The gentleman who towed my car was great.The owner of the company, John, unfortunately I cannot say the same. He insisted I physically in person sign a release form (7 days after they towed my car, after they guy who towed my car explicitly explaned I would not need to as insurance was handling it) when my totalled car was sitting in their lot and I had no way of getting there during their business hours. My car was then released to an unknown party. Therefore extending my insurance claim. When I went to the yard to collect my belongings it was very clear someone had gone searching through my car as items were everywhere. I will never use or reccomended their services again.

Got my YOUNG teenage son and his vehicle home safely, his car was messing up and he was well over 100 miles from home, almost a two hour drive. Very professional business and very good driver in our experience. My son said the man even made sure he didnt need anything to drink/snack for the long haul back home. Couldnt think yall enough! Appreciate everything that was done and even the extra mile the driver was willing to take to make sure my son was comfortable and okay until he arrived home in the middle of the night. Thank you Tesla!

Limited training offer to the employees. Serious lack of professionalism and punctuality in the overall operation. Lack of integrity in regards to there treatment of people.

Towed a vehicle for me. Broke the brake line with a tow hooks. The driver knew he did it. Give me # to his boss. Boss said that he would need a video of it happening. to pay for the damages. and then hung up. Well, karma is all I can say. These guys are unprofessional and unreasonable. Please call a different tow company!
