Very professional and DONT charge for a diagnostic. They could have ripped me off but they didnt. My Asus computer wasnt turning on at home with the charger plugged to the wall (and I tried different outlets). I took it here and they gave me a phone call telling me my computer was ready for pick up. They couldnt replicate the problem and ran a full diagnostic. They didnt charge me a penny, another place could have ripped me off or I would have paid $60 for a diagnostic for nothing. Will definitely be back of I ever need to.

I took my Dell computer there and they replaced my fan..continued to have the same problem and returned it to them..they said if my computer continues to keep shutting down i could not bring it back..after 130.00 it still shut down. I finally found someone to fix it for 40.00. Turns out it was the power supply unit..THEIR SERVICE SUCKS!

I had an issue with my Mac and everyone else was going to charge me for the diagnostics plus the cost for fixing any issue except CPU guys who were going to diagnose for free. So, I decided to go with them. Not only they fixed the problem, I paid the same amount for fixing it as others would have charged for diagnostics only.Not only that, they were super transparent with the issue and suggested me not get more fixes done which would have costed me more. Super honest folks!Hopefully, I won’t get a lot of problems with my computers in the future, but if I do, I’m definitely going straight to them!!

I love how there isnt a diagnostic fee! A lot of computer places will charge an arm and a leg just to tell you whats wrong with it. Not having a diagnostic fee will more likely be able to let the person afford the repairs that are needed. They were very friendly, up front, and honest. I hope I wont have any more computer issues, but if I do, CPU is where ill go. Ive all ready referred a couple of friends who are going to be going there soon! Five Stars for sure!
