Very resourceful and always looking out for one another i wish more places could learn from them

Arrived promptly, very polite. My vehicle was quickly loaded and taken away to his lot in Greenville SC where it was safely stored.

This company was called to tow my car after a significant collision. They happened to be the closest tow truck, so they showed up! The older gentleman who towed my car was very kind and fast. When I went to retrieve my possessions a few days later, the ladies at the front desk kept the shop open late so I had time to get the necessary paperwork from my house. The same gentleman who towed my car took me back to my vehicle—he had some really good advice to help me through a frustrating situation. Thanks for your help! My best towing experience and the only positive experience I’ve had with this collision!

Very professional and careful with your vehicle. I was impressed with the driver. Most tow truck drivers just want to hurry and get your vehicle hooked up as quick as possible but this one took an extra minute to make sure my vehicle wasnt getting any damages from being towed even though it already had been damaged. Other companies that Ive used didnt seem to be that careful and concerned. I recommend them to anyone that breaks down or is in an accident to call them they will take good care of you and your vehicle

I called them at 8am they told me it would be 90mins by 11am they still had not called or showed up. Then my phone died i had to charge it within 20mins they had tried to call me to tell me they was there. I called back and they had already left and told me to find another tow company because they was too busy for me. They was rude and didnt even apologize for being 4 hours late. I will never call them again!

So was scheduled to pickup a vehicle that was in an accident. The owner and his kid where here. They left and said to wait until a driver got back. Multiple people here waiting. Dude leaves. Will not recommend or use this place again.

Best towing company in Greenville

Had a flat tire and was in a bind. From the time I called them to the time they picked me up was about 10 minutes. Driver was awesome and lady in the office was fantastic. I highly recommend them!!!

By far the worst experience ever with a tow. My son was in an accident, and the police officer told him to call Willimon. Several days later, while we were waiting on insurance to get involved, he received a certified letter telling him he owed $395 and the car would be sold if not picked up soon. They charged $220 for a tow and then tacked on a $20/day storing fee, neither of which were mentioned when they picked up the car at the scene. We went to retrieve the car-- with the help of another tow company which removed it from the lot for a reasonable towing fee of $65--and the owner was very rude, telling everyone to hurry up so he could go home. I am also concerned about the police officer encouraging a young driver to call a tow company with such outrageous policies, but thats a post for another place.

Would not recommend! Accidentally called twice to get a price from company’s near me and got cussed at! Very unprofessional, will not be doing business with them! Not a good way to pull in business!

I was incredibly nervous when I saw the reviews for here (after my car had already been towed by them after a wreck). I called yesterday and they gave me the pricing information ($200 for the tow, $29 storage per night it was there.) I agreed to sign the car over to them in lieu of paying for the tow since the car was totaled. When I got there this morning, everyone was incredibly kind and helpful towards me. I dont know if my experience was so much better than the other reviews on here (and other websites) because I did not deal with the money aspect at all, or if theres new management or different staff - but my experience was wonderful and it was incredibly relieving after my wreck.

Just had my car towed. Took only 20 mins to arrive and service was great and affordable. If I ever break down again. This is the company I will call! Thanks guys!

They acted like it was an inconvenience for them to get my car out of the lot. Constant communication with when we were going to arrive. Then when we get there on time with all paperwork, they got who towed the car had to be the one to get it out. Cmon

I will not recommend this company to not one on this Earth!! I called for a tow they told me 30-45 mins.Then later I have to call and check on ETA. They tell me driver went to another job?? He offered no other options..keep in mind it 28 degrees outSide..This company is HORRIBLE!! This was my first and last experience with them. I will be ckntacting consumer affairs and BBB.

Im a business owner in the Greenville area and registered with Willimon. I called them today to remove a car that had been here for three hours. The driver showed up and instead of coming to me went to a local nearby business looking for the owner who had parked directly in from of a no parking sign. The owner came out and moved her car. This represented a conflict of interest between me and Willimon and was totally unacceptable. The driver has no responsibility to search out someone illegally parked to save them a towing charge. Willimon is registered with the Greenville Police department and as such have a duty to carry out the duty that they are entrusted with.

Tried to charge me for storage when car was there for 2 hours, in addition to the towing fee. Rude almost combative driver. Waited another hour for them to unlock the gate and they were unhappy about having to do thar.

Terrible people. The say bless you every day then they send trucks out that do not have brake lights on the vehicles they are towing. I almost rear ended one on Augusta road in rush hour because their were NO brake lights on the two vehicles they were towing. They flipped me the finger instead of saying have a blessed day . I despise hypocrites.

Drivers of these trucks think they are the police or something. Driver flicked on his YELLOW lights and pull straight out into oncoming traffic almost hitting me head on. Do not trust this company with your life or your car.

I saw 1 of their drivers pumping the brakes in the middle of traffic intimidating a motorcyclist. After the motorcycle pulled over in a separate parking lot the tow truck driver continued to yell at the rider. Very unprofessional and unethical
