us start the process of finding a home before we even arrived in Colorado. The AmyZ team was amazing to work with, they were patient with us as we took our time to find the perfect home for our family. Norma was wonderful with our kids and keeping them entertained while also answering all our questions. Amy and Stephanie gave us their recommendations on areas to look at for great schools. When the time came for us to sell our home there was no question as to whom would be our agents. From getting the house photographed, open house and being by our side for closing the team made sure everything went smoothly. I moved to Denver after living overseas for seven year. I didnt know anything about the area, where to look for houses, how much houses cost, or what to look for. A friend recommended Amy Zukowski with the Amy Z Team to help me look for a house. Amy and Stephanie came to my apartment and explained the entire home buying process to me and my wife. They both seemed to be in it for the customer and the enjoyment of real estate, not just for the commission. Amy and her husband used to travel as part of the military, so she knows a lot about relocations and understands the stresses it causes to a family. Amy is one of the top agents in her field. She is very down to earth, very approachable and helpful. She was on our side through the entire searching and buying process. She made sure we understood our rights and knew when we could get out of a contract we didnt like. She advised us on the best way to secure the house we really liked and wrote the initial contract so that we would benefit from the sale. She provided daily updates on the process, put us in touch with a reputable mortgage lender, and was with us every step of the way. The Amy Z team even paid for a new water pressure regulator for the house after we realized that the water pressure was low during the inspection. They also paid for a year of home warranty for us as a closing gift. I consider Amy not only our realtor but also a good friend now. I would highly recommend Amy, Stephanie, and Norma for anyones real estate needs in the greater Denver area from Castle Rock to Thornton and from the foothills to Strasburg.
