Elite Academics did a GREAT job with ACT tutoring for my son! They made it entertaining enough that he didnt even complain about going to his two-hour private sessions. He is not a very confident standardized test taker, and James and Jill really helped him with time management. He surprised us with a great score, the first time he took the test! We are beyond thrilled, and highly recommend Elite! He will plan on doing a few more private sessions to work on a couple of categories, then retake it in a couple of months, and he will hopefully be DONE with the ACT!

As a parent of two students receiving services with Elite for almost 4 years, I can honestly say that these tutors changed both of my kids lives for the better in profound ways. Your childs results will speak for themselves. I stumbled upon Elite Academics as my oldest child was preparing to take the ACT. I thought I would give them a chance and it definitely paid off for my son. The staff was fabulous to interface with, very accommodating when my son had to miss one of the classes, and their preparatory sessions are efficiently run and extremely helpful . If your child is willing to make the commitment to the weekly sessions, they should see a significant improvement in their ACT score.

My daughter took both semi-private ACT prep class here as well as their college coaching program. Both were invaluable. Not cheap but you get what you pay for. The college coaching was the best $ we spent. They held her hand through the entire process. She is already done applying to colleges and starting to receive acceptances while her friends are still floundering through the common app and stressing themselves and their parents out beyond belief. We will definitely call them again for our 10th grader.

We have been with Elite Academics for 4 years now! Our son was hesitant to have a tutor and based on a friends recommendation we gave them a try! They are fantastic! The tutors at Elite Academics have each students best interest in mind and take the time to understand and connect with them. They have been very successful in helping my students overcome their struggles and lack of confidence in math through effective teaching styles, hard work and constant encouragement. My sophomore twins began tutoring at Elite Academics last winter as they were struggling in math and French class. After only a few weeks, we saw quantifiable results in better grades for both of our children. We’ve retained Elite for both ACT tutoring and college counseling, and could not be happier. Elite simulates test conditions and helps get your smartphone/facebook/snapchat/Instagram-distracted and addicted child to actually sit and focus on studying and test-taking, preparing them for the endurance event that is the SAT or ACT. Our daughter’s ACT score jumped from the low 20s to the low 30s between the April ACT (around the time we retained Elite) and the June ACT. And while I’m sure she would never admit this, I think our daughter actually enjoyed the classes and looked forward to meeting with Elite’s staff. This has been an entirely positive experience for our daughter and ourselves.

I must expound on the annulling actions of the college councillling offered at elite academics. My husband son and I went to elite academics to get councilling help because my son didn’t know the steps in how to apply. As soon as we sat down, james requested my sons GPA and ACT score. Right away we were blown away at the negativity. Saying my son would never amount to anything, telling him to apply to community colleges, saying that he didn’t have options. We were so hurt and extremely discouraged. After saying this, he then went on in a condescending manner explaining how he went to Pepperdine, and he made it seem my son and we were less than him. Today, my son is at the Kelley school of business (#4) at Indiana university and is thriving with internship offers as well as being active in a plethora of clubs, organizations, and philanthropies. James. We are so very thankful we didn’t take your “professional” advice, and would never refer anyone to Elite Academics. For those researching colleges, take my advice and do it on your own.
