This was my first time ever getting a Brazilian wax, and I was so nervous but literally ALL of the staff made me feel so comfortable and answered all of my questions. My wax specialist was Dae’ja and she was amazing! She talked me through everything she was doing and made me feel super comfortable and relaxed. I cant wait to go back for my next appointment!!

Im so impressed with the professionalism!!! Daeja was my wax specialist (this was only my second time, so I wasnt too sure about certain policies or rules they had in place) But, I wanted to add 2 extra services last minute and asked Daeja if this was okay/acceptable because I didnt want to cut into anyone elses time or have her rush to prepare and do more. She was kind enough to do this for me (Im still so appreciative). She is extremely professional, moves quickly and still provides the best wax results (which I love!), shes thorough in her work and cares about the client. I expressed to her during this time that Im noticing changes in my skin (the older I get) so Im working harder to do what I can to help keep it healthy, smooth, etc. She listened the entire time and even provided suggestions for me - shes so sweet!! She was able to answer all of my questions and most importantly, she made me comfortable enough to forget I was laying there in the butterfly position (which is still awkward for me lol). So, if you need someone whose results are excellent and works to ensure you leave happy...ask for Daeja!! (Its been daysss and Im still extra smooth every where- if Id gone anywhere else - Id be a lil baby cactus by now- SO, YEAH : DAEJA!)

This was my first time going to EWC in Greenville (I normally go to Raleigh) but I am soooo happy I dont have to take that drive anymore! Daeja is AMAZING at what she does and super kind and professional. Had me cracking up the whole time. I will be visiting her from now on! and Lashonda was kind-hearted and helpful. I felt so welcome from the moment I walked into the building! The front desk ladies were awesome but to top it all off I had a amazing experience getting my first Brazilian wax. The one who assisted me was named Daja and she was so professional and kind. She made me feel really comfortable and talked me through the whole process. After all it didn’t even hurt that bad lol. I will definitely be going back in 4 weeks and if it’s your first time going I recommend asking for Daja!!!!

When you first come in, They great you with a warm welcome. The atmosphere is very professional and they interact with their customers. Most amazing experience ever! I could not have picked a better place for my first Brazilian. My technician, Claire was excellent, she told me step by step what she was doing, and was so friendly that I was not stressed at all. Her tip about deep breath in helped with the discomfort which was not bad at all. The entire facility was spotless and they followed EVERY safety precaution. As long as Claire is there, this is my new location for waxing.

Staff is friendly, my appointment was someone how in the system for different times was able to save the day in a timely manner . Definitely recommend Jessica or McKenzie , both ladies have great attention to detail .

They told me I had a 9 minute grace period to get there before cancellation I got there exactly 9 minutes grace period and they told me they canceled my appointment and than going to ask me to come back at 3:15 they are joke for real 😆‼️

I normally drive 1hr &15minutes to the EWC in Raleigh. When I heard about the new store in Greenville, I was excited because it was closer to my home. Still had to travel 45 minutes, but I was fine with that. My first time going, they were 30+ minutes behind. No explanation or other services/discounts offered.. However, when I called to inform them that I would be roughly 10 minutes late for my second appointment, they canceled my appointment. They did offer to reschedule me for another day. Taylor explained that due to the client being a fault for being over 9 minutes late, I couldnt be serviced that day. I chose not to reschedule with them but with the one in Raleigh. If you plan on visiting, book with Claire. She was great!

Customer service was excellent. Able to get a same day appointment! 🤗It is a clean environment, very professional and efficient staff. I will definitely be returning!

This was my 2nd time visiting EWC. I had Claire both times. During my first visit she was VERY pleasant and informative and made me feel comfortable. This time around, not so much. I didn’t even get a “hello, how are you?” Instead the first thing she tells me is that she can only do one of the two services that I booked since it had been a while since my last visit. She finished the first service a few minutes early so she asked if I still wanted the second service. I asked if she had enough time, maybe she felt that I was being sarcastic, however I was ensuring she wouldn’t have to rush. Anyway her response was “if you go ahead and take your shirt off now” very rudely. I felt as if she was talking at me rather than to me and I would rather spend my money elsewhere than be treated that way so I declined.

I just got my wax and I love it already. Sade was so good and she talk to me, made me feel comfortable and she did a great job. I will definitely keep coming here faithfully. Thanks Sade
