I cannot say enough good things about Diana Dresser and LIV Sothebys. My husband and I just closed today, this was the first time for us to buy a house. I read all kinds of horror stories about how hard it was going to be to find something in Denver on a VA loan, and she made the whole process so easy for us, and we ended up with the house we really loved the best despite all the scary stories about the citys competitive housing market. Diana is extremely professional, knowledgeable, patient, and kind. She looked out for us every step of the way and I feel truly cared about us being 100% happy with our home. Her attention to detail also saved us $2,000. We were hit with an unexpected death in the family two days before closing, and in reeling from that, we completely missed the fact that a $2,000 credit from the seller was not debited from our closing costs. In our haze and the blur of signing a books worth of paperwork, there was no way we would have caught that, and no one else at the table mentioned it at signing. As always, Diana was there to advocate for us at a time when we really needed it. Please do not hesitate to work with her, she is amazing!!

We used Sothebys for the recent sale of our house. After we accepted an offer we found out that our agent had withheld escalation clauses and other offers on our house which most likely costs us thousands of dollars. After filing a complaint we had a call with the Agent and the Vice President of this location where the agent lied about withholding any clauses (even though we have evidence) and on top of that accused us of not being intelligent enough to understand the offers he presented to us.
